Had a great time with Rabbies, we don't usually do guided tours but this was really impressive.

The small coach and small group let us have a very personal experience tailored to the needs of everyone on board, and let us access some remote spots that the larger coaches can't make it to.

Our guide had a great itinerary for us, and it was kept flexible to allow it to be adjusted for weather, timing, and the needs of the passengers. We never found ourselves waiting, always had something to do, and put in a good bit of hiking time to see some truly beautiful scenery.

Loved every bit of it, huge thanks to the whole team that made it possible.

An exceedingly enjoyable trip, helped by good weather but even more so by the knowledge and good humour of our guide, Kevin. The visits to Skarra Brae, the Ring of Brodgar and other Neolithic sites were unforgettable, but there were also plenty of stops - both on Orkney and on the drives to and from Inverness - at less famous sites and viewpoints. All the hotel etc arrangements seemed to run smoothly, reflecting credit on the Rabbies staff, given the problems faced by the hospitality industry. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Our 3 day tour of Orkney was our 2nd trip with rabbies. It was another great experience exploring places we had never been to before. Our driver Emily was wonderful and took us to some hidden gems!
The only reason I am rating it at 4 and not 5 is due to the accommodation booked by rabbies.
We tried contacting rabbies several times by email before leaving to find out about our accommodation but we only got a reply last minute and our choice of bnb (the royal oak) just wasn't the usual standard of choice, as it was a 20 min walk into kirkwall and had no character and didn't suit our needs, after a long day exploring you certainly don't want to be walking miles for your evening meal.
I understand that its limited choice on the islands but If we had been given notice of where we were staying we would have booked our own accommodation at the prime location.
We have used other similar tour companies and they give plenty of notice about where you are staying and I know you do get the option of booking your own, if we do another tour in future I think we will just book our own accommodation.

Thanks to Kev, a super duper guide. As with all our previous Rabbie’s trips, a super duper guide makes a super duper trip. Always prepared to go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble.

Magical 3 days, hosted by the knowledgeable and friendly Helen. Took the party to so many places not shown in the guide books and always with an anecdote or back story to make the places come alive . The 3 days flew by and would recommend this trip and guide to get to see Scotland.

Thank you Rabbie's. Just got back from an amazing three day tour from Inverness to the Orkneys (and many places in between) with the truly wonderful Helen. Couldn't have wished for a better guide, host, driver and story teller. Helen really knows how to pace a trip and take the needs of her party into account - thanks for all the well timed toilet stops! Highlights for me were the Kirbuster Farm Museum and the Clooti Well. A road trip to remember for all the right reasons. Looking forward to doing one of your tours again in the not too distant future.

Sean’s the tour guide is a wonderful story teller she brought the countryside alive. Relaxed but organized and we saw so much. Plenty of nice short walks. I’d recommend to anyone interested in history, mythology and touring around.

This was my second Rabbies tour with the ever incredible Helen at the helm. Hard to explain how much magic she managed to fit into 3 days. Absolute perfection. Others have noted ‘I would take a bullet for her’. No better way to describe it!

During our 3-week UK trip (mostly in Scotland), our 3-day trip to Orkney with Emily was our favorite experience: breath-taking scenery, incredible historic sites, a wonderful mix of independent time and touring time. Emily's knowledge, enthusiasm, and people-skills was a large part of this. She went out of her way to see that each guest's needs were met. We will be booking other tours with Rabbies in future visits to UK.

We traveled for three days up to the Orkney Islands and every moment of the tour was exceptional. The guide, Emily, went above and beyond any tour we have been on before or afterward.
Every moment was filled with history, culture, environment, and love of the area. Thank you for making this such a wonderful tour.
