My boyfriend and I did the peacewall taxi tour with Dan in September 2020 and were so glad we did! He is so knowledgeable and really has a great understanding of Irish history as he has lived here his whole life. He is so informative and really helps you to understand the troubles that Irish people have endured. It is a very special touch that he takes photos of you at the different wall murals as it helps you to remember the day and the history.

Dan’s tour was fantastic. He brought us to all the main sites and had a story to tell us from all aspects of the tour. He is incredibly knowledgable and gave us so much info on both sides of the troubles from his personal perspective. Definitely recommend the tour for anyone interested in Irish history as no doubt Dan will give you even more of an insight and better understanding than any history book!

Danny is passionate and very knowledgeable of the local history during the time of the Troubles. His views have changed my perspective- I’m ex-UK military so I have my own views of the Troubles which have now altered since the Tour. He’s very friendly and at great pains to emphasise that reconciliation and forgiveness is the solution to the difficulties of the past. I would highly recommend this Tour and will look him up for a pint should I return to Belfast in the future. Thank you Danny!

Myself and my friend had the pleasure of Dan's company on his taxi tour of Belfast. Anybody visiting the city should go on this tour to fully appreciate the history of the troubles in Belfast from a first hand and impartially presented perspective. Dan is dedicated to ensuring you get the most out of your experience on the tour and in the city. Thank you for a very informative morning and for the memories we have taken away with us along with the photos which were kindly emailed across following the tour.

When you're traveling sometimes you only need that one experience that makes your trip memorable. This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Belfast. We randomly met Dan during a taxi ride without knowing he was probably the best peace wall tour guide we could find. His passion and knowledge are contagious. This tour is the best way for you to get immersed and understand in context what The Troubles meant for Belfast people. Whether you like history or not, the street art on the peace walls is mesmerising and definitely worth a visit. I couldn't recommend more this experience to anyone visiting Belfast. Plus Dan is super friendly and takes photos for future memory! (11/10)

Today Dan gave us an in-depth two hour tour of the most famous areas of the troubles. He’s lived there his whole life and knew everything about the history of the place. He was happy to answer questions and we found him very interesting in the way he explained it. He was happy to drop us off where we were eating lunch and we would highly recommend using Dan for your tour.

Dan picked us up from the front of our hotel and took us on the tour, in spite of the rain we had a great tour (umbrellas provided). Stopped and walked a number of times, very well planned route, plenty of time to take photos and Dan took photos of us together as well 😂
Interesting facts that neither of us knew of before, Dan kept us amused throughout the tour and answered any questions we had. Dropped us back outside our hotel at the end of the tour. Communication was excellent from booking to pick up 👍

We had an excellent, informative and engaging tour with Dan. He is so personable and knowledgeable and was happy to answer our questions.
Dan took photos of us by some of the murals then shared with us afterwards.

We did the peace wall tour yesterday with Dan and it was an incredible experience. An absolute gentleman who went through everything in such detail and really was a fountain of knowledge. It was fascinating to hear first hand his experiences of growing up during the troubles. Highly highly recommend this tour.

Myself and a friend did the tour with Dan and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We spent a full weekend in Belfast and this was by far the highlight of our trip. Dan was so knowledgeable and passionate, and his ability to explain such complex stories and issues in an easy to understand way was just brilliant. He went out of his way to take photos of us during the tour and sent them all on within a day or so. Dan gives a real personal touch to his tours and couldn’t have been more accommodating for our questions. Amazing value for an experience we won’t forget. Thanks so much, Dan!

We have a group of 5 adults - can we do this together in one trip? I'm assuming the cab capacity is 2-3 people maximum.
