    Great tour!
This was one of the BEST tours I've ever had. Rory was our guide, funny, friendly and patient. We went through some challanging areas, but no tourists, bikers or Parisiennes were harmed. The boat ride and wine made it even more fun and added a good variety to the tour. I am glad we did it the very first day, and got a better idea about what points of interest to visit later during the day. We rented bikes from the same place the very next day and toured the city the whole day.

    Amazing Versailles tour
Amazing tour by Dave Lombardi our guide. Super safe and fun. Lots of info delivered in a friendly way. We specifically recommend doing Versailles by bike to be able to visit the whole extension of the gardens. The visit to Marie Antoinette’s quarters were the highlight of the visit. Doing the tour on a Friday when the town’s market is in full movement is highly recommended. We did a picnic on the grounds of the Palace and it was amazing!!!

Good way to see some of Paris. By bike we felt you get more of a feel for the city's ambience. The info was good and the bikes in good shape.

Don't miss out on this memorable, well-organised and engaging tour!
If you want the ideal conditions for viewing Versailles Chateau and Gardens, it would not be in a torrential, consistent downpour. We did however have our tour on a September day just like this. It was Fabulous! The fact that Toby, our Fat Tire Tours guide for the day, kept us entertained, our spirits up and managed to impart facts and history in an engaging and memorable way is an absolute credit to him. He had a genuine care for everyone in the group, ensuring everyone managed to kit themselves with enough wet weather deflection to remain semi-dry and was totally unphased by the lovable but frustrated toddler in our own party. Toby regaled us with the history of Versailles and the French royals with humorous, memorable anecdotes. As we ended the tour of the gardens and joined the queue to enter the chateau itself, chaos had begun due to the delays caused by the rain. Toby stuck by his group, cheerfully orchestrating some order in the chaos and ensured his group entered the chateau on time and intact, giving us a reassuring wave once we had entered into the main courtyard. The entire tour from the directions provided in order to meet the Fat Tires Tour guides in Paris, to the train trip to the tour of Versailles and the return was superbly organised with every eventuality considered. If this was all achieved on a stormy day such as this, I can only imagine how idyllic it would be on a mild day. Don't miss out, definitely book yourselves on this tour!

    Montmartre Walking Tour
Our walking tour was booked by Enchanting Travels with Fat Tire Tours. We did the Montmartre Walking Tour and our guide was Nick. Nick was so much fun! He had an extensive knowledge of the area as well as the stories/history of all the stops we made. It rained during our entire tour, but he kept going and kept it lively! Highly recommended & can't say enough about Nick!

    Fun day at Versailles!
Martin was our guide and he was wonderful! He gave us so much information on the tour! Bikes are not electric but I didn’t need it. Area flat and easy to ride! We stopped and got to walk on our own at many stops. Kids had a great time. Plenary of time to explore palace after tour.

    Great way to see Versailles!
What a great way to spend the day. Our guide Mia was fantastic! So much energy AND historical perspective to share - wish my history professors in school were this good. Her story telling was so on point, I could visualize every detail - loved it. And our picnic (of self selected) meats, cheeses, baguettes, fresh fruits & treats, etc., might have been the best part of entire trip! So delicious...

We bought the tickets online and made our own reservations to get there by train and Uber. It was mid September, so the gardens were spectacular. Also had blue sky in white fluffy clouds, and we were able to take many photos especially around the pond area that were very helpful the next day when we visited the museum in Paris that had the Water Lilies panels. If you plan to visit the garden and go to the museum, try to go to the garden first. You will really get a great perspective on what you will then see at the museum. You can also walk about 1/2 mile to the cemetery to see the grave of Monet and his family. All in all a great time.

This was a perfect way to see Monet’s house, garden, and lily ponds, combined with a picnic by the Seine after shopping at a local market and an easy bike ride. The tour guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of his knowledge on the bus ride to Giverny. That helped me get more out of the tour than I would have had just by going alone.

OJ is an absolutely wonderful, kind and knowledgeable guide. We loved his approach. The experience could have been improved by giving one guide a microphone so everyone could hear their insights in the bus. It was frustrating not to be able to hear these experienced and genial guides. Easy remedy — a mike

I was on the Giverny (Monet's House) tour today and it was fantastic! From the market to get our food, to a picnic in an unbeatable setting, to getting to see and learn all about Monet, it was a perfect day. Made better by the witty, and intelligent commentary provided by tour guides Oj and Dave. They kept us safe while biking, explained clearly what we were going to be experiencing that day, and really brought everything to life. I highly recommend this tour and thanks to Oj and Dave for a spectacular day!

I enjoyed every aspect of the tour, even the bus ride down the freeway. The short time in Vernon was interesting because it got me out of the Paris sphere and to see the normal France. The cycling was fun. Then Monet’s house and garden were superb. The only spoiler we’re the other tourists. There were just too many especially at the water lilies.

Simply marvelous!! Our guide, Abby, was joyous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just wonderful. The bikes were comfortable, clean, easy to ride. The route was idyllic with a perfect lunch stop location. And the garden itself, well… indescribable. Definitely a 12/10 experience!

This was one of my favorite day trips from Paris and a great way to see Giverny and Monet's Gardens. After a van drive to Giverny, we were given about an hour to walk around the town and buy picnic supplies. Our guide gave great tips on a local cheese shop where we bought some amazing cheeze and pear cidre and we also hit up the local outdoor market for nectarines and baguettes. A stop at the recommended pastry shop for a Normandy tart rounded out our lunch. We biked to a spot on the river where we ate and our guide gave us information about Monet and his art. From there we biked the rest of the way to Monet's Garden. We had more than an hour to walk through the gardens and explore the house before meeting back at our bikes for the ride back to Giverny. Tips: Wear closed toed and comfortable shoes for biking and walking. Pack $$ for lunch, bring water and maybe throw a light raincoat in your bag. The biking is pretty flat and there are stops, so no need to be an expert biker. In fact, my coworker hadn't ridden a bike in about five years and was totally fine. My only suggestion for Fat Tire would be to assign a staff member or volunteer from the group to stay at the end of the pack in case the group gets separated at lights or someone needs help. Otherwise, wonderful tour and can't recommend it highly enough.
