We visited the Lochness exhibition on Monday 12th June2023. At the second room of the experience there was a power cut and all visitors were asked to return to the reception. We were informed that we receive a full refund. The payment of £31.90. this has not been refunded despite a message left on 5 August

Johnny’s recommendations were perfect: A distillery tour of Balblair and tastings at Clynlish and Glenmorangie. We only had a few hours while our cruise ship was docked and he helped us make the most of it.

Our tour guide Johnny was so nice and shared his vast knowledge of the Highland area and history. He was flexible with us to spend more time in some places and skip over others we weren't as interested in. We were even able to get some local ice cream after visiting Beauly Priory.

Wonderful trip to Dunrobin Castle and surrounding areas. Johnny tailored the trip to make the most of the weather, jumped out to take photos, and went out of his way to make the trip comfortable. The castle exceeded expectations and the falconry display was brilliant! The sight of seals basking on the shores of Dornoch firth was an unexpected bonus.

This was very difficult to find. You must drive about 9 miles from where gps says it’s located. The drive was great, but nothing much to see when you go down the river. Visit the shop in the are it’s great.

John accepted us at last minute booking to this tour and was so friendly. We visited 3 distilleries, had whisky tastings and beautiful sightseeings during travels.

“Legendary Glenmorange “- closed. They didn’t make sure open. Told up to me the customer to confirm open. $$$Lesson Learned. Don’t go with no / low number of reviews. And could have booked different tour.

Had a great trip to Dunrobin castle with Johnny. He made sure we got there in plenty of time to see the falconry show and we had enough time afterwards to look around and take photos. We also visited Dornoch cathedral, saw the seals in the Loch Fleet nature reserve and admired the famous million dollar viewpoint in Tain. So many beautiful sights!

We spent three days exploring all the beauty of the highlands with Johnny. We started out strangers and ended our trip as friends!l. Johnny was thoughtful,sooo patient, kind and a wonderful tour guide! We learned so much on our journey together and had so much fun with him! He was such a gift to our family and truly made our trip extra special! Thank you from all of us Johnny!

We enjoyed this trip led by Johnny who was keen to show us the area around his Highland home and to share his local knowledge with us. He was very interesting and obliging, willing to craft the tour around our wishes. We enjoyed the castle but could have done with a little bit more time there. Altogether a good day out.

Johnny and his ability to make things interesting, provides suggestions, take little detours to show off his country. What a delightful day. Strongly recommend booking with him.

We had a great time on our tour around Loch Ness. Johnny was a lovely guide. We traveled with a 15 month old boy and Johnny managed to get a car seat for us which was great. I can highly recommend this tour!

Johnny was an excellent tour guide and was incredibly flexible. Even with our later arrival on the train, he was able to accommodate us. He showed us things we would have never seen on another tour of Inverness and Loch Ness. When things were not open, he made sure to accommodate with other fun experiences. Thanks Johnny!!

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Johnny was an excellent guide with lots of local knowledge, taking us to places a little more off of the main tourist areas around the black Isle. The whisky tasting was very interesting and the guide at the distillery was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

When we booked this tour we thought the highlight would be the distillery tour. Not so! Johnny also took us to small fishing villages, Dunrobin Castle, Falls of Shin...and so much more. He takes you off the beaten path- and his local knowledge is unsurpassed. Not your cookie cutter tour! Definitely recommend!
