Fantastic Tour to Giant's Causeway & Titanic Belfast
Absolutely fantastic tour with Quiggs & Vic on our first visit to Nothern Ireland! Both worked together really well to make sure the day ran seamlessly - everything was well timed and planned to perfection. Quiggs is a natural and we're so happy we ended up with him as our guide: his attention to detail, comedic wit and ability to retain and relay so much information about the local area or historic/mythical events is incredibly impressive. Even to hear his own views on things was super interesting, and made every interaction with the party on our coach feel authentic and unscripted. We'll be sure to reccomend this tour and book on another during our next trip to NI! Thank you both.

    Fantastic day!
Had a wonderful tour with Finn tours. Ryan was a wonderful tour guide with lots of information. Anna was a very competent driver. The Giants Causeway was just unbelievable. Also the Titanic museum was great. All the other stops were well worth the time. Would do this tour again.

    Disappointing.
Crowded and claustrophobic. Difficult to read all the information in such a busy exhibition. To go early is a good idea. Not as good as I'd anticipated. Best bit was the ride.

    Superb day trip.
A very well organised day out which was very good value for money. Noel our guide was informative and a very pleasant guy. Smoothly and expertly driven by Thomas. I would just add one tip to future travellers: if you are staying in or near Belfast I would leave the tour at the Titanic museum. The tour allowed 2 hours for the museum. However we were staying in Belfast and therefore left the tour. We stayed in the museum for 3 hours and felt 2 would have been a rush. The museum itself is a masterpiece of design and ingenuity. Don't miss the cable car and allow time to savour the lower and final floor with the glass floor and roll call. Very moving and superbly done. The tickets were valid to visit the Nomidic- the tender ship and outside the museum- on a separate day.

    Finn McCool tour was ok
This was 1 of 2 Finn McCool tours of the total of 5 tours I did over my 2 week vacation. This was the better of the 2. I booked this one because when I booked it the description included Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge. This was a major site I wanted to experience. The day of the tour is when I found out not only were we not going to be able to cross the bridge, but we also weren't even going to stop there! The tour guide (Ryan who was very good as was our driver) was telling tales (Blarney) the entire tour so we thought he was joking. I posted the question on a Face Book page for people travelling to Ireland to ask questions. That is when I found out that the bridge has been closed to tour busses for over a year!!! I received a request from Finn McCool Tours on how hard Covid has been on their business, how they are working hard to rebuild their business, etc and to please write a review. I would think that with them trying to rebuild their business, they would have accurate information on what the tour does & doesn't cover. The guide & driver were awesome and totally made this tour passable. My overall suggestion is to confirm before booking, there are so many tour companies, you will not miss out if you don't "book right away".

Parts were good and parts weren't.
The meet up place listed for Belfast (in front of "Top Shop") doesn't exist. We we were told by locals it went out of business yeats ago. I was disappointed that the Carrick-a-rede bridge was closed, we were not allowed to walk it. The bus didn't even stop at this location. The time at Giant's Causeway was sufficient although you need a separate ticket to get into the visitor center where the Cafe is. The stop at Dunluce Castle was ample time also. As for our driver. Handsome Thomas, & guide, Ryan. We're fantastic!! They definitely made the experience 💚☘️

Good tour but packed bus and innacurate Meeting Point
The sights were great but some inaccurate info in the description. This tour starts in Dublin and by the time we got to get on the bus in Belfast there were only scattered single seats left and no way for a couple to sit together. The meeting point spot description in the directions is very wrong. The address is not at 31 Chichester St., but in front of the building at 70 Chichester St, which is across the street. The instructions say that it is outside the entrance to the Top Shop, which has not been there for a few years, although it is a short way down the street across from the Garrick Bar. If it had not been for a gentlemen at the desk inside 31-35 Chichester St., who directed us across the street (as he has been doing for a long time) to the exact pick up spot, we would not have found it, as there is no sign. FIX your instructions.

    Discovery Tour Highly Recommended.
The Titanic Experience was outstanding. It was very well laid out and easy to tour. I did the Discover Tour which I would highly recommend. It is a one-hour walking tour around the outside of the museum. The guide, John, was very interesting and engaging and the tour was highly informative. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who was visiting Belfast.

Look for emails from the company that may adjust your departure time.
Very good tour - especially for Game of Thrones fans (not me, though). The Giant's Causeway is really dramatic. There is a bus that will take you up or down (or both) ways for those who have trouble walking. Cost is 1 euro each way. (Our guide gave us a couple of euros as we hadn't changed any money.) Titanic Experience is awesome. Our guide warned us that we shouldn't read everything because there wasn't enough time. He was right. We had 1.5 hrs and really needed at least 2.5 hrs. So, keep that in mind if you want to see the Titanic Ex. We didn't stop for lunch. This is a great tour for Belfast. Our guide wasn't very talkative although he did give us the basics. In response to another review: Finn Tours looks at the official port arrival times for cruise ships and will adjust the schedule to go as early as practical. We were originally scheduled for a 9:30 am start (after a 8:30 am ship arrival time). Finn thought we were docking at 7 and tried to move our tour up. They were very responsive to email and we eventually settled on 9 am. But, a few guests didn't see their emails, so we left at the originally planned 9:30.

    Left Us Waiting
Finn Tours changed the meet time from 9:30 am to 8:30 am & didn't contact me. 1 email day before tour still says 9:30. No call, voicemail, text, or FB message. I had sent a FB message to them 3 weeks before tour & was told I would get notified of changes 1 week before tour. They are refusing to give me a refund & have been extremely rude about the whole situation.

    Pleasant trip, poor customer service
Giants Causeway and Dark Hedges are something that must be seen. This part of the trip we thoroughly enjoyed. The driver Anil and tour guide Noel were also very pleasant, amusing and knowledgeable. What was disappointing is the trip we booked and paid for was not fully delivered. A snippet below of the booking confirmation which clearly shows our trip to include the Glens of Antrim and total duration of the trip being 9 hours...A snip below of our booking confirmation... Giant’s Causeway, Glens of Antrim and Dark Hedges tour from Belfast 2 Adult When Saturday 01 Jul 2023 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM Duration: 9 hours We were picked up at 9.15am and shortly after 3.15pm we were dropped back off in Belfast. When I approached the driver back in Belfast he said he knew nothing about the Glens of Antrim and should take this up with the tour company. Our first email sent on Monday 3rd did not deliver for some reason and when I followed this up today, disappointed to have not received a response, I was informed the initial email wasnt received. I therefore explained again my reason for contact and was informed I was wrong, the trip was not 9 hours and I should update my cookies!! William has very poor customer services, obviously his back was up because we asked to be compensated for the short comings of the trip, of course he wouldnt entertain this stating it was our fault and if we wanted a different trip we should have paid for it. We just wanted what we did pay for and I told him we would therefore be submitting an honest review. This he deemed as being blackmail!! and refused to further comment.

    Forget the rest…get the best
We booked this tour 24 hours before the date we wanted. We received and instant confirmation but being a little wary, I contacted the tour company by phone to make sure all would be right. The tour company owner Michael said he would verify all details including a pick up at the cruise terminal. 30 minutes later we received a confirmation all was well. At 9.00 am the following morning we were warmly greeted by our driver Redmond (call me Red !!) who explained what we could do during our tour including shortening times at attractions, missing some all together If we wished ( we skipped Bushmills as we’re not whiskey drinkers) and substituted a hearty pub lunch instead. The attractions we visited were excellent and given we had a bit of time up our sleeve, Red took us on a tour of his home town Derry to finish the day. Whilst the cost may seem high compared to doing things on a coach, if you have a party of 4 it works out very cost effective, is done at a pace you dictate and you have a lot of fun on the way. Thoroughly recommend both the tour company and our driver Red 👍

Your guide (Quiggst) was very knowledgable and personable. Great to see Giants Causeway, a beautiful place! We booked this tour because it advertised Bushmills Distillery (which it still does), but they had no intention on taking us there. They did not notify us of the change, was as we passed through Bushmills town did we realize we were not stopping. They brought instead to a brand new whiskey distillery in downtown Belfast ( which is great but we had already been there). Also, the whole tour felt rushed as we were picked up on Belfast but the tour started in Dublin so they had to rush through every stop. We only had and hour and a half at the Giants Causeway. Also bring a lunch as they do not stop or give you time for it. Your tour ticket does NOT include admission to the visitor center at the Causeway where lunch options are available to purchase. There are better options to see the North Coast for this price.

The pick up point was quite confusing as it said to meet outside Topshop but Topshop is gone. The meeting place is a city bus stop and no one from the tour company is there until the bus pulls up right at the meeting time. The tour stops are nice and Quig was very knowledgeable about the history. I wish we had been told that there was a bus to take you down to the causeway as it is a very steep walk. I’m not sure how much it costs because we didn’t realize it was an option until it was too late. Also, be prepared if you get motion sick. Because the trip starts in Dublin and then picks up in Belfast, most of the seats were full and we ended up in the rear of the bus. There are many winding roads so I was miserable for most of the tour. Not the fault of the tour, but I really wish I had taken some anti nausea medicine. The tour drives you through much of the beautiful countryside. It is a lot of riding and a lot of walking. Bring a lunch. The stops are quick and you won’t have time to order in a restaurant. We enjoyed the distillery tour and tasting.
