The tour guide was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She was entertaining and fun! We had a great time. The villages are absolutely beautiful and the half day was the perfect amount of time.

Amazing tour. We ended up being a private tour as there was only us and the tour guide Theirry. Very informative and relaxing, he didn’t rush us and we saw lots, each time I didn’t think I would see anything more beautiful that the last place but I was wrong.

We really enjoyed this tour. Jerome the guide/driver was very personable and had a great knowledge of the castle, towns, history, agriculture and wines of the region which made this a memorable trip. We learnt a great deal about the Alsace region, its heritage and culture. There were lots of highlights: the castle, the villages, the vineyards, the wine tasting. A full but most enjoyable day. We recommend this tour.

A great excursion - would highly recommend it. Knowledge and friendly host with a nice vehicle. Toured the local area and given we were the only guests we essentially had a private tour.

Our tour started right on time and our guise, Myriam, made sure that the van was clean. Myriam went out of her way to explain the history and secret insights of each village. She was very knowledgeable. We had just enough ti.e to try some wine at one of the shops. Would highly recommend. Be prepared to walk.

What we learnt from this trip because of Jerome and his passion was Geography of Alsace Wine with history Local knowledge Plus villages of such beauty including “the storks” History of the area concerning the war. He made this trip very personable and interested in our country. Safe driver Attentive to our needs and we never felt rushed. Special and memorable day Highly recommend this trip to taste the wine but the opportunity to visit Villages and learn about Alsace.

Beautiful drive all around Alsace while learning a lot about the area. We stopped in a couple really cute villages & got to shop in one of them for about an hour. Great tour guide.

The villages are really beautiful and charming. Our group of 7 are well cared by the guide and who is also our driver. We see lots of beautiful houses and vineyards.

My husband and I had the privilege of taking the day tour of Eguisheim, wine tasting, and Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle with Jerome. Not only was the tour amazing, Jerome our tour guide was over the top excellent. His knowledge of literally everything was truely impressive. We learned so much about the history of Alsace, wine and more all from Jerome. When the weather didn’t cooperate for us to see the castle we improvised and went to another site where Jerome once again shared his knowledge with us. We won’t stop talking about our tour or Jerome for a long time. It was the best tour ever!

My wife and I just spent the last 2 days with Ophorus tours departing from Colarm (one was the full day wine tasting and the other was the villages and castles tours, both small group tours). Excellent time both days and had a lot of fun. Thierry was our guide today on the castles and villages and he really was funny and entertaining all day long with what ended up just being a small group of 3 guests. Highly recommend

Our tour of the Alsace villages with Thierry was just fantastic. He was so knowledgable and funny which made the whole experience great fun and really good value for money. We saw villages we would never have known about and got to take some fabulous pictures, we really felt like locals for the day. We also learnt an incredible amount about the region’s history and its winemaking. He even doubled back so that we could see an infamous Alsatian stork in its nest! I highly recommend one of these tours, a great way to spend an afternoon.
