Learn more about both during this intimate master-class with a professional chef, during which you visit neighborhood food shops and learn how to prepare an authentic, four-course French menu. Top off the lesson with a cozy dinner, complete with local cheese and wine.
What to Expect
Meet in Paris’ 18th arrondissement for your morning or afternoon tour and cooking class during which you prepare a seasonal four-course menu from the freshest Parisian ingredients as you learn about the art of French cooking. Class size is limited to seven, so you are guaranteed an intimate and informative experience.
During this exclusive, one-of-a-kind culinary masterclass, you meet a professional chef in the heart of Montmartre. From there, you visit local cheese, produce, and butcher shops with the chef, on the hunt for top-quality products.
After your market visit, you head to a local cooking school to begin your hands-on lesson in preparing an authentic French meal, which covers everything from amuse-bouche to dessert.
Once you’ve perfected the recipe with instruction from the chef, sit back with your classmates to enjoy a leisurely dinner, topped off with local wines and cheeses for a truly authentic Parisian culinary experience—made from scratch.
