Would have given no stars if possible. Booked this thru Viator 5 months in advance, and confirmed 3 days before our trip. The car service did not show up. They claimed they did not have a record of our booking despite the fact that when I booked, they responded wanting to know our flight number.We then called Viator who contacted them with the same result. We had our money refunded, which did nothing to help the fact that we were stranded at the airport for 2 hours after a long transatlantic flight.
