      Amazing stops and driver/guide!
What an amazing way to experience the local culture and historical sites. So cool to see castle sites, natural rock formations and filming scenes from GoT. Richard was great! His quick wit is amazing and hilarious. He also coordinates his audio to the tour which I quite enjoyed. The local insight of Ireland and Northern Ireland was amazing and listen to real people to have lived the experience is unforgettable. Thank you Richard!!!

      Rainbow in Wicklow
The half day trip to Glendalough & Wicklow Mountains was fantastic! Jerry was an amazing tour guide and did a wonderful job of going through the Irish history to/from our destination. The weather was picturesque and we even saw a rainbow upon arrival! 10/10 recommend if you are in Dublin and are looking for a quick day trip!

Galway and The Cliffs of Moher
Let me start by saying some of my review will be based on the fact that I get motion sickness. If you DO NOT get on the bus. Now that’s out of the way, aside from feeling a little rushed throughout the day the trip was fun. I would say that you need to take a day trip to Galway. We had like an hour and a half it was rushed and we got to really see like two major streets before we had to get back to the bus. We stopped for lunch at a Paddy Wagon restaurant which was nice. They were able to get us in and out fast and the food was great! The Cliffs of Moher was pretty amazing and the views were breathtaking. I loved our driver, who let me sit in the jump seat next to him because I was not feeling great. I wouldn’t do it again but the company was professional and the bus was nice!

      Great tour!
Our tour guide, Frank, was awesome! I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong day and he was able to change them for us so we could attend. He had many fun local stories to share and brought us to amazing spots with really great views!

Enjoyable Tour for a short trip!
My friends and I did this tour for our short trip in Dublin. Dave was our tour guide and he was excellent. He was a great driver, knowledgeable about Ireland where I was able to learn a lot the history and culture. I would recommend this tour!

Great day trip, filled with informative, fun, and amazing sites!
We had a fantastic time on this tour!!! We saw so much throughout the day. Giant's Causeway was amazing and something everyone should see and experience one time in their lives. Richard was our tour guide, and he was informative, funny, and knowledgable. He has us laughing throughout the trip. He makes even the driving part of the trip fun and funny: informative with humor thrown in. It was neat to see all the stops on the way to and front Belfast, too. If we had more time, we would have booked another Paddywagon tour because of how much fun we had on this day trip. Richard is TOP NOTCH 10/10, A++++

A literal whistle stop tour of Blarney Castle and the Rock of Cashel.
The Rock of Cashel and Blarney Castle were absolutely beautiful. Its all motorway miles with 2 services put stops each way. HOWEVER, don't believe the visiting times as whilst we got 2hours at Blarney Castle we only had about 30 minutes at the Rock of Cashel and 45 minutes in Cork (We had enough time to grab a mcDonalds and that was it). Whilst our driver told us some of irelands history there was a lot of political chat about Northern Ireland as well as talking about immigrants and house prices, all great but a bit heavy for a Saturday when on holiday. I was expecting a bit of a sing along but the coach was deathly silent for most of the journey.... not even the radio was put on. I guess i was expecting a bit of storytelling, some laughs and to enjoy some good old Irish craic even my dubliner bestie was a little shocked. I felt rushed from place to place and don't feel each point of interest got the attention it deserved. Gutted as we've been on tours with previous companies in Northern Ireland which were amazing. I wished I has just done the DoDublin live commentary buses as they were fantastic. There were some other issues which i will take up with PaddyWagon tours privately as don't feel it was a reflection on their company so will be contacting them privately. I came away feeling stressed and rushed.

      Doesn’t match the listed itinerary
Tour did not match the itinerary on the website. It suggests you get a 20 minute stop in the Wicklow mountains national park followed by a 2 hour stop at Glendalough. We only had the stop in Glendalough.

      Left standing in parking lot
I would never recommend this tour company to anyone , they left in the parking lot for over 4 hours with no communication and nothing around , we were to be picked up at 8 in the morning and the driver never showed up until after 11 closer to 12 , we were to go to dingle never went because was out of hours to drive , couldn’t eat until driver stopped for gas and was able to grab end of days food at the gas bar since everything else was closed . Terrible. The first day of tour they changed pick up and people had to quest and hope they made it , the next day the driver didn’t have room for everyone so one person in group got left behind , accommodated the seniors by putting the couples that had a hard time with stairs on the top floor of the bnb and lots of stairs to climb with luggage . Tried reaching out to company they won’t return emails , phone calls nothing . Terrible customer service , terrible planning , they run overnight tours with day tours .

      They'll Look After You
Paddywagon really went above and beyond to look after us on this trip. When my partner was taken ill in Galway, our driver, Ian, arranged for us to stay another night in Galway and then be picked up by another bus the following day, all at no additional cost. This team is amazing, considerate, and resourceful, and I will absolutely book with them again in the future. Thanks, Ian and Eduardo for everything you did for us.

      Best Driver Ever
Lovely trip! What an easy and stress free way to see the highlights! Richard O’Brien was an absolute delight with so many stories, and a wealth of knowledge. I enjoyed it so much a booked another tour with the company for the next day which was equally nice. I have taken tours all around the world, Richard by far has been my favorite.

      Driver made the difference!
We had an incredible second day of touring with Paddywagon - and our driver Cieran made the day for us. Timely and professionally cheerful, he greeted us warmly on the bus and made provisions for us to have a breakfast stop en route to Galway. His historical commentary was spot-on - just enough to give context and help us appreciate the landscape we were driving through and paired with music he curated to help tell the story. Our whirlwind drive through the Burren treated us to majestic vistas that crescendoed to the stunning Cliffs of Moher. We had a wonderful visit there with ample time to take in the sights and exhibition before our afternoon lunch stop and return to Dublin.

A friend from Dublin recommended Paddywagon Tours for our upcoming Ireland visit and we trusted him fully, booking 4 trips with Paddywagon. This was such a great experience and I can not recommend them enough. The buses are super comfy and you can rest or relax while they handle the stress of driving around. The guides will talk you through key location and events in the areas around you and when its mostly farmland for a while, they will play Irish music - from classics to the Cranberries to set the theme. They were quite timely and they give plenty of stops for restrooms and leg stretches, as well as quick photo stops, some history lessons, they will have lunch stops planned in where the food is always excellent, and they have the time at locations very well planned out. We had such a truly wonderful time in Ireland and a great deal of that was thanks to the guides at Paddywagon. We had the best craic with Jackie as he toured us to the Rock of Casheel, Blarney Castle, and Cork, then on a another day he toured us through Northern Ireland's scenic coast to the Giant's Causeway and Belfast. He has so many relatable stories and tales, he's very well informed, and he also gave excellent recommendations for shopping and places to buy pints or dine out. We also enjoyed our tour with Martin to the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren, with the best lunch I have ever had in Doolin (at O'Connor's and you must try the goat cheese tarts). On the day we went to the Cliffs, it was supposed to rain, so they adjusted the itinerary to give us the best weather at each stop and it worked beautifully! The only thing we didn't enjoy was the overnight accommodations in Cork, which were clean and safe, but felt like it was on par of a hostel for backpackers than what an American would expect when they read "Bed & Breakfast". Still, this was definitely the best way to tour Ireland so yeah, book with Paddywagon.

Great experience overall! Like many, we’d planned to take this trip and tour the first part of 2020. We had appropriate communication about refunding/rescheduling and they were open and honest about the whole process. We decided to reschedule and they told us to let them know when and they’d get scheduled. We had no problems. Now, the tour itself was awesome! We got to see bucket list items of Ireland for first time visitors and learned a lot of Ireland’s history on the way. Our driver was Jackie and he was funny and knowledgeable. He gave us recommendations for movies, books etc. if we were interested in the many topics he discussed. I did find one factual discrepancy, so I would like my tip back if anyone at the company reads these. (I’m just teasing, internet.) If you can request a driver, request him. The accommodation was a B&B run by a lovely gentleman. They had clean, cozy rooms and good breakfast. Everything was worth seeing and experiencing - plenty of shopping opportunities too. If it rains at the Cliffs of Moher, just go with it; it’s still super cool.

2 groups were combined and there was a little bit of confusion while getting on the bus and we had to change the bus while returning to Dublin.
Hurried visits, places to eat were not that great. Poor choices of food specially for vegetarians.
Room that we were given was bad too. In a hotel ours was a ground floor room with all the noise from the hotel lobby and cleaning person etc were heard. Our view was a dumpster at the back yard.
Drop off was at a different place than the pick up(maybe that was speechified in the itinerary I am not sure)
Drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable.

I will not book with Viator/trip advisor if this quality of tours continues

Everything was planned for us! It made for a beautiful and stress free trip. We had three different bus drivers ( Frank, Brian and Cairan) all of them were on time, organized, instructional, and knew the terrain. Our overnight B&B was small but comfortable. I felt like I was back in college in the dorm. The next morning, it was nice to have breakfast before our bus driver (Brian) picked us up right when we were told. The two highlights were seeing the Blarney Castle and the Cliffs of Mohr but we enjoyed every stop! The last day we were left at the last stop and the new bus driver (Cairan) pick us at the time we were told. Thirty minutes later we were headed back to Dublin.

Paddy Wagon suggestions- We would love that more time be planned to see the cliffs. We didn’t get to do everything we wanted to do.

I (35M) did the tour with my mom (60F) and we loved it! First of all can't say enough about how wonderful the tour guides were Richard was our main tour guide and he was informative, funny and approachable! He made our trip just that much more enjoyable as we drove from one place to another.

We also had Alex who taught us about the Irish Flag which was great! Also an enjoyable tour guide!!

The trip itself was beautiful! We got lucky and when we went to Blarney it only took 25 mins to get up to the stone to give it a big smacking kiss!! The grounds were also beautiful to walk!

The Cliffs of Moher were the second day and when we first got there it was too foggy to see anything but after an hour (we had 2 hours there) the fog cleared and we could see everything!

You do other stops along the way The Burren was also very cool! It would be nice to have a few extra minutes there though.

Oh and the accomodation was very european...no AC and just a quick continental breakfast but it did the trick! I slept soundly and was ready to go for the second day!!

All in all i was VERY happy with my choice of tour!

We did the two day tour and were so glad we decided to stay in Cork. The only issue we had was the pickup point. People were left standing on a corner, across the street from Paddy’s Palace, when in fact the pickup is around the corner where the buses stop. All very confusing.
On day 1, Paul was our driver and guide and was fantastic. He was informative, patient and went that extra step. When we stopped in Cork for lunch he made sure he escorted us to the B&B and provided an introduction to Charlie. He gave some advice on evening places for dinner and entertainment as well. He gave us plenty of time to explore but was available for questions along the way. It was pelting rain at the Rock of Cashel so he made sure we were all warm enough once we got back on the bus. Blarney Castle was wonderful to see and we walked the park area and over to the current Blarney House. The fern garden was something to see!
The B&B was a bit noisy with trucks and people whooping it up throughout the night. Would definitely need to ensure you are mobile as it was 45 steps up to our room. Luckily we left our luggage at the hotel in Dublin and only brought a backpack with us.
Our second guide was Aiden for our continued journey to the Cliffs of Moher. A spectacular sight with some tips on the best viewing points. The St John’s castle picture opportunity is literally a drive by on a round about after picking up more tour passengers in Limerick.
Lunch at the Frantic Chef - plenty to choose from and delicious as well.
Into the Burren - windswept and worth the walk to the small cove. Be very careful!
We were dropped off at Bunratty Castle where we met up with Eduardo to bring as back to Dublin, as Aiden and group were going back to Cork.
    A wonderful two days spent.

Driver should have manners and know how to handle situations when the customer doesn't show on time after visiting the place due to reasons out of their control, like a never ending queue at the very few ladies bathrooms available at the Cliffs, where my sister in law and little niece had to wait for around 10 mins. Driver was super disrespectful that even one of the Cliffs you Moher workers questioned his behaviour after hearing that he was shouting on us. Their buses should also have bathroom. Wouldn't recommend this tour provider!!!

I was booked on this tour with a friend but had a family emergency and had to interrupt my tour at the end of day 1 and get back to Dublin to fly home the next day. Our driver and guide Paul went above and beyond to help me book a hotel in Dublin for the night and made sure I enjoyed fully at least the first half of this tour. Apart from his incredible helpfulness, he was also an excellent guide, witty, knowledgeable and very professional. And the places we visited are beautiful. I made a similar tour 6 years ago (3 days) but there were sites I have not seen before (Rock of Cashel and a longer stop in Cork) and lots of interesting information! I recommend these tours to everyone! Thank you Paul! You made my day!
