Another family scammed! One month later our credit card company informed us that this fraudulent tour company had provided proof that they picked us up. WTH??? Now we're fighting with the CC company. We have receipts of unanswered phone calls, emails, and new bus and train tickets for that day. I wish authorities in Scotland could/would shut this down. Also, anyone else scammed, go after Square. That is the company they use to facilitate credit card transactions.

Do not use. Did not turn up. Still awaiting refund that was due. Arranged booking 6 weeks before, had time to make alternative arrangements, but did not.

Total scam. Be careful we found them under a different name, Clyde Coast Tourism. No call no show at pickup. Working with our cc company now for refund.

After not hearing from this tour company, I reached out to other tour companies to see if they heard of my tour guide who also apparently goes by this company, but I only knew her as referred on FB as Catriona Stevenson. I was advised to look at her reviews. Once I seen that so many people got to Scotland to not have her show and she was a scammer I too asked for a refund. I have 6 months till my tour. Her paperwork stated that she would refund less 10% for 45 days or more for cancellations. She has never refunded the money and does not contact me. After many emails I will get an occasional text I am looking into it but nothing. Please do not get scammed too. I am so hurt this was all I had and thought she was upright before I saw her company site, then horrified.

Feel like a broken record writing this. Yes, indeed I know we were scammed! DO NOT BOOK! Tour company was a no show in Glasgow. My wife and I, along with 6 other unfortunate individuals were left stranded at our pickup point. All of us attempted several calls and emails to the company with no response of any kind. We disputed charges immediately and never heard from tour company. We missed out on seeing Stirling Castle and Loch Lomond, but on a positive note: my wife and I met 6 wonderful folks that day and we shared a cab into Edinburgh for our Military Tattoo experience.

SCAM: This company does not show up to pick you up for the tour, does not answer phone or email. They take your money and do not reply

They are a scam! We had a day tour booked out of Glasgow and they were a no show. We waited around at the pick up location for an hour and they did not respond to any of our emails or many phone calls. Absolutely no communication from them. We are trying to dispute the charge.

Disappointing/Scam Purchased outlander day tour from Edinburgh months in advance. One week prior to tour I made several attempts to reach tour guide with no luck. She ignored all my calls and e-mails. I waited at the meeting point hoping someone would show up. This was a bucket list trip and this tour was most important to me and I was left with no options. Tour was paid in full so now I have to dispute full charge with paypal. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Similar story to the most recent reviews. I booked a 7 day Hebrides Gaelic Explorer tour in January 2020, along with 4 friends, and paid in full. The tour was postponed twice due to COVID, which is completely out of Catriona's control. The tour was supposed to have started on May 3, 2022. We all tried multiple times to contact her to confirm that our accommodations were all set, and got no response. The tour itinerary lists Adhamh O Broin, and Gillebride MacMillan, both connected with Outlander, as special guests who would be accompanying us. When we did not hear back from Catriona, we reached out to Adhamh and Gillebride, and both stated that had not been in touch with her for nearly two years, and had no idea they were listed as being part of the tour. We also contacted the hotels/B&B's listed on the itinerary, and non of them had any bookings for us. She has completely ignored all forms of communication requesting a refund. She has stolen our money, and does not seem to care. DO NOT book any tours with her

Absolute FRAUD! Booked 4 day Highland tour. Paid in full in January 2022. Catriona never communicated after receiving our money!! I begged and pleaded to please let us know our tour would be cancelled, nothing. We had to check out of hotel, show up on Monday morning all for nothing!!! Huge disappointment

I wish I didn't have to post this review, but I must to warn others. This is not a reputable business. PLEASE BEWARE. I contacted Slainte Scotland and Catriona Stevenson through a tour operator in 2019 to provide us with guide services for a two week trip to Scotland. We were told that Catriona had experience with Outlander tours. She seemed legit. The tour was scheduled for 2020 and when Covid hit, things began to change. At first, we were told by Catriona that she would extend a credit for two years and that we could re-book when it was possible to do the trip. We had numerous phone calls with her when she continued to promise us that she would be there for us when we rescheduled. When Scotland finally opened up at the end of 2021, we rescheduled the tour through our tour operator but we could not get a response back from Catriona or Slainte Scotland. Phone calls were not answered or returned. Emails only got an automatic "we're busy but will get back top you within 48 hours" response but with no follow up. Essentially, we were ghosted. We had fully paid her in 2020 and now she won't even return calls to us or to the tour operator who recommended her. No calls, no texts, no emails, and no refund. So disappointing. If she would have told us SOMETHING I might have some sympathy for her. But she didn't show up, didn't even respond to numerous calls and emails, and kept the money. That is Fraud and Theft, plain and simple. At this point, I can only warn all others not to book with this business. Our experience with them is that they promise a lot but end up stealing your money and leaving you stranded. DO NOT BOOK. It could be that they were once legitimate but clearly now they are not. If you read the reviews here you can see the trend that started near the end of 2019 and has been constant ever since.

AVOID. The company did not respond to ANY of the phone calls on ANY of the numbers. We wasted a lot of time waiting to be picked up only for them NOT to arrive. We booked a 3 day tour and didn’t do a single visit. They cancelled our first day by email after reminding us the day before and then not turning up on the morning. Didnt turn up on day 2 after suggesting by email they would. We were left to salvage what we could after wasting hours of our holiday waiting to be picked up or trying to get a response. We did get a full refund but no compensation for the stress, upset and time wasted. Disappointed, angry and upset. No way to treat people or run a business.

Even if they answer the phone (which I doubt), don't do any business with this company. I think they are gone. I booked tours in 2022 and paid a deposit. They no longer answer emails. And do not return my deposit. The guide who recommended them says that they do not answer his inquiries, DO NOT BOOK.

DO NOT BOOK!! They never showed up for our tour, left us stranded on the side of the road at the pick up spot. Didn't answer call after call or facebook message. 2 days later they responded and we attempted a reschedule, and they didn't show up AGAIN. Still has not refunded our money! Horrible business, I have no idea how they are still even around.
