Great experience. We had a great tour of the Ring of Kerry even though it was a stormy weather. The crew did not miss to highlight or avoid any stops. We will never forget the experience of heavy winds, sand flying across the face and lashing of the waves at Inch beach. Ride was comfortable and bus was clean and well maintained. All in all a memorable trip of the Atlantic.

I was very eager for this trip and the agency seemed the most promising. I’d say that eventually the trip was too long and fairly expensive but this would not mind if it had been really worth it. I’ve been to other Irish natural wonders which had really made a huge impression on me. The Ring of Kerry did not impress me enough for the amount of time and the money I paid. Two hours in Killarney is more than enough. In half an hour you can see the whole city. The Inch beach nice but still nothing someone who has travelled enough hadn’t been seen before. It seems to me the whole trip of almost 7-8 hours overall was for Killarney which was just nice. As far as the drivers, one very nice and talkative but the other not even saying goodbye at the end. To anyone. The Giants Causeway or the cliffs of Moher amazing compared to it.

I stay in Carlow.
I went with Paddywagon twice. One for Belfast and the other for Kerry. Belfast trip was a decent experience but the tour was just not stopping to talk. Everyone was asleep on the bus still he was talking continuously with irrelevant information. On the other hand, on the Kerry Day tour, the tour guide who was also our bus driver seemed uninterested and wasn't sharing much information about the tourist spots. I had one more bad experience with regards to the Kerry Day Tour.
I had booked 2 tickets for the Kerry day tour on 18th June 2022. The tour was starting from Dublin. I had booked JJ Kavanagh's return bus tickets from Carlow to Dublin for the tour.
The tour was scheduled to reach back in Dublin at approximately 8:30 pm. Hence, I had booked JJ Kavanagh bus return tickets to Carlow at 9 pm(the last JJ bus on that day). However, the tour was almost an hour late(45-60 mins). Hence, I had to book my Bus Eireann return tickets again. It cost me €30 for the new tickets.
I wanted to know the possibility of reimbursement from their side due to the delay. I emailed Paddywagon and they responded more than 10 days later only to let me know that they can't reimburse me as they don't consider it their fault for the delay.
Wild Rover Tours is a much better Day Tours company and I would recommend it to you as I had two flawless experiences with them on the Galway and Kilkenny/Glendalough Day Tours.

This company is terrible! I was scheduled on their Ring of Kerry Tour from Killarney and they called me an hour before we were due to leave to tell me "there was a problem with their bus" so they had to put me with another company. The tour they moved me to was overpacked and not even the same itinerary. I paid $45 for the tour I was supposed to go on and I saw the one they moved me to last minute was only $30. I tried to contact them multiple times to get my refund for the difference and they never responded to me. Terrible customer service and definitely would not recommend.

We went on this tour and to be fair, it’s way too long. The attractions are 4 hrs away from Dublin and in my opinion not worth driving that much.
The attractions are not really worth seeing and the stops are too short to even make the most of it.
Killarney is pretty nice and the horse and carriage tour (14€ extra) was worth it. However, again, too far from Dublin. Maybe would be more worth it from Cork or to spend the night if you do a 2 day tour or have your own car.
The guide was nice but didn’t feel like they explained much or told us nice facts.
The bus was comfortable but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

We loved it! DJ was a very nice guide who kept us laughing the entire trip. We appreciated the well planned bathroom breaks as well as the information about Irish culture. As long as you are always on time, you will have the best trip ever !!!!!

I had to cancel the tour due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was told that since I planned ahead and booked over 28 days in advance, that they could not issue a refund. How would one know to expect a pandemic. They were not sympathetic to the situation and would not offer a refund. I had also booked with Wild Rover Tours and they refunded my tours within hours of my request. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILD ROVER TOUR!!!!!!

Great 2 tours wirh driver Don but then on our scheduled transfer the next day from Dublin to our wedding venue with 18 people and all their luggage from the states, THE BUS DIDNT SHOW UP‼️‼️ We were left waiting in the hot sun (heat wave) while I tried calling! After the first response, that she’ll look into where the driver was, she no longer answered the phone for the next hour‼️ She then called and said a bus would be arriving 1.5 hours late! The driver Noel with Cardiff Travel arrived and said he had just happened to be available when our driver Don called him. THANK GOODNESS‼️ I emailed Charlie at Paddywagon but no response after being in communication for over 2 years since the wedding was postponed twice! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of customer service and caring except for Don and Noel!

We took the day tour to Blarney Castle, and Jameson Middelton, and Cobh. It was so much gun. We got to Blarney Castle in about 10 minutes or is so close. We had plenty of time to explore the grounds and the castle then we went down to Cobh to see the titanic exhibit and it's a beautiful little town. Then we drove to the Jameson distillery. We got stuck at the distillery for a while but all in all it was a great tour. Our tour guide Brian was a great tour guide
