Disappointed...
I was surprised that the Connemara 2h stop hadn't existed. We only passed there by bus, I felt deceived.
If you are expecting to walk in the Connemara National Park, I won't recommend this tour.
Cong's halt was quick but lovely thanks to the weather.
We passed most of the time inside the bus rather than visiting.
The last stop in Galway was really nice as I love this city and there was the Christmas market.
I, unfortunately, won't recommend this tour to people who want to walk and visit a lot.

Even though the bus drive was pretty long, our tour guide Jackie made sure to entertain us with historic and cultural facts, as well as good music!
Cong, and Galway were beautiful and we had a good time there (make sure to visit the Christmas Market in Galway!)
On our drive back, Jackie recommended a few pub and restaurants, thanks for that!
We had a craig time on this tour!
PS: Make sure to get to the bus on time (otherwise you may or may not get stranded somewhere :))

WARNING: The Connemara and Galway Tour from Dublin DOES NOT GO to Connemara National Park. It’s a tourist trap. If you are only doing this trip to visit the national park, please choose other company.
We started the tour in Dublin and went directly to a place named Cong. In Cong, they let us do nothing for 2 hours. After this, already in the afternoon, we entered the “Connemara region” which was only the name of the region, but not the park itself. They have “Connemara National Park” written in the itinerary to make you believe they will explore the park, but the only thing we did was passing by bus during half an hour on a road in that region. You won’t even get close to the main highlight of the park - Pine Island. After this, they took us immediately to Galway.
In conclusion, you will have plenty of time to visit Cong and Galway if those are points of interest to you, but you will not visit Connemara National Park.

We tottaly disspointed with service..whatever in their display menu .its not worth...we took specialy off from work on friday 16 sep to visit that tour...so 3 hour drive n one hour stop to cong n again 2n half hour drive ..just one hour stop to galway n return back to dublin...
So you spend your time n money all day in bus n visit only 2 stops for an hour
Which i think price is not match with that condtion

I pretty spent majority of my day in the bus which toured us around. It startled 15 minutes late and the bus had to go back to pick up missed visitors because of managerial errors.
We never got to see the Connemara and had no idea where we were when the bus stopped in a small town called Cong(???). I had to ask the the cashier in a gift store where I was. The weather was pretty bad too. It was constantly raining. We were also asked to switch to a different bus when we sent us back. But the new buss driver asked us to wait outside until the original passengers to return from the convenience store in a gas station. Several people had arguments with the driver already.
The management of this tour was a complete chaos. It seemed no one knew what they were doing and no one had any plans.
I had a great experience with a different tour guide who took us to Belfast but this one, a big disappointment.
So, your mileage may vary . That’s my advice for you if you are planning to give them a try.

The trip to Connemara was fine, however on to Galway - we were dropped off at the bus station in Galway with no map, no direction, no idea of where to go! The area we were left off in was seedy - dive bars - OTB with drunks hanging outside next to the center of town with many many homeless. Didn't look anything like the pictures in the brochure. Another couple exiting the bus asked me and my husband - "do you know where to go?" We said no clue. We walked up and down the street and went into a hotel bar that looked safe and the manager said the area we wanted to see was around the corner from them. Well, we had no time left as the 2 hours in Galway was turned into meet the bus in 1 1/2 hours. I e mailed Paddiywagon and requested 1/2 the money for the tour refunded as we saw NOTHING. They never responded. NEVER would I use them again if we get back to Ireland. We toured with Wild Rover and they were MUCH better. Actually had wifi on the bus, and a tour guide!

Poor from the start. Lost time after an accident, by the time we got to Galway we had less than 2 hours and didn’t see the bay. Back at the services we were told our return bus would be 20mins. We waited well over an hour. Then got dropped off a mile away from our starting point in Dublin. Not impressed at all. 13hrs on a bus for 2 hrs in Galway.

Had a great experience and an amazing (and funny) driver/guide. Jackie is the absolute best and we definitely had THE CRAIC! Super knowledgeable about Ireland - the different regions - and of the areas visiting and even talked about his experiences growing up in/near Cork. Great photo ops and mother nature cooperated with 50 degree fahrenheit and sunny partly cloudy skies - even our driver/guide Jackie was taking pictures because he said he's never had the weather so beautiful. He even sent us all the pictures to us afterward! He mentioned to us that this particular tour is not typically one of the most popular. Honestly I do not know why not. The countryside is absolutely stunning and the we had a good group of passengers who asked great questions which Jackie was able to answer. I know this review seems so over the top - but we really had a great time. We even had a problem while on the way back to Dublin which required us to get off at the next immediate exit. Jackie was able to take care of the problem quickly and without any alarm to the rest of the tour passengers. We were back on the road without much delay. Also, Jackie gave us some insight on where to go eat/drink and what to see when we were dropped off. Warning to some - there is a lot of driving on this tour with the main stops in Cong and Galway totaling about 3 hours but several stops along the way for the photo ops. To me the time was well spent and the knowledge gained with the experience. 5 "stars" on this Paddywagon. I'll be back when I'm in Dublin again.

3 hours in total in Cong and Galway vs 9 hours on the bus.
Can’t recommend this to anyone, not worth it. Driver/tour guide is very informed however the rest of the tour is absolutely not worth going. Too much time travelling.
