My husband and I chose to do the midday tour and I wasnt sure what to expect with a food tour of a city but this was so fun and something you HAVE to do if visiting Galway. Sorcha, our guide, was fun, knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable. We got to try so many local food and drinks that I almost had to pass on the ice cream at the end. PSA: DO NOT skip the ice cream. This was a very unique tour that I would highly recommend. I am going to refrain from posting pics as I think being surprised by the variety was half the fun!

This was an unforgettable tour!! We learned so much about Galway and had an amazing time! We tasted great whiskeys and visited incredible pubs. Our guide, Donnie, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and delightfully funny!

We were a party of 8 and all of us were blown away by this tour. Fantastic guide, food, and drinks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for historic knowledge sharing and great food off the beaten path. We would have never come across the eateries without this tour.

This was a great experience. Our guide, Daniel, was witty and informative and gave us a good tour. The only feed back would be to work a beer or wine into the line up. We had a taste of whiskey and moonshine with some wonderful cheeses, and a cocktail with a substantial food spread at the end of the tour, but there was in middle place. Ean?, that had wine bottles all over but we just had water. Or allow the people the ability to order a glass of wine.

Just finished a 3 hour tour with Michelle. What an amazing experience and tour guide. Bring an appetite because you will leave full of food and a great understanding of the local cuisine and town. Can't recommend highly enough. Do it, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Such a nice variety of foods and places were included in our trip. Also it was good to learn about local farmers and resources involved in the tour. Everything was clearly explained, our tour guide gave us a historical perspective, too. And the food and drinks were great!

Was one of the highlights of the trip. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun, and encouraged our normally picky youngest child to try both mussels and oysters! (The mussels were a hit, the oysters not so much! 😉) We revisited several of the locations before we left Galway, and it helped make the city center feel more familiar. Do it early in your stay and you’ll definitely feel more comfortable exploring later.

We loved the whole tour and got so much more than expected. At first we thought it might be a bit expensive but we booked it anyways. And let us tell: it did not dissapoint in any way. I think all the food and drinks we had would have cost more if we went for all of them. And you wouldnt do that normally. There were so many great and delicious experiences! We gladly would have given a tip at the end but our touguide Anais had to go to the next tour pretty abruptly so maybe it would be a good idea to make something like a paypalaccount for people to leave tips in the end! I think all of the prticipents would have loved to, because it was just an amazing tour and Anais was so lovely!

Had a wonderful time with Gina! She was knowledgeable and personable, while taking us through the tastes of Galway over two plus hours. Highly recommend - our group of 5 ranked this as a highlight of our trip.

I appreciate how we went Away from the main area to explore hidden gems of chocolate and croissants at Truffles, sampled drinks and food that I would not have found on my own. Anais explained everything in multiple languages and made sure everyone of all ages and food and beverage preferences was completely taken care of.

We did both tours while in Galway and they were awesome! Our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and all of the people we met at different bars and restaurants were so cool! We learned so many different stories and histories about the Whiskey and the town. We will deff be back and we will definitely be doing more of their tours!!

The initial stumbling block - poor directions for the start point - will be addressed, which would have yielded a 5-star review. One other patron, and Joe and I were hosted by Anais. Four venues, with 2-3 tastings at 3, and a gin sampling at the distillery. Food samples at first was a great touch. All was quite easily walkable, and the whiskeys were interesting.

Me and my Partner were on the whiskey tour and we really loved it! We tried many different spirits and were told all about the history of the beverages, how and where they are produced and the history and stories about the pubs itself too. Highly recommend this tour, great to meet people in Galway too and have loads of fun :-)
