This trip is a "must do" and great value for what is included on the tour.
Our driver was called Karl - not only was he very knowledgeable, good fun and a safe driver - he really did look out for us all 👏👏
We visited Giants Causeway (do the cliff walk if you can), various Game of thrones settings, a whisky distillery, etc.
The one tip I would give is on BOARDING the bus go for a seat on the LEFT side. On boarding we sat on the right and really missed out on the coastal views which was really disappointing as the coastal route is stunning.
If you're thinking of booking don't hesitate it's a great day out.

I am writing this comment with the sole purpose of praising the driver Karl. He is such a helpful person. I need to catch the flight. Without his help and arrangement, it's not possible for me to arrive at the airport earlier before the tour end. Thanks again Karl.

Caves, castles, curvy trees and causeway! Started at 9. Delight to travel on the coach and great guide. Well planned and amazing scenery. We could see Scotland and the mist rolling into the Mull of Kintyre!! Guide kept us well entrained and informed. Coast road is a delight to travel on and the stopping pints gave an insight into the beauty and history of the area.
Timings were a little rushed - we could have spent much longer at the causeway - but there was a lot packed in, especially if you are a game of thrones fan - the caves and dark hedges were really impressive.
The causeway is majesty - bus down and up if you need it - about a mile relatively steep road down from the visitor centre.
The causeway itself was stunning - larger area than we thought and we could have spent several hours there. There a several routes back of varying diffuser, but If you have the time and the fitness, the red route via the tops of the cliffs, give stunning views.
A must if you’re travelling to Northern Ireland

We took this tour as a part of a 6 day trip with Rail Tours. The itinerary we were provided indicated that we would be stopping at: Ballycastle, Dunluce Castle, and spending 2 hours at Giants Causeway and then depart from Belfast on the 18:05 train and NONE of that happened!
This was by far the most disappointing tour we took while in Ireland. From the point of pick up Paul mentioned he “hoped to have us back for the 18:05 train”. Then proceeded to stop at random places to include Fullerton Arms, the worst meal we had on our week long trip - to see the Game of Thrones door, Bushmill Distillery, Carnlogh, and others.
Giants Causeway was our last stop & we had 90 mins - which did not give enough time to fully see everything. Then to make matters worse, we were left at the train station after the 18:05 train had already departed for Dublin.
Never have I seen such poor customer service on a tour. It’s unacceptable to bring a bus full of people to the train station knowing there is no way for them to catch the train they’re supposed to be on.
Please do yourself a favor and find another company who respects their customers.

It was an amazing trip through the beautiful coast line. Our driver and guide Ian was very funny and tell us a lot of interesting information about Northern Ireland coast and history. The bus also was very comfortable. Highly recomended for everybody.

I had so much fun! Met cool new people, lots of laughs, and felt like we fit a lot in the day. Patrick was our driver and he was hilarious (if you’re keen to dad jokes then this is your guy). If you’re somebody who likes to fit quite a bit in an allotted amount of time then you’ll love this day; if you’re someone who likes to take their time at stops then I’d say you may feel a bit rushed. Overall I felt it was a perfect amount for each spot, but a few moments I thought maybe ten minutes more might be sweet. I definitely think it was worth the money and I would recommend this tour to anyone. I read negative reviews about there being too much Game of Thrones talk, but truthfully I felt there could have been more! I think he did a great job equally for fans and non-fans. I would say most of the negative reviews possibly might be people who either didn’t review the small print or possibly missed pre-departure itinerary review.

Trying to decide between this trip and other more expensive ones. The description doesn’t tell me much about the stops. Other than Giant’s Causeway where does it stop? Thanks

At the end of the tour you can get off the coach at the city hall in the centre of town or the tour company offices on Donegall road where the tour leaves from in the morning.

It is a full day but the journey is broken up nicely. Max journey time was approx 30mins - there are lots of stops - refreshments and toilets. Plus it is a circular route so you don't go over the same ground on the way back. Definitely recommend.
There is a rain prediction for the day I want to book a trip. Will there still be a tour in case of rain or will it be postponed ?

I would check with the specific tour company you are looking to book with regarding their policies regarding the weather. When we left Belfast the skies were overcast and we encountered some rain but then the skies cleared and we had perfect weather for the rest of the tour.
Is the rope bridge included?
McSpoono

No as the National Trust are not allowing coaches in at the moment.

No, from what we heard they don’t allow tour buses on it now and you have to reserve a car spot to go over it.
I’m coming off a cruise ship how easy is it to get to the tour and would I have trouble get back at a reasonable time to make the ship departure

I would look into a tour that picks up and drops off at the cruise ship port. It would make your life a lot easier.
