Beautiful trip to the Cotswolds, enhanced by the Autumn colours!
The guiding couple were very nice and attentive and we were left impressed by the guide knowledge and the driving was safe. They were happy to pull over in "the middle of nowhere" just for us to get out to take pictures or experience the sounds and quietness of the environment - very appreciated.
We definitely recommend the trip, even under pandemic circumstances, is an outdoor activity and there are not many tourists at this time.
The trip is not too tiring as part of the time is spent driving across the villages.
We visited several villages, we have seen lots of sheep and pheasants, nice countryside properties and beautiful fields - a relaxing and lovely day out.

What a lovely day we had in the Cotswolds! We went in early November and were very lucky to be the only ones, so we had an unexpected private tour. The weather was lovely, and the bus was exceptionally comfortable.
Our guide, Isobel, had a considerable amount of information about each town/village, and we appreciated her information during the drive while giving us time in each location to explore freely. We were also able to drive through some lovely villages that were more off the beaten track and probably would not have visited otehrwise. Looking back, I am really glad we chose this tour rather than self-driving.
For those considering a trip to the Cotswolds, I cannot recommend this tour more!

Isobel and David Lewis provided an excellent tour of the Cotswolds! The commentary provided was very informative and interesting, and our family of 6 (adult children) loved our stops on the tour, along with the small group setting. Isobel and David were also very kind and accommodating during our stay in the Cotswolds. We would heartily recommend this tour and were very happy that we had booked the Cotswolds Winter Adventurer.

Finding a tour of the Cotswolds in the winter took a lot of work, so I was thrilled to have discovered Cotswold Exploring. Isabelle and David were fantastic guides, full of interesting information and very flexible if anyone wanted to stop or stay a bit longer in a village. We had a memorable day and can't wait to return. Thank you.

This tour even takes place in January. Lovely views of the Cotswolds, interesting bits of the area, history, filmlocations, literature ect.. Nice alternation of our trip to Oxford. Highly recommended

This was the most charming trip to do. I didnt know where to look with all the beautiful surroundings. Isobel and David were the loveliest guides to have.
Isobel was extremely knowledgeable with the history and David knew every area thoroughly. I particulalry loved this trip in Winter, Areas were not congested and seeing the Cotwolds in the winter only added more to their cosiness and farytale charm. We were lucky it was a beautiful clear day. Thank you for making my trip to the Cotwolds a memorable one Isobel and David. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.

Isabelle was a fantastic guide. Being a small and more intimate tour allowed us to visit more Cotswold villages that a bigger coach wouldn't be able to access. My favourite thing was just how knowledgeable Isabelle was - you'd have to spend years researching to learn what you learn on a day with this tour. Highly recommend this tour.
