We really enjoyed our trip! Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. We got a chance to briefly explore every city. We only wish we had a bit more time in Basel and had spent more time by the river. We went into the shopping district, but would have preferred exploring the other side of the river more - i think this is where more tourists are.

Visited amazing places in 3 different countries. Driver was very friendly, explained alot about each place. Small groups. Highly recommend.

Laura was our guide and she was very kind, calm, and just lovely in general. We went to Kaysersberg (no Christmas markets because it was not a weekend) and it's so beautiful and the shops there were still fun, Riquewihr, where we loved the shopping the most, and Eguisheim, a beautiful little city that was also nice. We enjoyed the wine tasting as a break as well. We had a really good time and just having someone drive and park is worth the money you pay. Would definitely suggest.

Didier was a terrific host, he provided us with some good history of each town we visited. He made it so easy to get to each of the Christmas markets. Highly recommend this tour, so fun visiting all three countries.

We did the Alcase regional Christmas Market tour and had an incredible time! Our tour guide / driver Chriistian really cares about the customers and tried very hard to enxure everyone on the tour got what they wanted out of the experience. It was money very well spent and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We all absolutely loved this tour. We learned so much and saw so much! Highly recommend our kids are 16,13 and 11. We had a great time!!

This was a spectacular tour! Christian was an amazing guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, fun and very considerate. Each city had its own special feel and history. Eguisheim, in France, was the inspiration for Beauty and the Beast. It was incredibly charming .Keep your eyes out for the stork nests! From there we went to a delightful wine tasting then on to Basel, Switzerland. The combination of the old and new cities was delightful as was the delicious lunch we had outside a lovely museum. Then on to Freiberg, Germany. Be prepared for a lot of walking! Christian is in amazing shape. When he saw we were getting a bit tired in Basel, he had us stop for ice cream and he went and got the car!

We had a great day! We learned a lot with our guide and the car was very comfortable. I would definitely repeat another trip with the same company.

It was so crowded. You had to wait in line for evderything! I would not go back. We only stayed a couple of hours because of the lines and crowds.

Enjoyed the trip. Strasbourg was wonderful. Visited Colmer. WAY too crowded. Lines too long. Not enough restaurants for the crowds. Wouldn't go again!

This is a small group tour - there were only 6 of us. We were picked up on time at 10am at our hotel and headed to Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, as most Christmas markets were not open yet. Spent an hour or so at the castle, which had pretty good views at the top. Thereafter we visited Ribeauville, Kaysersberg, and Riquewihr (our favourite), followed by a wine tasting session and a short stop at Eguishem. We got back to Colmar at around 7.15-7.20pm. It was raining most of the time, but I think our guide made the most out of our trip and we enjoyed ourselves. We only had an extra day at Colmar and wanted to see the villages nearby without having to drive, and this tour was a great choice. Would recommend!

We had a great time experiencing Christmas Markets in three countries—France, Germany and Switzerland. Our guide was great and knew additional information about each of the areas we experienced. Overall, a wonderful day and experience!

Our guide Christian was excellent, both entertaining and knowledgeable. As well as the planned 4 villages we also stopped at Koeningsbourg castle which was an added highlight. We stopped for a group lunch at one of the villages and than had enough time to wander through each village, meeting Christian at a pre set spot. Our original plan was to hire a car and attempt this tour on our own but I would strongly recommend against that, the guided tour meant we didn’t spend valuable hours looking for parking or getting to the centre of town as we were only a small group (6) in a small mini van we were able to be dropped off at the best point of each village. I would highly recommend this tour and special thanks Christian, our guide.
