    Beautiful area
I enjoyed the tour of The Dingle Peninsula. Sheila and Sean were very good. Sheila was a lot of fun. Sean made many photo stops.

    Ring of Kerry
Our driver Denis was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour. It was a 5 hour tour with many stops and breaks. Very comfortable bus.

    A Fabulous Day Trip!
I was with a party of 8 for the tour of Dingle and Slea Head last week and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The weather cooperated and our driver, Michael, was informative, courteous, and pleasant. He did not babble on and allowed us to take in the breathtaking scenery. You cannot go wrong booking this fabulous tour of one of the most scenic spots in Ireland!

    We. Love. Michael.
Firstly- we loved Michael. He was a very safe driver, full of information, and very ready to laugh. We stopped at a bunch of scenic spots for photos, ate a great lunch with an amazing view, and got to see so much the Irish countryside we would have never seen on our trip because we didn’t rent a car. Great time.

    Not what we expected
We expected more time in Dingle. It was 60 minutes on the spot. There was a 60 minute stop in Slea Head at a museum — we were there hoping to see the shore. We stopped at Inch Beach. To take pictures. Other Tours went on the beach. We couldn’t. Other reviews of this tour show a stop to hold baby lambs. We passed a couple, but it was never mentioned. Driver was fine and witty. Told a lot of stories. If you want more time in beautiful Dingle and more time to spend on the beaches, either hire a car (it’s an easy drive) or find a different tour. This particular one would be ideal for seniors.

    Wonderful
Kudos to Bartholomew (Bat) O'Sullivan. We had a beautiful day and Bat even sang for us from time to time. I have been to Ireland many times and this was easily the best your that I have been on!

What we wished we knew beforehand AND during the pandemic experience
We started at Ross Castle with 5 other couples in a small open boat. This was fun and adventuresome. It was a little cold with a storm looming. We went around a lake, under a bridge and up a river. We got to a dock and thought we were done and were asked to do a small hike. No one in the group had a clue what we were doing. They couldn’t get the boat up the river with all of us in it so we did a hike to meet back up. We were 1/2 way!😂 The boat ride was 1 1/2 hours. We got to the gap and my wife and I were going to walk the whole way. Mike talked us into riding the jaunting cart 1/2 way. So glad we did. The storm hit and it would have been miserable. I’m glad we didn’t bike it is a pretty steep hill up and down. Mike and his horse Crazy Tom were incredible, we laughed and joked the whole way. We didn’t stop 1/2 way but walked last 15 minutes. We ate a good lunch at Kate’s. We LOVED all we learned from Mike. Had a great time. Just wished we would have known more what to expect. The people who took the bus first were wet and cold and had to take the boat back. We were glad we did the boat first. Just dress accordingly and enjoy whatever comes your way

    Dingle Peninsula
Our driver, Michael, was very disengaged and seemingly agitated throughout the entire tour — he gave very little commentary and shared zero passion for the job he was hired to do. If I could give this tour zero stars, I would. This tour was an absolute letdown from beginning to end. Without question, I would recommend using an alternate tour operator such as Rabbie’s over Deros.

    Excellent Deros tours from Killarney
We used Deros for the Dingle Peninsula and Ring of Kerry (driver Michael). Both trips were outstanding. Very nice bus accommodations. Fun and interesting stops, including efficient lunch stops. I believe they are locally operated. We are from Wyoming and the scenery on both trips was beautiful! Highly recommend both bus tours.

    Best Killarney Experience
A great company! The staff at Deros were very friendly & extremely accommodating. Thank you Ann, for all your help. The day was amazing… boat trip through the lakes was picturesque & Cahill was full of information & passion for the area. Walked from Lord Brandon’s Cottage through Gap of Dunloe … the best way to see everything up close, but allow plenty of time - 2.5hrs+, as the climb is a bit slow. Wendy & Bruce

    Gap of Dunloe
The tour was great we were told to be at office at 10.15am bus left on time but we had to stop to pick another person up from a hotel they were at least 10 minutes late so we didn’t arrive at Kate Kearney cottage til about 10.50am. We were walking the gap & were told it can take 2hr 30min to walk it & we had to be at Lord Brandon’s by 2pm as that is when boats leave. My only suggestion is that the tour could actually leave at 9 or 9.30 allowing plenty of time to walk, take photos & enjoy scenery 😊

Battman is the best tour driver!
Batt made this tour exceptional- the sites were beautiful and the weather more gorgeous than I ever thought we’d get, but his personal stories and deep knowledge of the area made this tour so interesting and fun. ALSO- if you’re celiacs, the restaurant for lunch has all gluten free options and I was delighted to have fish and chips gfree!

We went on a day trip tour of the ring of kerry which was very good the only thing was, our coach broke down & our driver managed to get us a lift on another coach with another company called Paddywagon who did a good job of fitting us on the coach.
This tour was very good the driver who's name I cannot remember was excellent his knowledge & humor was very good & made the trip worth while . Lots to see on this tour , I would recommend this trip as its good value for money.

Beautiful tour! Was so glad we ended up booking this instead of driving ourselves since these roads definitely require a little more experience driving on these roads. My father ended up leaving his bag at one of the stops (with his passport in it) and our driver, Micheal, was such a huge help in getting it back to us. Cannot thank him enough!
Only suggestion I have if you are considering this your is to have some dramamine on hand as some of the second half of the trip was a little tough if you get motion sick easily.
Overall had a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

First tip, don't try to drive it on your own. We hired a guide through Deros Coach Tours and had a fantastic time, enjoying spectacular views and learned so much. The Ring is 111 miles which without stopping would take 3.5 hours. It took us almost 6 hours and the time flew by. It's very narrow in some places so good to have someone with experience driving you. Plus you have the advantage of enjoying the ride. Highly recommend.

Ray was very informative, friendly and flexible. He made sure everyone had a great day. There were 10 people on the tour, and the trip was beautiful. This is a great idea when the weather is good or bad. There were stops at beautiful places and there was more than enough to see. During the lunch break, we had a nice talk about farming related topics. Ray is open and interested to talk about all kinds of topics. Thanks for the great time!

Deros Tours provided us with a great day! This was a last minute decision as I had considered driving the Ring myself, but changed my mind. Parts of the drive I could have done, but other parts...NOPE. So glad we took this trip instead. Our driver was amazing and so very entertaining balanced with informative. We made an unexpected (additional cost) visit to learn about sheep herding and it was AMAZING! Well worth the extra few Euros. We never felt rushed and our driver kept us on time with the right amount of time allotted for photo stops and lunch. EXCELLENT!

I cannot recommend this tour enough. Our driver/guide’s name was Batt. He was incredible. Knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly talented (he sang to us!). The tour was amazing and a great way to see the Ring of Kerry. There were several stops on the way and we always had an opportunity to get out of the bus and take a picture. It was an absolutely beautiful tour and one I don’t think I’ll ever stop talking about. One heads-up, some of the stops required euro only transactions!

The driver was knowledgeable, polite, and very competent. The only criticism is that the seats are quite narrow. I’m a small person (5’3” and 120 lbs) and felt a little squished sitting in the window seat next to my husband.

What an amazing day! Our driver was Bat and he was lovely. Full of interesting facts and info from start to finish. Sang songs, recited poems. Really amazing. The tour itself was beautiful. So many gorgeous spots to stop and a great lunch with a view. I especially enjoyed the sheep dog demonstration! Thank you Deros

Tim was wonderful, he did the boat part of the tour. He told interesting info and had a few funny stories. The jaunty horse ride wasn’t good at all. The views were spectacular but the jaunty driver barely spoke to us, and kept asking me to move forward in the cart . Because it is quite hilly l kept sliding back. Not much l could do about it! She said she had been doing theses rides for many years so perhaps she was bored. Another driver even mentioned that her horse needed a rest (He was winded) but she didn’t pull over. We didn’t enjoy this part of the excursion at all.

This tour was well worth the time and money spent! Michael was our tour guide and he was just great. He was knowledgeable about the area and Ring, punctual, patient, and just a pleasure in general.

The chosen stops included Dingle Bay, Ladie's View, Torc Waterfall and a handful of other amazing points that you wouldn't want to miss. The views were everything you would expect to see out of Ireland and more! If you're planning a trip to Ireland and not looking to drive the Ring yourself, this is the way to go!

(I haven't uploaded any photos quite yet, but take my word, your camera roll will be stocked.)
