1st, it’s an on-line booking. Why it doesn’t immediately give you the necessary QR code to get on the bus is not ok. We had to go all the way over to an address for the main office to get the code/ticket. The information provided says hop-on hop-off. Also, there is zero clarity WHERE to catch the bus because every corner says Bus stop. We missed out on SO MUCH due to unclear details and no QR code that is “ELECTRONIC”!!!

Terrible use another service
Crap experience. Waited for our open top red bus but that's not what showed up. It was enclosed and wanted an open top (as per advertising pictures) so as its a hop on hop off with buses every 10 mins jumped off the bus to wait for the next one. Well 10 mins ended up being an hour waiting for the next bus and as it took so long there was so many people the driver closed the door before we could get on, so now still waiting for the bus. Next one showed up 20 mins later and only seat was down stairs next to a bulk head. In the end paid a rip off fees to sit on a normal bus with no chance of site seeing
Then half way around we stop at Red bus office for 15-20 mins, driver just walked off and no one kn e w what was going on
Use another service and is really crap for trip advisor to only have this provider

Great way to see the city. I downloaded the app so I could see where the busses and the stops were, and it made the whole process very easy. Good value for money too, as you can use it as a regular means of transport through the city!

I’m sure it could be good.
It seemed like a good idea. But unfortunately the driver never signaled when a stop was a stop to get off or just a traffic stop.
Make sure to read exactly what you’re buying as well. A lot of people trying to get on that didn’t realized they had to tickets that didn’t last day and night.

Not worth the money
Most of the drivers, did not speaking English and we’re actually kind a rude when we asked for help and directions. The route was ok, but considering we’ve done this in other cities, there should be at least another route that takes you to Montmatre, etc

Major Letdown in the City of Lights

Had high hopes for this tour. We booked this particular one because they have a "sister" in London hop on/hop off tours. MAJOR MAJOR LETDOWN!!! Coming from London's buses that were clean, tidy, well kept, this was ridiculous. Seats broken, wall paneling not secured, headphones/audio system not working properly, wet/messy seats.

The driver was fine, but at one point near the Opera house, another driver joined the bus and all they did was yell over the noise of the exhaust making it difficult to even hear the seriously lacking audio.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Worth the money! Do this first after visiting the tower.

I know you have to do the tower first. At least that's what everyone seems to wants to do first in Paris. But do this right after. It will inform you about so many things available in Paris that you would not know about otherwise. It was definitely worth the money. If you do it in cold weather bundle up! It is very cold with the wind.

Big bus tour
Very friendly and helpful. Always found a bus and seat. Did. It k ow it included a ticket to l'arc Di Triomphe It was a pleasant surprise. Walked all the way to the top. Took elevator down. If knew it had snd elevator would of taken it up. Steps felt like was never going to end.
