Completely unprofessional. Received a cancellation 24h before without any explanation. I also tried to reach driver via txt, but too ashamed to reply I guess. The other way around I would have lost my money. Stay away from this activity. Some people should stick to what they are good at, this is not it. I would have understood if I received a call and a good reason and maybe an alternative solution.

We had really great time with Jérome. He picked us up at the hotel and took us to 4 different wineries, some of those were definitely hidden gems. He also booked a really nice restaurant for lunch on the way for us and stayed with us much longer than scheduled. At the end of the day he even called a few places and booked us a restaurant close to our hotel as we were finishing the wine tasting. Great experience!

Jérôme is very nice, arrived the pick up point on time, standby at the lunch pick up point. The tour also is flexible and customised. just tell Jérôme your background and requirement and he will arrange accordingly.

Jerome showed us three different wineries. He was very patient en took extra time to visit the last bio dynamic winery. I would recommand Jerome to anyone. The car was perfect, quite and comfortable. We were with 4 adults, my parents and my sister. Jerome also provided some water in between the tastings. Well deserved 5 stars!

Jerome was great. He understands the area and gave us a scenic tour on top of a wine one. Since traffic had us taking longer between wineries, he stayed beyond the allotted four hours for us to finish our tasting. He also assisted us in making dinner reservations. You will not go wrong booking a tour with Jerome.

If there were more that 5 stars I would give them. Jérôme couldn't have been nicer. He was just a few minutes late (less than 5) and spent an extra hour with us to make up for it. He is very bright and articulate, quite knowledgeable about the region. We started in Colmar and visited the small towns to the northwest. It was Sunday and there weren't too many wine tastings to choose from so we enjoyed a few and then he took us on a wonderful driving adventure of the region. He was very flexible and I appreciated that he didn't follow a standard plan. Jérôme used to be a professional cyclist in this region so he knows all the best roads for sightseeing. His car was an immaculate new hybrid, very quiet. I would recommend him highly, and it was worth the extra cost for us to enjoy the private tour customized to our preferences.

Jerome Pierre planned a fabulous day of wine tasting throughout the Alsace region. He put together an itinerary of varied wineries — from very small, family operated to a modern, biodynamic winery. He arranged a fabulous lunch for us — one of our favorite meals of the trip — as well. He was quick to respond to all emails as we planned our day, accommodating in picking us up in Strasbourg and ending our day at our accommodates in Colmar, and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely book again!

We contacted Jerome at the recommendation of our hotel. He did a fabulous job of putting together a flexible day for us to see the Colmar region and the quaint towns therein. He added in a fabulous horse ride through the forest which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, he kept my father company and shared with him the history of the region when we were walking up the 200+ stairs to see the chateau. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Jerome and highly recommend him and his custom tours.

This was an excellent experience. Jérôme Pierre was knowledgeable, charming and a great host for the day. We agreed on the things we wished to see - car museum in Mulhouse, Lion of Belfort , wine road and wine tasting in perfect village. It was all delivered and was a superb day. We felt very well cared for. Good value. Highly recommended.
