About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- tishd9390 contributionsAwful security guardsWe've waited all year to experience this holiday. And taking my young 3 children on they're very first trip abroad. We are staying in the Newport bay club and staff in the hotel have been lovely. Room is lovely and clean plenty of space etc. Bit of a que for some rides but that's fine and was expected. My issue is if you are coming here with young children don't expect some of the security guards to be helpful. I've had the most awful experience tonight and the attitude and professionalism of the 2 security guards I had the pleasure of bumping into has left me so angry. Infuriated and sent me absolutely crazy. We had left the park after a fabulous fireworks display myself 3 children (one in a pram) amd the rest of my family. It was heaving took us a while to exit. Myself and the baby in the pram got stuck in the crowd and my other 2 went ahead of me. I was stuck in the line as we all were like a heard of cows and I accidentally turned at the wrong exit quickly realised what I did at the gate and turned around quickly to catch up with my other 2 children who are 7 and 8. I was stopped by 2 security men who started shouting at ne that I'd have to leave and go in a direction I was unfamiliar with. I explained I needed to get my children and pointed at where they were heading which was just past Annette's dinner they said I had to go that way. I again told them my children are potentially on they're own I need to go to them they told me tough and that they didn't care and were pointing at where I should go. I got so anxious and upsett by this point I was trying to phone my other family members but couldn't get through I then started shouting out of fear they were so horrible and nasty. The whole thing was totally unbelievable. There I am standing there telling them my 2 young children are potentially on they're own and 2 security guards who are payed to assist and take care of paying customers of the park just didn't give a s##t. I don't know how many times I tried to explain what had happened but they wouldn't listen.. I had no choice in the end but to scream the place down and only then they allowed me to go in after causing such a scene. I got through to my dad eventually and thankfully told me my other 2 children were with my mum. My dad came down to meet me because I was so in shock and upset. He went to ask the 2 security guards for badge numbers one was very confrontational with him and pushed his upper body into him to show his badge. Got back to the hotel to make a complaint and found out they had lied to cover they're tracks and said I was trying to enter the disney village when that wasn't really the case so just shows they didn't listen to a word I said. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from 2 individuals who's duty of care basically is there to protect the guests but they couldn't give 2 hoots that a 7 and 8 year old could have been wondering the place on they're own. Them laughing at me when I was clearly upset says it all.Written December 10, 2024
- donnagI2759IJ0 contributionsDisappointedAvoid this park. Prices are disgusting. Costing nearly 3pound for a bottle of coke also 16pound for a burger meal. The airport staff fobbed us off every chance they got and directed us to the wrong places resulting in us missing our train, which may I add are not as priced as online but 4 to 5 euros more. Costing us double for another ticket. We were given a room that was currently being occupied, walking in on another guest in there own room. And then the cost of snacks and merchandise etc which nothing was under 4 euros you can easily spend a couple of grand here if you are a family of four, Its all a big money grabbing scam. The happiest place on earth ,yeah If your financially able to or it ruins everythingWritten December 10, 2024
- Guinie710 contributionsDisneyland Paris, partially festiveDisappointed by the lack of festive decorations and also by the number of rides and areas closed due to renovations. Appreciate work needs to be done but you buy your full price tickets and don’t get full use. Main Disney park had more open than the Hollywood Studio park! Stayed at Sequoia lodge got a nice view, rough loo roll and rough paper thin towels. Supplied with lamp, coffee machine and kettle with only one plug socket.Written December 10, 2024
- Dejan V0 contributionsThere was no magic here.Rides breaking down left and right Rudest staff ever. Overpriced and poor quality of souvenirs/clothes. Fix the problems or lower the prices.Written December 10, 2024
- ragman19600 contributionsMassive, lots of fun…for the adults 🤣Spent a full day, well 5 hours navigating the many different rides and attractions, lots of things to see and do, maybe more lights and night, some places difficult to see, plenty of places to eat, toilets when you could find them, signs would help, but we still had a good time, cold and damp weather didn’t stop us and waiting time for rides was fine, us adults loved it!!!Written December 9, 2024
- sash27270 contributionsFrustrated, disappointed and infuriated.Worst Disneyland so far (I’ve been to the parks in Tokyo, Hong Kong and California). We left this place devastated and frustrated from our experience. We were treated so badly because we were Malaysian Indians and didn’t look French of course . Most of the staffs were rude to us (especially Casey’s corner, the waiter was Indian and assumed we were from India, started arguing with us, pushed us back ) . Some kind of racism going on around here . Some rides had technical issues while riding it. Kept stopping and restarting back. Rests of the guests were also rude to us, one man pushed us and his lady showed the middle finger to us. We were shocked to see this kind of attitude. There was also a point when a mother quickly pulled her child away when she passed by us. It’s not like we were gonna kidnap her child! The worst part was when we returned to the train station to board the train back to our hotel, we were targets of a pickpocket attempt at Marne La Vallée Chessy station. The pickpocket took my mom’s purse and to her dismay there was no cash/credit card inside (we have kept it elsewhere) , so the pickpocket threw away the purse and left the train. Honestly, we didn’t feel safe at all. Not even at Disneyland. We will not be returning to Paris ever. No one treats us well , always rude to us, and has some kind of stereotype about Indians. It was a mistake thinking Paris Disneyland would be a happy place! Regret our decision visiting this place filled with racism.Written December 8, 2024
- MandyHudsonHolidays0 contributionsSpectacular Christmas ExperienceI would strongly recommend a visit at Christmastime. Despite it being colder, it was totally worth it and we just wrapped up. Don't miss the shows, they are incredible!Written December 8, 2024
- Hhjfv0 contributionsNever againAbsolutely shocking. Nothing there is edible service is terrible. The restaurant staff are dam rude. No Supermarchés in the resort or surrounding areas unless you drive so forced to pay extortionate prices for garbage microwave food. Just go your local theme park and save your money. Plus it’s that busy your like sheep in a penWritten December 8, 2024
- dixonpj0000 contributionsGood in partsGood but if you’ve done or planning to do America Disney… save your money for that! Needs more rides, not as big as advertised and lots or regenerations happening currently. Was half term when we went so busy as you’d expect but queue jumping not worth the cost imo. Enjoyed the drone display but fireworks were poor. Shops and food expensive but the food was good! Everything comfortably done in 3 days.Written December 7, 2024
- CNWgtnNZ0 contributionsRatatouille was a highlight and different as well as Lion King ShowDefinitely need to check this Disneyland out- we had just a one day ticket luckily the snow had settled but it was still cold and luckily not as crowded as I know Disneyland can be. Different experience with cold and snow but the highlight was the Ratatouille ride-meal and the associated food chalets with cheesy food if we hadn’t booked for dinner I would have definitely eaten there. the lion king show was really good singing and dancing and acrobatic acts.It was great to tick this Disneyland off our list not one of the bigger ones but still worth seeing.Written December 6, 2024
- Adventure207387164070 contributionsDisney trip 2024Me and my partner came here for 5 nights and stayed in the Newport bay hotel this hotel was lovely the room was Clean and big, we had a few issues with the bath not really holding the water properly and house keeping not changing the bed unless reminded too but we quickly got this sorted by speaking to reception, the park it’s self was good aswell lots of shops for all the merch we found different things in the shops so not all the same stuff everywhere the only slight issue we had was the food quality obviously we know this is a Disney theme park and the food wouldn’t be cheap but that wasn’t the issue the quality was not great in cowboy cook out and pym kitchen, however Walt’s, plaza gardens and remys were great overall the park was busy however does get quieter in the mornings and eveningsWritten December 6, 2024
- IndulgentReviewer_00 contributionsMassive improvements, beautiful as alwaysThis was our 15th visit to Disneyland Paris and we've been really impressed. We decided to stay at the Disneyland Hotel to enjoy a special experience, and I've reviewed this separately. Disneyland Park itself is beautiful as always. Christmas decorations this year are even more magical than ever, plenty of colour and the periodic Main Street USA events are great to experience. I'd definitely say to everyone that you must visit Disneyland Paris just for how beautiful the park is and exhilarating the attractions are, while providing a wide variety of intensities around different theming to suit all individuals unlike no other theme park I've visited can. Food has massively improved across the park. We visited Walt's - an American Restaurant, Captain Jack's Restaurant des Pirates and a few fast food restaurants within the park. Food is now high-quality, flavourful and consistent across all the outlets we visited while actually being a reasonable price to what I'm used to in the UK (3 course fine dining meal is approximately 55 euros). Service in restaurants was good in some and inconsistent in others, but still the magic atmosphere remains. Disney Illuminations are spectacular and I'm hoping the new version coming next year lives up to expectations! The Magical Sky Parade was a lovely addition too. However, I was slightly disappointed that the VIP viewing area was quite large and unavailable for purchase during my visit despite staying at the Disneyland Hotel, meaning members of our party got quite tight into a zone with plenty of VIP space next to it just to get a good view while Disney Cast Members attempted to strictly enforce the no-entry rule which didn't really compliment the experience and would make some uncomfortable. Merchandise has also improved since our last visit, I'm pleased they have gone back to varied merchandise throughout different stores which makes shopping more exciting. Christmas merchandise was more restricted but I appreciate the beautiful designs, more baubles like usual please! Service has got slightly better but significantly better on attractions, queues being much more organised and controlled. Premier Access is still quite expensive but worth it. I was hesitating whether to add a 4 or 5 star rating, however, I decided on 5 due to the massive improvements and our families' desire to return very soon. I'd highly recommend to everyone and thank Disneyland Paris for making these valid improvements which fans have suggested!Written December 5, 2024
- Scottish-Hidden-Gems0 contributionsWhere has the magic gone?Having visited disneyland paris 5 times in the past we couldn't wait to return, although it had been 15 years since our last visit, we still had many magical memories from previous visits but what a disappointment it was when we got there! The park is now 30 years old and it's clearly showing its age, from broken pavements to 90% of the rides breaking down, etc. They clearly need to spend money on fixing this park and not spending money on the new frozen park which is certainly not going to improve things. The waiting ques are atrocious, we were waiting about an hour for each ride, we don't remember it ever being this bad, then they want 16 euro to skip the que for peter pan, this is just ridiculous! Almost 90% of the rides we went on broke down, including thr rail road train and crushes coaster, which was the only one who gave us a fast pass as an apology! Some rides have changed and not for the better, such as the cars road trip which is just awful now, it was better before! The shops sell the same old merch as each other, you used to get different stuff in each shop/different parts of the park and the prices are ludicrous £8 for a plastic pen, come on?! There was a lot of meet and greets with characters, which was definitely an improvement from previous visits and the disney app had its advantages, although it wasn't the most accurate and really needs updated, such as the list of places you can use your food pass at and upto date menus. We bought a food pass which was definitely worth the money as the prices were just shocking for what you actually got especially at our previous favourite, Annette's diner which was absolutely disgusting. The park has definitely changed in regards to health and safety, with seatbelts on many rides such as the carousel and other rides but these seatbelts hardly fit adults (I'm only a size 12 and I'm struggled, the staff waste time checking everyone's seatbelt and giving out extensions surely they could put an announcement out and make all seatbelts longer to save time and cut down ques? I lost count of how many times I tripped and witnessed people tripping up over the kerbs and broken pavements, this is definitely an issue that needs addressed and as for cleanliness, there was rubbish everywhere, visitors don't seem to care! The weather was cold and icy when we visted but yet not a bit of grit in sight, which made the paths so slippery. The parades have definitely improved from what I remember from previous visits and was definitely worth seeing and the illuminations were really good, probably the best thing we experienced. The security has been increased with lots of security checks, such as bag searches, sniffer dogs, police, etc which isn't a bad thing! I could go on but there is many things that need to be addressed at disneyland, as I doubt we wouldn't return anytime soon. The magic definitely isn't there anymore and many things need fixed to bring the magic back.Written December 4, 2024
- ryebreadandrosie0 contributionsReally disappointingWe found this visit really disappointing unfortunately, for a number of reasons. 1. There were NO photo pass photographers anywhere! Isn’t that part of the experience? In LA they’re everywhere. 2. The characters were few and far between, and you had to queue for ages to meet them/get a photo etc. In LA they’re everywhere. 3. Limited options for food without making a reservation. I understand amazing places book up months ahead but everywhere else seemed to close up early so if you were at the park late you had really limited options. 4. Nobody seemed to know where I could buy stamps to post the postcards I purchased from Disneyland. I was sent on a wild goose chase! Hot top if anyone else needs them - I had to go to the booth where they rent out prams to get them in the end ? 5. I have a small baby and I’m breastfeeding. It’s also freezing cold because it’s winter. There was nowhere I could find to sit down indoors to feed my baby. Apparently there is one room available for this somewhere, but I couldn’t find it. I went into a cafe to ask if I could sit down - the lady snapped at me telling me I could only sit down if I bought food. That was fine, but my baby was screaming. She could see we were both distressed. Then while my husband went to get our lunch, I asked a man who was seating people if I could sit down to feed my baby while my husband got our lunch. He told me off like I was a child and pointed to a sign that said you can’t sit until you’ve bought food. It was absolutely humiliating. I get it, there’s rules, but in a place like Disney that’s supposed to be family friendly, it really didn’t feel it. 6. In the same restaurant, we observed an older gentleman in a wheelchair being wheeled out by his son. TWO waitstaff stood doing nothing and watched them struggle to get through the door! In the end another patron stood up from her meal to get the door for them. 7. Not a huge deal but those iconic badges that say if it’s your first visit, your birthday, etc were nowhere to be found. Apparently it’s something only hotel guests get? Not sure if it’s just in Paris or everywhere but disappointing all the same. In LA they were so kind and helpful. In Paris they just didn’t seem to care. They’ve lost the ethos of what Disney is about. Very disappointingWritten December 3, 2024

We went in February half term. My advice is to go at the beginning of the week and not the end and you will need a few days in the park at least not because it is massive, but because the queue lines are very long. There’s a few rides which have a free fast pass and that’s it. You would need to pay a lot extra to queue jump on the paid fast passes making your expensive trip even more. There’s also not much in the queue lines to entertain the kids!
There are a few characters jotted around the park including a Disney princess pavilion and a Mickey house where you can queue to meet and greet them other than that all the other character meet and greets are on a first come first served App which never works and instantly runs out of time slots for the whole day within 10 seconds making it really disappointing for young children seeing the characters but never being able to cuddle them, everyone was moaning in the park about this and it was a big problem. Everyone in our group got on the app to book a time slot and never got anything.
We found 2 other options for seeing the main characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto. Stay in the Disney hotels as they have a meet n greet the characters in there lobby’s from 8.15-11 every morning and tbh you can probably just walk into them without staying there! or do a character dining experience. We did all including the explorers restaurant- this restaurant was more of a fine dining Buffet and didn’t really have much for the kids and was the most expensive option. £75 per adult I think and alittle cheaper for kids so really not worth the money in my opinion. The characters did come round and do autographs and photos but only around 3 times so if you were queuing for the buffet you could actually miss them and they don’t come back. The restaurant however was smaller.
The other character dining experience we did was the Mickey cafe. This place had more of a child friendly menu and I would recommend booking the late dinner option after the fireworks in the park. This place at that time was less busy so the characters came round each table a lot more and made it more of a personal experience rather than explorers.

After months of being on Facebook pages, asking questions, buying the ears, teddies and personalised hoodies and water bottles, the time came for me to take my 5 year old son on our first trip abroad together. I've tried to think of the must know Things that will help a first timer so here goes...
Got the best deal through magic breaks, even independent travel agent couldn't match it. I opted for the private transfer but although it was easy getting to the hotel they left me and my son stranded on the return journey so we had to jump on the magic shuttle which was a third of the price and almost empty. I'd definitely think about using magic shuttle next time.
Stayed at Santa Fe. Loved it. Shuttle bus to and from the park is literally minutes and never had a problem getting one, even as everyone left when the park closed.
Had standard meal plan but as my son was so overly excited and I was worried about him we didn't make full use of the all you can eat buffet which was a shame. We booked online using links. The dlp guide gives a list of where you can book with what meal plan. You can book 2 months in advance. Loved La Cantina in Santa Fe and Plaza gardens. Think carefully about timings as there are the parades and fireworks to take into consideration.
If staying in a Disney hotel you get a magic pass which has your park entry and meal/event bookings on so don't lose them.
Magic Hours are a must, hardly any queues to get in then head straight for the most popular rides before the park opens.
Our 1st day we arrived at lunch and queue to get through security was 20 minutes then another 20 minutes to get into the park which set the tone for the rest of the day...queues, queues and more queues (this is February half term, not bad in term time). Yes you can get fast passes for some rides but you have to queue for those then keep yourself busy til your time and head back to stand in a shorter queue. Made more sense to just go to the popular rides in the magic hours.
Absolute favourite things was the inventions restaurant meet and greet lunch, saw 5 characters in 30 mins, unlike the park where you have to queue for 1. Get a programme or use the app to see the frozen parade, main parade and illimuniations. Be warned, they will cancel in bad weather so don't put it off.

The parks are lovely, close together and great to walk around, which is what you will be doing 95% of the time given the horrendous queues at the most popular rides. These are even worse at the moment as many main rides such as Studio Tour, Rock and Roll Coaster, Buzz Lightyear, are all closed for refurb and various others broke down or were closed due to the weather.
So download the app to see waiting times, then try and plan your day around the queue length. Typically 85 mins plus on main rides all day and 30 minutes on smaller rides., so expect to do 2 or 3 main rides in a day.
Twilight entry for hotel stay offers zero benefit as they don't open enough security points or turnstiles at 8.00am - 9,30am to cope, so all you do is queue at 8.30am rather than park opening time at 10.00am.
Once inside, few characters about, again large queues to meet them, and the Disney magic is trumped by Disney retail.
You'll need to go for 2-3 days to do it all, not because of size of parks but because there are so few rides open.
Still, once you get on them they are great, shows are good and nightly light and firework display is incredible

My party of 4 adults and 2 children have just returned from 7 days in France, we had a 4 day hopper pass for Disneyland costing over £1000. During our stay we met one character due to the queue times and reservations you now have to make to meet them. We were basically faced with a choice of paying to queue and meet the limited characters now available or go on the rides. We attempted to queue to see my daughters favourite character ‘stitch’ to be shouted at by one of the staff members because we didn’t have a reservation. When we asked how we make a reservation we were told ‘it’s finished for the day, you can’t meet him’. This left my daughter upset and us without anyway of getting to meet the character she came to see. The same staff member then shouted at us and told us he was getting security because we had walked the wrong way round to join a queue (we joined the back of the line). My children were incredibly upset and thought security would arrest us and remove us from the park. Aside from the one character we met, the staff are incredibly rude and remove all magic of the park with their miserable faces and bad attitudes. The queue times for all rides are incredibly long, averaging 100mins and we managed to get on 3-4 rides per day. We are great full we had the 4 day pass for this reason. They appear to have no maximum limit to the amount of people they allow into the park. I remember visiting when I was younger and experiencing the magic. I wanted to emulate this for my children. Unfortunately this is now just a theme park and all the magic and the joy of meeting characters has been removed. What an expensive disappointment! We spent three days at Disneyland Paris, the holiday was worth every penny just to see the grandchildren’s faces. We stayed off site at the explorers hotel which was great for our family of nine, easy shuttle bus into the park that only took the same amount of time to get into the park as it does if staying at a hotel on site. Some queues were quite long but we expected this as it was half term, you could get fast passes on some rides which we took advantage of. The Mickey Mouse show was great, a must see and the fireworks/laser show was amazing. The Frozen show was great for the children as the characters come to life for them but we were disappointed with the wait (1 and a half hours!) with nowhere to sit whilst queuing with little ones, we felt that the park could have a least had some Disney characters milling around and some form of benches especially as they know that this show is aimed at smaller children and that you have to stand for the show once you enter the theatre! We managed to see 3 parades which were also brilliant and did get to go on a lot of the rides. You do now have to book to see Disney characters which was a change from when we last visited, although you can catch glimpses of them when they walk through the park to their allocated spots where the bookings take place.
Our last visit to Disneyland Paris was with our own children some years ago, when they were little, they came this time with their own children and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ate at the Disney Village mostly to keep costs down as the prices of the eateries in the park itself are expensive, as are the prices of gifts etc in all of the shops, we think that Disney are outpricing themselves, a lot more would buy if the prices in these shops was lowered.
Get into the park by 9.30am, the gates open at 10am and the queues then get longer! Plan your day if you can and get fast passes straight away so that you don’t have to queue so long. You can see the parades by the ‘it’s a small world’ ride if you don’t want to stand in the main square, it is less crowded. You can also take sandwiches, drinks etc into the park. We all had a great time and will definitely re-visit.

Negatives- If you like to queue then this is certainly the place to go. It's not just the queue for rides, but then the toilets, restaurants, shows, food, drinks and the entrance too and from each park. Also the water fountains were all turned off outside the toilets and around the park. We managed to find two which worked and we refilled our bottles there, but very poor for such an expensive day out. Don't provide any if you want to turn them off.
Positives: I was really pleased with the free fast pass for some rides offered every two hours. This helped us organise our day to go on the smaller rides first while waiting for the larger rides. We also had entry to the park 2 hours before it opened so we actually never queued more than 30 mins for any ride over the 4 days.
It was very clean and very friendly all the staff around the park. The app was accurate for times to wait for the rides too. Maybe the app should be easier to follow for things happening throughout the day like parades and times of shows.
I was shocked that the rides for 1.2m were suitable for 5 year old children. I never knew what to expect, but my son was desperate to go on the rides and hit the height, but regretted it straight after. However, my daughter at 7 years did enjoy the ride. So maybe the age needs to be addressed with the height.
Most of the fast rollercoaster were in the dark, which to be honest was scarey and has put me off travelling to Florida until the kids can go solo on the rides.
Overall the park was easy to navigate and well organised. Take plenty of water, food/snacks hats, gloves, scarfs and sunglasses as it was sunny but cold. Download the app to help you and get fast pass tickets every two hours instead of queueing.
The retail was an overkill. I know they make more money on merchandise, but shops are everywhere selling overpriced Disney stuff. Make sure you get your Disney wears Primary before you go, take dressing up clothes and Disney teddies to save your children asking for more once your there. Take cheap ponchos too if it rains.
Would I return? No, but only because I've seen it all now, nothing left to see unless they created a new whole area.

I Spend 2 full days at the Disneyland park and the Walt Disney park. I enjoyed every second of our visit! My friend and I are in our 20’s so we really enjoyed the roller coasters, however I didn’t know that most of the adult rides are in the Walt Disney park, so keep that in mind when deciding whether to purchase just one park entry. The Disney star parade was absolutely fabulous and the light show in the evening was just spectacular. Only thing to keep in mind is that it is VERY expensive, Minnie ears cost us about £22 each and stuffed toys started from around £23. I would recommend also going to see one of the shows that are put on throughout the day, they are about 30mins and great for all ages.

Heading home from a 6 day stay over the New Year. The parks were beautiful with the lights etc. However they were severely overcrowded leading to crushed toes, scraped heels, hit by rucksacks, shoved out of the way, long waits for rides-some 140 minutes. Disney is magical but its ethos of money grabbing, poor customer information lets it down. Cheyenne Hotel (the cheapest) was excellent no thrills place to stay. The only thing letting this down was the contradictory information or lack of information. Given it an unusually low rating because having been here before it was not up to standard. Do not recommend a visit at Christmas and New Year because of the constant trampling by the crowds and the expense of the special events,

Such an amazing place that adults as well as the kids can enjoy equally. It is fairly easy to find from off the ferry and the park is well sign posted on the motorway but keep to the speed limit as lot's of speed cameras. Queue times at the park where a bit long at times (Beginning Of April) but we still all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will be back to experience it again as 2 days just wasn't enough to enjoy all of the rides and experiences on offer. Great place and I would highly recommend this even though I was not that keen on going to begin with. The rides are tamer than say Thorpe Park or Alton Towers rides but where still very enjoyable and the staff where nice and polite and helpful when called upon for help and information. Our kids are 13 & 15 so it was about the thrilling and scary rides and meeting the characters in the park, as my wife also loves the soppy cartoon experience so we had a breakfast with mickey and donald and goofy which cost a small fortune. The Grand Parade at the end of the day is amazing, but the firework display is even more so and definitely worth hanging around for. For memories and a lovely family experience filled with adventure with the family, I cannot recommend this enough if you have younger children and the wife and kids can't wait to experience it nearer to christmas time. The next time round will be in December time and although we know it will be packed out it will be magical for the family and even me too enjoy it.

So we came to Disney on a make a wish foundation trip for my daughter. The rides were fab and all the characters and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a genie pass so we could skip the queues. I personally wouldn’t recommend coming to Disney without a fast pass as some of the ride queues were 70 mins. I can’t imagine you will experience many rides in a day without fast pass. And waiting so long takes all the fun out of it. We did the buffalo bills Wild West show which was really fun and the food was nice. I felt sorry for the poor guy in the ice cream shop. A queue out the door all day and he is the only one serving. I don’t understand why there isn’t more staff to serve customers so your queuing about 40 mins just to get an ice cream. We also did the princess dinner which I would not recommend to anyone. The restaurant is dark and dingy nothing special about it at all. We had been there 1 and a half hours and had still only been served our starter. It cost 244 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids and the food was terrible and hardly any choice. Especially not for kids. And the whole time we were there only 1 princess came to our table. As this was a make a wish trip I wanted it to be really special for my girl but it was terrible and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Other than that the place is magical and amazing :)
