- Dimitris K002 day tour to Inverness and back again! For the first time ever visiting Edinburgh and Scotland in general, we decided to book a tour in order to see the highlands as well. We were lucky enough to have a few days to spend so we booked the 2 day trip from Edinburgh to Inverness (in which we would also spend the night). We traveled from Edinburgh towards the east side of Scotland all the way up to Inverness for the first day, making a stop to various key places along the way. For the second day we traveled the west side and headed back to the city at night. The key person that made this whole trip extremely interesting and informative was our tour guide. The Scottish Tasmanian devil, Peter himself. The vast information and excessive knowledge on various matters elevated this whole trip. This one goes out to him. Pete was amazing, best tour guide ever. Give him a raise! Don’t worry Pete, the guys from Greece got you!😃
- Hadong L00Highlands Trip: Beautiful but Overwhelming Due to Non-Stop Guide CommentaryThe trip was very well organized, and I could fully enjoy the beauty of the Highlands. However, the guide talked non-stop for 10 hours and played music too loudly, so I couldn't sleep at all on the way back. Throughout the trip, there was an overwhelming amount of information, which made it difficult to listen.
- G7340URlindaa00Great tour!We had a great time! Our guide, Brian, was amazing and shared so much great information and stories during the visit.
- aquaticaw201800Amazing day tour! This was an amazing tour! Scotland is beautiful. Our guide and driver was Barbara. She was super informative, pleasurable, and very adaptive to the group. She even stopped at places not on the itinerary, which was very special.
- Lee250200Great TourHighly recommend this tour with Rabbies, from the moment we boarded the mini coach our tour guide Barbara was funny and very knowledgeable with some great stories to tell. We were really lucky with the weather and had some great lighting for our photos. It is a long day but we had plenty of opportunities to stretch our legs and for comfort breaks. This was our first trip to Scotland and this tour was a fantastic way to see what the country has to offer. Thanks to Barbara we were able to grab some photos of a stag in its natural habitat, breathtaking. If/when we return to Scotland would definitely book Rabbies again maybe for a 3 day tour.
- Lynn I00An Amazing Guide Makes For A Great Trip!I cannot speak highly enough of the tour guide from my tour in 11/30. Grante was not only a kind & knowledgeable guide and good driver but he was also a passionate story teller and gifted orator. On top of all that, he was funny. It was a long drive for 1 day, but having a good play list, and plenty to talk about along the way helped make this trip a true highlight of my vacation. Thank you!
- DKossmann00I did not think it would be possible.I did not think it would be possible for anyone to keep us all engaged for 12 hours!!! But Graeme did it brilliantly, with his deep knowledge of Scottish History and culture and great story telling.
- W3854NMannea00Outlander castle adventureOur guide Swain was great: lots of nuggets of history and information about the filming of Outlander. Loved the small tour size and the fact that we had plenty of time to explore on our own at the different castles. I highly recommend!
- Mobile5301791440700Not for the winter.Great travel agency - Rabbies and the guide Bruce was amazing. Weather wasn’t good to enjoy any sites much. It became dark early. Do not advise this location during winter or cold and rainy days.
- 987dagw00Highly recommendedFantastic trip, I'd recommend for anyone. Leo knowledgeable and funny, small group makes a difference too:)
- Safari27770400Perfect guideTge views was amazyng, perfect trip with a perfect guide. Real enjoy the day. Very knoledgeable guide we learn a lot about hystory of the places visitef. A lot of recommendations tips for our weekend in Edinburgh
- Mr_STravelQuest00Highland Hues: A Rabbie's Van Tour from Edinburgh AdventureWe did a bus tour in Ireland & not doing that again! We decided to do a van tour with Rabbie's since it's a small group tour. The van has plenty of legroom and comfortable. You stop on plenty of scenic locations and see castles along the way. Our tour guide was AMAZING!!!! He shared facts about each locations, history, and recommendations. Next time we visit we're doing the 3 day tours, we enjoyed Rabbie's that much! You can see the full video on our channel Mr.S Travel Quest to see what to expect on your visit. Mr.S Travel Quest
- Cesar G00Small and educational.Great work by Ian and JP the tour guide and driver. Super smooth and very interesting places. Small enough to enjoy the commentary and keep things on track.
- Lizabeth A00Fabulous tour!Ally was an amazing tour guide!! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny😊 My husband and I took our 3 daughters and a fiancé on the Highland Tour and had a fabulous time!! We would all highly recommend this tour. There were just the perfect amount of stops/bathroom and souvenirs, sights galore and we were given enough time for a fabulous lunch! A must if you are exploring the highlands!!
- Andie F00Fantastic! Highly recommend!Ally was funny, knowledgeable, and energetic! We loved hearing all of the history and fun facts about this country, its people, and its customs. What a great (long!) day!

Just home from a fantastic trip to Mull, Iona, Staffa and the highlands of Scotland. This was my first time to Mull and Iona and it did not disappoint. I wanted to do this trip to let me get a taste of Mull and it has made me want to go back for more. The weather was not kind and thankfully the whole group came prepared so it meant that Liam our guide was able to follow his plans and show us the highlights. We had fun little ferry hops along with a trip out to see Fingals cave on Staffa.
Hats off to Liam who was able to share his personal stories and places on Mull, being a local lad. This made it feel like a very special trip.
Mull and Iona was fabulous and if you ever want to dip into a taster of these islands, then this is the way to do it.

This trip was beyond any expectations we may have had before it started. Our driver-guide Sean was wonderful, so knowledgeable about every location, telling us all about the history, geology and wildlife. This was all interspersed with musical interludes, myths and folk tales and lots of funny stories. Sean obviously has a great love of Scotland and of the wildlife found in the Highlands, and this was evident in the enthusiam with which he spoke. The whole trip was educational as well as entertaining. One day we spotted a sheep stuck on it's back unable to get up. As was explained, she would die of thirst if not helped. So we parked up and I gave Sean a hand helping the sheep back on it's feet. That was not something I was expecting to do but was a very rewarding experience seeing the sheep bound away! The scenery all around is simply breathtaking, with plenty of wildlife to see if you keep your eyes peeled (take the trip to Staffa to see the Puffins, not to be missed). Tobermory is a beautiful little town that we were sad to leave (the fish and chips from the van on the quay is fantastic!). Overall this trip was worth every penny and was a great experience. Dealing with Rabbie's was first class and Sean was a gentleman and thorough professional at all times. Thank you Sean for making it such a special trip! We will definitely be on another Rabbie's tour in the not too distant future.

A brilliant four day tour. Due to Rabbie’s guarantee only my husband and I were on this tour! We couldn’t believe Rabbies would honour the booking, but were delighted they did. Too many highlights to list here but such a varied an interesting tour. Our tour guide Michael made what could have been a strange experience really enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring our needs were fully catered for. In fact, we cannot praise Michael enough for making this trip so perfect. Would definitely recommend both this tour and Rabbies to others.

We never want to disappoint our customers, so we guarantee never to cancel due to low passenger numbers. You book - you go (as long as you still want to!) It's great to hear that Michael looked after you and helped make this such a great tour.
Many thanks,
Aimee

A friend and I went on this tour with James and six other people. We had a wonderful time and experienced one day of wild weather while on the ferry from Mull to Iona. It was a blast ! The scenery and history behind the area was great! We will definitely take another tour in the future. Thanks James !

We had a fabulous guide in James. Very knowledgeable in history, great sense of humor as well.
Sites on Mull were fabulous. Our day on Iona was unique as we toured the infamous abbey. There was a nice balance between keeping to the van/travel schedule and having time on our own to explore the areas we were in.
Weather is a big predictor and consideration for this type of tour. We chanced it and were very satisfied. A little rain did not deter us. The rainbows are worth waiting for...and we had 2 different glorious ones!

My mother and I just got back from a phenomenal trip to Mull and Iona. Our guide was Liam and he was so knowledgeable, friendly, fun and down to earth. We loved the stories he told and how he really brought everything to life. I've been on a few Rabbie's tours now and thoroughly enjoyed them all, but this was especially special as I have a family connection to Tobermory and I felt like Liam really respected that. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as they are responsible and you certainly get your money's worth. Liam was really passionate about the area and Scotland in general and it really helps paint a good picture of past and present. Great tour, great guide and great company. Thanks so much for a memorable trip!

Our trip in July was incredible. Jamie was a perfect guide. Lots of info as we drove, great music selection and an endless stream of stories and legends. We kept to schedule, but never once felt rushed. I can't wait to go back next summer!! Oh, we saw nesting puffins!!

A friend and I completed a 9 day tour of Scotland which included Mull, Iona, Skye the Highlands and Orkney. Our trip was two tours wrapped into one as we had to leave our group after 5 days and join a group going to Orkney for the remaining four days. Our first driver, George was terrific - knowledgeable, funny, efficient. Our second driver, David, wasn't quite as efficient, but knowledgeable. Regardless, the tour was magnificent as we saw a lot of beautiful and majestic countryside. We were regaled with Scottish history ("slice and dice"). We stayed in guest houses along the way. We travelled with a group of 15 people. Definitely the way to go. A great tour company.

I really dislike organized trips normally. But after doing WHW, was limited in time and decided to sign on, since this travel company came highly recommended.
I had a wonderful time. The small group of folks who had signed in were friendly and easygoing. Ross really set the tone and was so upbeat and flexible. He regaled us with history of the place and truly made this trip great. He even got the 🌞 (Sun) to show up in the places we drove to or visited. The last day, we were rerouted 100’s of miles due to an accident, he had such a good attitude eventhough the day turned out to be really long.
I will definitely use Rabbies again for sure.

Does the tour include time to really tour Stirling Castle or just a quick photo op? Time for worship services at Iona? I am researching for a trip with 3 couples and several of us are serious history buffs.

I did this tour. It’s just a drive by. The tour doesn’t actually stop at Stirling.
