A must-do at the beginning of your trip
Highly recommend this Tour! We took the Day Bike Tour and had an excellent time with Martin! It's been a couple of decades since I've been on a bike and was a little nervous about riding through the city, but Martin made sure we were all safe and I was able to just enjoy the ride. We got a great overview of some of Paris' highlights. We had plenty of opportunities for photos. We got a few insider tips (like how to "skip the lines" at a couple of attractions). We're going on the Night Bike Tour in a couple of days and will consider a b8ke tour of Versailles as well!

    Excellent tour!
A fantastic snapshot of Revolutionary history, with our amazing guide Aaron. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun, giving us a unique insight into how the revolution came about and how it influenced the city of Paris. The tour's route was easy to walk and well-planned, taking us through many of Paris' most famous historic sites, giving us new information and perspectives on them.

Bike tour was highlight of our Paris trip!
We took a Fat Tire Bike Tour through Versailles with Dave and it was the absolute highlight of our trip. We didn't have the best weather but Dave made sure we still had an amazing time. He kept the kids fully engaged with interesting info about Versailles, the Kings and Marie Antoinette. He shows us parts of Versailles that we NEVER would have found on our own. This tour ended up being the highlight of our trip to Paris! Highly recommend the tour and Dave as your guide.

    Go, Fabian!
Fabian was the most amazing tour guide, ever!!! His knowledge is unmatched, and his joy in sharing it is contagious! He is enthusiastic - a self declared history nerd - and absolutely made my trip!!! I would do this again in a heartbeat! And here's a shout out to his mom - your son is doing you proud, Ma'am! If you don't want to hear fascinating stories about history as you ride, then find another tour because this one is (fortunately) jam-packed with knowledge! (Oh, and Fabian's a wonder with fixing bikes and scrapes, too. ; )

Excellent tour - would recommend :)
Julien was an excellent guide - funny and informative. We had to queue very little thanks to the tickets included in the tour cost. This is our 5th Fat Tires Tour across 3 cities and all have been excellent.

    Versailles Tour
I have previously used Fat Tire Tours on trips to Paris in 2014 and 2016 in the city of Paris. This time we decided to try the Versailles tour as we already did a skip the line walking tour on our 2016 visit. As always, our Tour Guide was great. If I recall, his name is Matias. Originally from Argentina, Texas, then Paris. IIRC. Only downside is got some rain. Nothing heavy but enough to be annoying for me. Enough so that my wife and I skipped the Versailles Palace tour portion but we did that in 2016, so I was ok with it. The best part, for me, was the Marie-Antoinette Hamlet. I didn't know about this location, and it was beautiful. Would love to see it again someday when it's not raining. LOL

A+ French revolution walking tour through Paris
The French revolution walking tour through Paris was A+. And it was all thanks to the gentleman who was our tour guide (unfortunately forgot his name, maybe his name was Aaron). Not only was he extremely knowledgeable. He was also a captivating storyteller. His passionate cliffhanger stories transported us back in time, making the past come fully alive. It felt so real, like you could suddenly walk into Marie Antoinette, Louis XVI, Rosseau, and the other major players of the revolution. Bravo!!

    A great cycling adventure
I’ve never really felt compelled to write a review befits but we loved this bike tour of Paris. Andrea our guide was excellent, really knowledgeable about the city, great fun and really looked after us all. We were a bit freaked out about road cycling in a busy city (we both opted to wear a helmet!) but honestly it was fine, lots of smaller streets and cycle lanes and really clear instructions to keep you safe. Had we stayed longer we definitely would have booked to do another tour with Fat Tire as everyone we met was great - also as we were only there for a short weekend break it meant we packed so much more in than we could have done on foot. Highly recommended.

    Best Giverny Tour
Even though we weren't sure we wanted a bike tour, this tour was the highest rated so we selected it. We were not disappointed as it was one of the most fun activities during our trip to Paris! Tour Guide OJ was a funny, kind and knowledgeable tour guide and made the trip fantastic. Monet's hours and gardens was wonderful and the skip the link perk was great! Would definitely recommend!

Our walking tour was booked by Enchanting Travels with Fat Tire Tours. We did the Montmartre Walking Tour and our guide was Nick. Nick was so much fun! He had an extensive knowledge of the area as well as the stories/history of all the stops we made. It rained during our entire tour, but he kept going and kept it lively! Highly recommended & can't say enough about Nick!

The guide we had for this tour was very bad. She giggled every other moment to the point of serious distraction. She took us to more than one incorrect location until a tourist told her she was in the wrong spot after Googling the location. She was not informative and would take off speedwalking leaving the group behind. She seemed nice but not a good tour guide.

We did the Fat Tyre bike tour the day before and were also offered this Montmartre walking tour for the next day, we are so glad we did this tour, it was such a highlight and we loved our guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and sites. We can highly recommend this to anyone wanting to know and see the true Parisian life of the Montmartre and surroundings. Please note this is a walking tour that has many uphill and stairs so a moderate level of fitness is required, but well worth the workout..

Emiliana was a great guide, very enthusiastic and informative about the Montmarte neighborhood. Each stop along the way had an interesting story behind it, and the views at the summit were well worth the climb. It is an uphill/downhill tour, but don't be put off by that. The frequent stops help you catch your breath if you're not at a good fitness level (or walked 10km in the morning like we did). I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

This quirky neighborhood has such an interesting part of Paris history. I’m sorry I forgot my guide’s name but he was originally from England and is currently a professor at the Sorbonne! He really knew this neighborhood and many interesting facts and stories about its history, it’s people and it’s role in becoming part of Paris. It was definitely a lot of walking, uphill, downhill and up again but we stop along the way so no one stretch is too long uphill.

This walking tour was fabulous. What better guide than an artist and Kit was so knowledgeable. Having lived in Montmartre at one time he had history and stories to tell. Who knew an interesting cemetery would be on the tour! We highly recommend this tour while in Paris!

We had a tour with Mark who was an excellent tour guide. He had lots of information, facts and stories to tell us. The little picture cards were a great idea too to bring it all to life.
He made the tour interesting and catered for all our requests and questions. A really fab tour, thank you.

We would never have known where to go or what to see if we hadn't taken this tour....it was filled with interesting facts. The hardest part was hearing the guide....there was a lot of traffic noise. Might have been easier if we had had ear phones.
