We had the dinner cruise at 8.30pm with the "Privilege" package. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, the positives being the cruise itself, the very talented singer and the huge windows through which we could see Paris in all its glory. The disappointing part was the food. If you think you can expect "gourmet" food for 170 EUR per person, you are mistaken. The quality was very average and the obvious obstacles of serving a good meal on a ship that has no proper kitchen proved too difficult to overcome (everything tasted like reheated meals, slightly overcooked). The service was also anything but exemplary. For example, when cheese was served, the waiter simply put it on the table and said "cheese course" without even mentioning the types of cheese.
With the privilege package you get a glass of champagne and half a bottle of white and red wine for two people. In our case, we had to ask to have the first glass poured, even though the starters had already been served. The waiter then opened a bottle of white wine, poured it and put it at our table, and then a bottle of red wine on the table. We did not know whether to pour it ourselves or wait for the waiter. After all, when you get half a bottle for two people, you rather expect the waiter to take care of it. Since the wine was also average (especially the red wine), it did not matter much in the end because we did not feel like drinking more of it. In summary, the higher price for the "Privilege" package only makes sense because you sit by the window. The fact that you get more food should not matter, unless you really do not care what you eat.

Spent a lot of time researching various dinner cruises before settling on this one we booked the VIP option and WOW!! The boat is all glass and we were given a table for 2 right at the front of the boat. So the views are great but what makes this cruise an amazing choice is the food! It was absolutely magnifique! Nice size portions and we just wanted to lick the plate! Incredibly attentive waiting staff sharing their own knowledge and even make a very nice mocktail for us.
We booked quite a few things but this one was the highlight! Yes it is pricey but looking back, absolutely worth every euro spent!

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on here, was wondering what the best place to do it and feel here is where most people will see it:

I bought a lunch cruise for my partners birthday on 4/11, we took the window seat as it didn't cost that much more and we both love cheese so great.

We were given 2 bottles of wine at the start (white) and offered red during.

The waiter was absolutely fantastic and really wish I could have thanked him more at the time. He joked with us, pointed out scenery, when we learned there was a birthday he brought out a little candle on my partners cake. Absolutely adorable (there was a birthday package which we avoided due to not liking the attention those things can bring) but none the less it was very sweet.

The meal was great, the sights beautiful and the waiter really kicked it up a notch.

Definitely give it a go if you're on the fence

Firstly, bad signage at the docks. It was impossible to say which "gate" your boat was leaving from, until we queued up (mistakenly) at the ticket booth and got told it was at the other end of the dock.
The whole queueing up and boarding took about 40 minutes.
The boat itself was fine, comfortable chairs and tables with linen. No social distancing and a little bit stuffy without much air flow.
Now for the experience. The food was below average. Very much French "fast food" for large numbers of people. It looked and tasted like it came out of a food production line.
The service was the usual fake "I just want a tip at the end of this" interaction.
Very generous with the wines. Unfortunately the wines were very poor quality and the supposed welcome champagne gave me a headache in about 10 minutes.
Don't go on this boat expecting a nice quiet dinner while cruising the Seine. This boat crams so many people in such a small space, and plays loud music on top of it, that all we could hear for the entire 3 hours were loud market-level noisy conversations punctuated by the futile attempts of a bad DJ or Spotify playlist- I'm not sure which. It was so loud, we could barely hear each other. It was so awful, I didn't care that we paid 500euros+ for an awful dinner, within 30 minutes of this circus I wanted to get off the boat.
It truly was one of our most miserable dinners in Paris, and also one of the most expensive, as we opted for the Premiere (most expensive) option on the menu.

Do not waste your time and money on this ridiculous experience.

We booked the Croisiere Diner and choose the Premier Menu; it is a ver beautiful way to experience Paris and although is pricey it is a different perspective of Paris from the River. My boyfriend and I though although it is very beautiful it is a one time experience.
For us quality breads are an important opening of a good dinner… not here: bread is just white and not soft nor French toasted, no options either… Food portions are normal (French) and flavors and condiments were ok. Wines were just very mixed as they serve Rose (for toast) and Red (entree) and White (appetizer) and we requested just to keep one for the whole meal…
The sight from the windows is wonderful and since it goes one way and returns the opposite way you get a look of both faces of Paris.
Yes, we do recommend doing it and going to the tables by the windows as loosing the site would defeat the whole purpose of the journey. The night lights and the water are just such a wonderful Combination of Paris’ view.
If you can and you can fit it in your budget: yes! Do it!

This dinner cruise is a must for anyone visiting Paris for the first time. The cruise is on a gorgeous boat that follows a route that shows you most of the major sites and attractions in Paris. The wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive and goes above and beyond to provide great service. The only thing we were unsure of is whether or not we should be tipping. I know most Europeans do not tip, and I feel that the cruise was priced at an amount that should include any tip. I would recommend doing this dinner the first evening you arrive in Paris.

I wish I could choose a negative number to express how horrible this experience was. We booked a dinner cruise a month in advance and paid close to $500 for a couple. Our taxi driver dropped us at a dock entrance about a half mile away from the dinner boat dock. We ran the whole way( in heels) and even called ahead to explain we’d be a few minutes late. When we arrived we were relieved to see that the boat was still there and docked. However we were met with the ABSOLUTELY rudest staff Ever! The woman at the counter wouldn’t even consider our situation and refused to issue us a boarding pass. We boarded with our tickets in hand and explaining we were refused boarding passes, security was called and we were asked to get off. You can’t imagine how upset this was considering how much we spent on tickets. This was the single most incredulous moment in my life. Never had I been treated with such indignation in my life. Rude is an understatement. We left and tried to take a lesser evening cruise only to find out the captain had called ahead to blackball us from ALL the other boats! We ended up finding a great private party on a yacht and watched the Eiffel Tower at midnight from there. This company has zero class. Needless to say there was NO refund or explanation. This ruined any romantic visions I ever had about Paris. It’s all an illusion.
Save your money, go to Mexico and enjoy the beach!!!

I booked this tour three months in advance and this was the most anticipated event for my trip to Paris. I booked the premier dinner cruise, guaranteeing seating at the front of the boat (just under $500 for two adults). Three factors contributed to my one star review.
First, upon being seated, the romantic ambiance was immediately ruined by a table of 14 terribly obnoxious American visitors. They were so loud that we asked our waiter if there was any way we could be moved prior to departure. Our concerns were completely dismissed.
Second, for a $500 dinner cruise, I expected to be seated at the window. In fact, our table was the only one out of all the premier tables that was not situated at a window, even though we arrived 45 minutes earlier than the other premier patrons and we ALL paid the exact same price.
These first two issues could be completely overlooked if it were not for issue number three—our table was right smack IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE where the waiters walk back and forth!! Each time a waiter walked between tables, not only did our ENTIRE table shake, but the waiters bumped into the back of my chair 100% of the time. I attempted to move the table as far out of the way as possible to give the waiters more space for the aisle, but the waiters continued to bump and trip over us the whole time. I was very stressed out and this truly ruined the experience for me. I would not recommend this dinner cruise to anyone who is considering it.

An amazing end to our trip. The cruise is very well organised. You have a set table so no need to rush to get on board. The waiters and hilarious and very hard working. The food was of excellent quality considering it was mass catering on a boat! We picked the ‘etoile’, which I think was the cheapest, which meant we sat in the middle of the boat rather than by a window. It was absolutely fine and you are raised above the window guests, so get an equally good view. The food was brought out at a good pace and we enjoyed that we got Kir, a bottle of wine (between 2) and coffee all included, along with 3 excellent courses. There was no tannoy announcements telling you what you were passing, but the waiters were great at signposting attractions if they were nearby when you passed them. Overall, we think it was a fair price for an amazing experience and definitely a very special end to the trip.

On a cold afternoon, sitting up top was not a good choice. Add to that the Audio Guide never worked on our phones. While inside option was much warmer, we didn't feel safe using the audiophones during Covid. Fortunately it was a quick trip. We did not do a dinner cruise -perhaps those are better. This is included on the Citypass, reviewed separately, which we won't buy again.
