They give the option to be picked up. I requested to be picked up at the hotel but they never arrived, I called them like 6 times since the day before the booking, and the calls were always sent to the voicemail. I left 2 voice messages and I haven't had any answer yet. I am looking for refund as I came only for one day to visit Waterford.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and would like to mention that we tried to contact you before the event. Traveller Pick-Up is not an option as we only offer Equipment Drop Off and Pick-Up. This is a genuine error from our Product Listing and has been addressed straight away.
We would like to let you know refund has been requested.
