A wonderful trip! Our guide Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant we stopped at was so cute and delicious! The bus was very comfortable. We had a great experience and learned a lot, too.

Was a great trip for couples.
The food and service were very good. We sat in the very bow of the boat and had a 180-degree unobstructed view. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 hour trip.

    Great day
We had a great day. Steve was a great guide. We got to see a great sampling of Normandy and learn about the brutal history of the longest day(s). Looking forward to returning.

Way too short and too fast!
Way too short 1h15 mn chrono really a pity. Dinner was ok service good and music nice but all way too hurried! It should last a minimum of 2 h to justify the high price.

    Amazing place - spendy trip
This is a beautiful place - def worth a visit. The tour guide seemed fine - we didn’t really interact with her. The bus was fine, though we are tall - so the folks putting their seats back smacked our knees pretty badly. It is a LONG day in a bus for a few hours there but that’s no surprise. I didn’t realize the audio tour used our own devices and we had no headphones or charger so we couldn’t use that at all. It was basically $330 for a 10hr bus ride. If I had longer to plan, I’d just book my own travel and satay over night. Well organized though - nothing to really complain about, just not great value.

    Very pleasant and relaxing
We really enjoyed our cruise. The food was good and the ambience for the people in the Champagne Option was very nice. We were in the front of the ship, so it was quieter up there, and there were rose petals spread on the table and other little touches like that. We had great views as we were right next to a window. It was a pleasant way to spend a couple hours relaxing.

    Powerful experience
The tour was excellent. Very well organized. Our guide, Florence, provided plenty of relevant and interesting information about the places we visited throughout the trip. And the driver Mathias drove safely and smoothly.

    Top End Seine Dinner Cruise
We figured Maxim's would be a little more classy and have better food than the many dinner cruises available, and they definitely delivered. Great views from our window table, live music, and very good food. Service was excellent.

This is not the best tour
The bus has very small seat space, it was a doble decker bus with very stepped stairways. The information of the tour says there will be no more than 40 pax but we have more than 50 and because of that, there was many little delays that added to a more than a hour. There was three tour groups together on the same bus: on your self, multilingual audio and guided tour. The guide was not detailed in her explanation, just general info and was not prepared for answer a specific question about architecture or history; she was jumping from one theme to other without making a complete story. There was a problem with the tickets for the entrance to fortification and abbey: tickets was not valid for the day because It was the first Sunday of the month and admission is free, but the company charges you for the ticket even though it is free. Here we had another delay. During the way back to Paris, at one of the stops to go to the bathroom, we had to wait more than 20 minutes because a passenger did not get to the bus, although since the beginning of the tour they insisted on being punctual since they would not wait for anyone.

I booked a bus tour and cruise on the Seine for a duration of 2:30
We arrive at the meeting place and there a not very nice lady tells us that we are doing the cruise first and then the bus tour even though on the website it is the opposite
The cruise tour was extremely full, we didn’t see much at all

2 p.m. cruise for one hour and 4:15 p.m. the bus tour…. From 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. what do we do? Nothing was indicated on our tickets or on the internet
It’s not 2:30 long…
We did not take the bus tour because we had to fly back at the end of the day
I was very disappointed and would have preferred to do something else for our last day in Paris…

No meaningful address or directions provided for meeting point for tour bus or boat. We missed the bus literally running around for a half hour searching for it. Then they refused to issue a refund. AVOID this company!

I like to book all activities well in advance but these guys made a huge mess!
I booked city tour, Cruise with Eiffel tower through DELTA vacations and got confirmation but week later received cancellation (May be because they wanted to save on commission).
I booked the same via their website and got confirmation and voucher and again after 2 weeks got cancellations.

So I booked only the tour and cruise and brought my Eiffel tower tickets on my own. Same thing get confirmation and voucher... but guess what 2 weeks later and only 6 days before my trip I get reschedule of the tour which is practically useless for me and throws of all my plans.

So I am not sure what their deal is but the customer service is pathetic and dont respond in timely manner. Also they are least apologetic.
NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS EVEN IF YOU GET CONFIRMATION!

My husband and I were on our last day of a week in Paris, and were looking for something warm that would keep up occupied for a few hours before our fight later in the evening. There were so many issues with this company...

TL;DR: Don't waste your money on it. Just buy a Metro pass or a booklet (10 passes) and visit the sites yourself, saving a ton of money. Or do a hop-on hop-off from their competition. There is no tour guide, just pre-recorded commentary, and the "guides" are rude. No communication. "Tour" is an hour long bus ride, not 2 hours plus an hour boat.

1) It's run by Grayline, which is an international tour company that has really taken a downhill turn in quality in the past decade.

2) The sign-in. We were "lucky", as we were late because we went to the wrong office (the one across the street), but saw multiple other couples having issues with reimbursement or scheduling errors "by the agent". This is a classic trick for when they have oversold a slot, assuming people won't show up. We were able to go right on the bus, but others had to wait in a queue to have the tickets checked, to then wait in a queue to get on the bus. An inefficient setup if you ask me.

3) The "tour" is an audio commentary that you normally get with hop-on hop-off tours, which are of a similar price but have much longer tours and allow you to see the sights when you wish. Most of the tour is just cheesy music playing, interspersed with commentary. Admittedly the commentary is decent, but no where on the listing does it say it is an audio tour and not an actual tour guide, which is explicitly why I chose this listing over the Big Bus Tours. At least they are honest about it.

4) The tour guide was not a guide at all, and straight up lied to us a few times within a very short span of talking to her. We were told contradictory things multiple times. I was not allowed to take my luggage onto the river boat cruise (I had made the mistake of believing they would have the bus there where I could store it), and the "guide" never mentioned this and straight up said "I didn't see your luggage when you came on the bus or I would have told you". I saw her look at it and she said nothing. What we were supposed to be doing and when when never clearly explained, as some people followed her after, some went to the boat, and others stayed on the bus to go back to the agency, with no explanation of where we should be going. She told us that it was the boat we would be taking and to go straight there, and we did and were told we needed tickets that she had (not the stickers on our jacket, which did exactly zero except act as advertising for them). We had already been to the Eiffel Tower and it seemed like the end/drop off point, so there is a ton of miscommunication. The "guide" became very rude and acted as though both of us misunderstanding was the problem, not that she had not explained anything, and was rolling her eyes and raising her voice at me, and talking down as though I was stupid and hadn't listened when we had directly followed exactly what she said to do on the bus. Consider me extremely unimpressed with how this was handled. She should not be in the customer service industry. We also saw her wondering around with other people after (when I had to go to a place and pay 5 euro to keep my bag there for the oat ride), which makes me believe that others did get the rest of the tour. After explicitly asking "Is the tour done?" and being told "yes", yet having others with her, it makes it seem like a straight up lie.

4) Pricing. It was 32 euro per person. The river boat tickets are 15 euro, and the bus tour was under an hour long (55 minutes), most definitely not worth the whopping 17 euro for the audioguide and commentary (which was very much the same as the one on the boat ride). If there was an actual guide, sure, but not for a pre-recorded audio guide that is mostly music. They also have audioguided tours of the Louvre available for 30+ euro, when the Louvre offers the exact same for 15 euro entry plus 5 euro for the audioguide. They are just acting as a middleman in these situations to score an extra buck.

Important things:
1. you have to collect tickets from ParisVision office even though you have a prepaid voucher! (It might be central but if you are on the other side the trek to get there only to go back on your trip seems a waste)
2. They do not have dedicated booths to collect your ticket so you have to queue with all the other customers who do NOT have a tickets and want information - arrive early otherwise the seats on the bus are taken and you are not guaranteed to sit with your party.
3. Skip the line - you are still queuing to go through security which is fine but you still have to queue to get to the attraction, all you are saving is buying your ticket at the attraction and maybe the risk of it overselling so if you want a guaranteed ticket then buy in advance but not this tour.
Our trip: I brought the tour as I have a young child with mobility challenges and the peace of mind to have it all sorted and the convenience not queuing worked for us. Unfortunately as you will read it would have been easier, more time efficient and cost less to have done it yourself. As mentioned you have to go to the office to collect tickets that I was aware of however, even though we arrived early we had to wait nearly 45 minutes to collect our tickets as there was no dedicated queue. The only reason it was 45 minutes was that the tour bus was due to leave and they needed all the passengers to board so we were pushed to the front otherwise it would have been a lot longer (note collect any other tickets you have booked at this time to save you going again unless you are on a full tour you do not come back to the office). The bus finally leaves 20 minutes after due time. There is audio so you can listen but you are in a closed bus so photographs can be limited as the bus doesn't stop or slow down at the sights which is understandable as you are on a main road but just mentioning because if this is important a hop on hop off bus will work better. Its an hour ride, we arrived at the Eiffel Tower around 11.20. It took the guide over 30 minutes to explain in 4 languages that she will give us our Eiffel Tower tickets once we got through security. We walked in and once on the other side of security the guide said she ran out of time slots and our next one was an hour later. We had a young child and now were having to wait for our time slot another hour wasted, the guide also sent us to the wrong end of the tower but thankfully another person in our group found us and told us the correct information as we were travelling with a child who had mobility challenges and they knew we would lose our slot. The guide disappeared as soon as she handed out the tickets. The river tour was cancelled which is not there fault but they weren't really helpful other than saying just go back to the office for a refund. For ÂŁ190 for 2 adults and 1 child it is seriously overpriced and not well organised. It would have been easier for us to have just got the tickets individually as either way the convenience of buying in advance to save time, less queuing and the feeling of being looked after just didn't happen.

Bus trip was enjoyable. River ride was interesting more audio description needed.
Also need to advise patrons that they will need to find their own way back to pick up point by public transport.

The bus tour was stuck in traffic. We could have walked around and seen more by ourselves. The guide was rude to us when getting off. I was trying to find the cruise tickets and he yelled at me to hurry to join the other guide on the quai. We were not even late as our group had to wait 30 minutes for the next boat. On the boat, the hand held phones were absolutely useless. Nobody could use them. I had least got to see the shell of Notre Dame which is very sad to see. Otherwise a complete waste of money.

In short this was the worst tour. First in the description said:

"Panoramic tour by luxury air-conditioned coach"

What they provided was a tour bus without any AC. Also the headphones didn't work so couldn't hear anything. The tour description said 2 hr bus and 1 hr cruise but the bus tour was only 1 hr.

Do don't go with this tour company. We took a different tour with "HISTORY GROUP". They were much better. I would recommend the "HISTORY GROUP" instead of this tour company.

Probably 3.5 stars, better than average, not quite very good. One gets to see the city from two different perspectives, so that is interesting. Don't expect to learn a ton, this is just a quick hitter tour.

Comfortable sightseeing coach with glass roof and headphones for your own language commentary. Bit of cheesy French music during the gaps which actually was quite a nice touch. Took about 1.5 hours and covered the main highlights of Paris, dropping off at Eiffel Tower. Straight onto boat cruise which unfortunately didn't go as far as Île de la Cité due to flood, but did cover the Statue of Liberty - about 1 hour cruise. Enough for us as a mixture of ages, and gave us enough time to then metro-surf to see the sites we wanted in a much cheaper way than the hop-on/off buses.
