At MY City Yoga, you can opt to join on of our group classes or should you prefer, we can arrange private classes. There is a variety of themes which vary - from Yoga for runners, Yoga for strength, Yoga for sleep as well as Hatha in Beginner, intermediate and advance levels. Themed yoga sessions will be a mix of Hatha, Astanga and Vinyasa practice. The lessons range from 30 minute Pranayama based classes to 1 hour long flows and technique based classes.
For private lessons, the times will be agreed with you at one of the studios to suit location wise. These private /semi private lessons are perfect for those who have specific agendas which they would like to explore - whether it is a technique / Asana practice/ advice, targeting certain areas of their bodies which may be tighter/injured or even more directed toward spiritual / mental / meditative focused.

All equipment is provided - all you need is to come in comfortable clothing and a bottle for water.
