About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- H7282ERmichaelb0 contributionsGreat, Great and GreatLovely trip. Tommy our guide gave us excellent lessons of Celtic culture and history as we drove along the iconic green countryside. Every stop was full of mystic experiences from visiting structures build before the pyramids, healing waterfall temple, lunch itself was worth the price of admission. The cliffs are a must see and the stones walls along the way are all built over countless generations and are a wonder to consider. Our vehicle was comfortable, plenty of bathroom, coffee breaks if we needed it, (Barack Obama rest stop had great sausages rolls). Great fun, plenty of castles, whiskey, chocolates, whatever you want, they can tailor the trip to your preferences.Written March 25, 2024
- eyeball10 contributionsResponseThank you for your response. First, I'd like to reiterate that our tour guide, Liam did an outstanding job with the day. We learned a lot about Irish history. Things that TripAdvisor should work on: 1. Send a copy of the detailed itinerary to the tour guide. Liam had no direction as to what the advertisement described, which was detailed. We basically had to create an itinerary Instead of the plans detailed on TripAdvisor. 2. Covey the dropoff and pickup locations and times to the tour guide. Having to make adjustments at the last minute is stressful. I do have to disagree with Liam's account with making 5 calls to me prior to the tour. I received only one call, and no message was left. I did not know who was calling, and without a message, did not return the call. Thank you for engaging us in regards to feedback. I hope your can better communicate with your guides in the future.
