Well I just got back from a tour with Andy, but oddly the tour was in Las Vegas, not in Wales. I was his guide today in the gorgeous Red Rock Canyon. But as we talked and spent time together, I could see Andy’s incredible...More

Although an energetic walk with some tricky underfoot conditions it was definitely worth the effort to see the waterfalls and experience walking behind the one in the picture above.

Hi Roshan I am 67 years old and have a bad back and weak knee. Do you think I can make it? Also what do you mean when you say "steep sided valleys"?

The terrain can be uneven and rocky. There are steps in some areas but they are not evenly spaced or of even height. Walking sticks would probably made it easier. I am +65 if that helps you judge the difficulty.

We had a 4 year old on the walk recently and they loved it. However some young children could find the distance and rough terrain challenging.
