About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- clinth5290 contributionsWas an amazing day in every wayWas an amazing days despite be late to Bayeux ( our fault not theirs) still got to see everything we wanted plus some. Our guide Dylan was very knowledgeable and had many photos and maps to help bring the stories to life. Would highly recommend this tour group to any one.Written September 17, 2024
- JP19750 contributionsA great tour of 3 must-see places in the Northwestern region of France!Really enjoyed this tour. Geraldine our guide was fantastic.. providing a great balance of interesting information and tips, but also giving free time to explore the different stops on tour. One thing I really liked about this tour is that you take the train to meet the tour, instead of taking a bus or van that would add hours to an already busy day. Highly recommend!Written September 11, 2024
- Nomad6944420 contributionsWonderful tour in important historical sights. The entire tour was really enjoyable and memorable. The arrangements for train from Paris were well planned and comfortable. The sights were amazing to see. Jenny provided a wonderful detailed historical play by play of the events and personal histories of those involved. We loved it and appreciate Jenny for her hospitality and narration. Five perfect stars.Written September 6, 2024
- adamudy0 contributionsBurgundy Wine Tour 2024 (2 days) LINK PARISOverall, our trip through LinkParis (Burgundy wine country 2 day trip from Paris) was good! Our feedback is mixed, but positive overall. There are some areas for improvement here. Positives...Laura was good at being available to help make the original booking. She even responded while we were having issues in France and with the time change, it was in the middle of the night for her in CA. The hotel had a reservation for us and was fantastic. We had superb winery tour guides each of the two days with thoughtful winery visits. These guides were super knowledgable about wine and the area. Both days, we had private tours with the guides, and that was unexpected. We love Burgundy wine and the area so much and learned a lot and spent much $$ buying wine and having it shipped back to the US and glad we had the experience. Areas for improvement... there is a learning curve in dealing with the different trains to get to Beaune and we were on our own to figure it out. It was difficult to link up with the tourguide on the first day as it wasn't clearly as marked on the map. There was no transportation available or arranged from the Beaune train station, so we had to walk 20+ mins with our luggage to the hotel and no taxi's or rideshare available. When we checked out of the hotel, the hotel didn't have clear instructions on how the bill was to be settled, and it was the middle of the night for Laura, so we had to make some assumptions. The day 2 was super short...only 2 wineries and 3 hours long and we were left to ourselves to make arrangements to visit the Hospice, which wasn't bad other than we had to wait in line for 30 mins. Overall, we loved the experience and found it epic... and hope this review will create a better experience for people in the future.Written September 4, 2024
- Deb S0 contributionsMont St Michel and Normandy TourWe took this 2 day tour based on the great reviews. They were proven correct. We really enjoyed and learned so much about the history and sacrifices the Allies made on D Day and after. Our tour guide and driver Julie, was very informative and fun. She engaged with everyone in our small group and took us to very interesting and historic places on both days. We recommend their 2 day tour to visit all these historic sites without feeling rushed, or missing some. Well worth the cost for a once in a lifetime visit!Written August 28, 2024
- JerryC152470 contributionsD-Day day tripWe were in Versailles for the Olympics and had an open day and we decided to take a quick trip to see Normandy. We didn't have a lot of time, we knew it was 3 hours each way and LinkParis (Laura) put together a great itinerary. Our guide, Fred, knew we were short on time and we decided to see 3 important sites, Omaha beach, Pointe du Hoc and the American Cemetery. Needless to say, all were moving. None of us had been there before but all felt it was an important trip since we had time. LinkParis found a nice restaurant on the coast for a lunch stop on the way out, the food was typical French, fantastic. La Trinquette. I'm a terrible photographer, but here are a few photos from the day.Written August 13, 2024
- Luciakyrie0 contributionsExcellent company to work with! Transfers, tickets, and tours went seamlessly. Fabulous, VERY knowledgeable tour guides!Linkparis.com and Laura provided me with the best experience anyone could ever ask for! I am so glad I found them online. When I did, they became more than just an unknown company. Laura went out of her way to answer all of my questions. I was traveling alone to France. I was unsure about reading signs, directions, hailing a cab and just travel in general. I had three days where I wanted to book tours to Sant-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, and then Normandy. I was based in Paris and did not want to return there each night. After talking with Laura she offered to book me into hotels in the areas I would be in so that I could maximize my time and not return to Paris each night. She would coordinate with her team about meeting me at train stations, the hotels and dropping me off at the final train station back to Paris. Her guides in Saint-Malo and Bayeux happily did this for me. She not only booked my hotels, but also my train tickets. Everything went flawlessly. For the tours I was part of a small group of five other people, and in both instances our guides were excellent. They had tremendous knowledge of the areas we were touring, specific tips about where good stops to use the restrooms would be, carried water for us in the van, gave us time to tour the area after their guided part, and discussed a specific meet up time and location, and were safe drivers. When speaking with Laura over the phone, her tremendous knowledge of Paris and France was so helpful in helping me make decisions. To have them handle every aspect of that part of my trip just eased my mind unbelievably. It was the best experience and I highly recommend them to anyone!Written August 13, 2024
- handynana10 contributionsOutstanding ExperienceThe tour of the Beaches of Normandy was even more than I expected Victor, the tour guide, had so much knowledge about facts, fiction, what should have happened vs, what actually happened. We spent a sufficient amount of time at each location, but there weren't enough hours in the day to see and read everything. I definitely would not have eliminated or shortened the time at any location. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Victor. His knee wedge and enthusiasm are remarkable!Written July 27, 2024
- 887kristac0 contributionsWonderful day trip from Paris! What amazing day my son and I had with Geraldine. I highly recommend Link Paris. It was a small and intimate group tour and was the perfect way to see a lot in just one day.Written July 27, 2024
- J6219UPmicheleh0 contributionsBirthday 2024 Normandy D-day & Mont Saint MichelThis trip was amazing and included both Omaha beach and Mont Saint Michel on same day. I highly recommend this tour if time is limited. It was well worth the early morning train! Michael our guide was so informative and gave us a complete history of D-day and the history of the surrounding area. Both sites were breathtakingly beautiful including the cemetery was also very moving. Laura was a great communicator and organized everything perfectly. Michael was prompt, courteous and an absolute wonderful knowledgeable guide. It was a great day and a Perfect Birthday experience!Written July 16, 2024
- D1955VXbillg0 contributionsTwo Thumbs Up!I was so very pleased with the care I received form Link Paris in making the initial arrangements and on the day of the Normandy D-Day tour. My trip included rail tickets from Paris and tour van pick up in Normandy. I give two thumbs up to Link Paris and its tour!Written July 9, 2024
- H1442BIrobina0 contributionsCommunication BustI would give the tour and the GUIDES a 5 + rating but coordinating and dealing with the home office was short of lack luster. Communication was terrible. I shouldn't have been the one to constantly ask for train info, tickets, and trip details especially since we were extending to the two day trip to St. Michele. Our first guide didn't even go to the right station to pick us up. Details needed to be accurate and they weren't.Written July 5, 2024
- 896gordonl0 contributionsWonderful tour of northern FranceWe wanted to visit Mont Saint Michel and the options are either bus tours or high speed rail. We choose the high speed rail tour offered by LinkParis and were glad we did. The train option is much more comfortable and also allows you to visit two additional midevil towns; Saint Malo and Dinan. The tour guide picked us up at the train station and drove us to Saint Malo. After giving us an overview of the city we had some time to explore the city at our own pace. Then onto Mont Saint Michel. Most of the other tourists visited earlier in the day and it was not as crowded. Afterward our guide took us to Dinan, again giving us an overview and let us explore the city on our own. Then it was back to the train station. With just 7 of us on the tour it was very personalized and professional. Wonderful, wonderful day.Written July 3, 2024

She arranged everything for us gave us specific and detailed instructions to make the most of our vacation. The location of our hotel was excellent and the hotel itself was fantastic. - GlobeTrotting7498560 contributionsIncredible Trip!We had the most amazing time to Normandy, Bayeux & Mont St. Michel! Carlos was our guide and driver and couldn't have done a better job! He's extremely knowledgeable about the areas that we visited, an excellent driver and wonderful company to travel with! He was also very helpful in accommodating our 90 year old mother with a wheelchair. Thank you Carlos, you made this trip extremely memorable!Written June 12, 2024

In addition to Veuve Clicquot we MUST tour Champagne Mercier. Do you have a tour that would accommodate us for both?
Thank you.
