Fab day out, the host was very informative and we had 2 full hours across the city. Over the bridge and back, little stops with info along the way

Our guide Margot was friendly, enthusiastic and very patient since none of our family had ever tried a Segway tour before. It was a fun and different way to see the sights of Bordeaux which we would definitely recommend!

Prepaid for the tour, sent two messages to the tour operator that went unanswered. Arrived 20 minutes early and no one was at the business and the doors were locked, lights off. We left 5 minutes after our tour was set to start as no one was present. Tried receiving a refund and tour operator claimed they were there. Untruthful.

David was amazing! Patient in getting us familiarized with the Segways, and very knowledgeable of the area. Good sense of humor, excellent English, and lots of fun facts. One of the better tours we have been on, and highly recommend. Side note: The area where the tour starts is safe, but the building is not particularly attractive. Don’t let that dissuade you, the people and equipment are great.

Having done Segway tours previously in other European cities, we knew that this would be a fun way to explore Bordeaux with a guide and we weren't disappointed. This was the first time that our son and his wife had ridden a Segway and they were confident of using them after a few minutes of training. Fortunately the weather was very kind to us and we were able to see numerous sites of interest around the city.

So much fun. A Great way to see the city of Bordeaux. Loved it all. The guide taught us so well how to maneuver ourselves through the inner city. We learnt a lot.

We showed up on time for our 11:30 am tour. After hearing a lot of yelling in French they told us the tour was cancelled. They said TripAdvisor opened the time slot for them. They did refund us and offer a tour the following day, but we will be gone. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

My wife and I have done Segway tours in about 20 cities. This was the best one we've ever had, and for one simple reason; our tour guide Ellena. Cute, personable, knowledgeable; she knew Bordeaux like the back of her hand. And easily and clearly communicated that knowledge. Plus, she gave us some extra time. In a word superb.

Fantastic tour guide. Great way to see the city in ways a tour bus can't show you. Opportunity to get up close with all the sights. Segway tours are brilliant for familiarising yourself with a city if here for a few days or likewise if only here for a short time and want to see as much as possible. Highly recommended.

1 hour with Axel getting the bearings and information around beautiful Bordeaux. Gave us the confidence then to use the scooters around bordeaux. Loved this trip

Rafael did a great job of showing us all the main sites and sights in Bordeaux, without bombarding us with too much French history! There were only two of us on the tour, and it was great value for the money.

Our tour was awesome, Raphael did a great job and his English was superb. We visited all around city and across on Right side. His knowledge was excellent, I would do again in a New York minute!
