I love travelling but one of the bugbears is being stuck with luggage that you can't get rid of. London has traditionally been one of the worst places as even if you do find storage it's a complete rip off. So i was overjoyed to find Stasher.com. My coach got in to London Victoria. I left my bag at a nearby Premier Inn thanks to Stasher. I wandered off for my Watford v Sunderland football match. After the game I picked up my bag. Easy. It set me back all of £6.68 which was extremely reasonable.

In the tiring confusion of navigating London with luggage, it was great to have this service available from such pleasant people.

This service was so convenient and easy to use. The proprietor was really friendly and accommodating, leaving us free to enjoy the sights of London without a care in the world! I will definitely use this service again.

Nice and easy experience. We even had to add an additional bag once we got to the storage center, and it was simple to do that.

We selected a stacher in London near our apartment at 1 Brendon Street. We stored 10 carry-ons and 10 backpacks from 12pm to 6pm as our flight was at 10pm. The service works very well. We paid in advance on the app and the next day we arrived at the location and they were already waiting for us with our luggage. I would use it whenever I can. Very good idea.

I had a couple of bags to store for an hour, and used Stasher to handle it. It worked great. I was even able to change my mind about the number of bags a couple of hours before my set drop-off time. Bag drop-off and pickup (near the National Portrait Gallery) was super smooth and easy: my bags got labelled; I was given the tear-off tags and asked to take a photo. Pickup was equally easy and quick. FYI, payment is taken at booking time, not at drop-off time. I suppose this makes it easier for the company, but it's a bit less good for me. A couple of small negatives: 1) The nearest site to me only scored 4.1/5, but there was no explanation of why - the reviews listed didn't seem to be negative. (I picked a slightly further away place that scored 4.7 instead.) 2) To change the number of bags I had to cancel and rebook, rather than just making a change. 3) The search experience is a bit clunky. I got used to it in the end, but the apparent desire to hide the exact location of the drop-off points didn't help.

Great service to store your luggage safely whilst out and about. Plenty of places to choose from in loads of locations. Super!

5 mins walk from tube, easy to find, all smooth and easy. Very happy to have been fully refunded when I had to change my location.

Never used a bag drop before, but the website was simple to navigate and there were lots of options in central London to use. We used 2 different locations on the 2 days we needed to leave our bags. It's obviously a matter of trust, but we felt our bag was being looked after.

I have used Stasher many times in the past but on this occasion I used a new place opposite Kings Cross. They told me they closed at 19.30. I arrived at 19.20 on the dot & they were closed. I was absolutely furious as was another customer who was supposed to be catching a train to Paris & was now in danger of missing it. Eventually someone turned up but they weren’t remotely apologetic. I will not be using Stasher again. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Easy to find with map navigation through the app. Store person saw and took our luggage immediately. No waiting around. Will use again.

The app was easy to use. We found a spot close to the station to store our bags for the day. If it weren't for the app, we wouldn't have found this storage space! It was located down some steps. The guys operating the luggage storage were friendly and helped us quickly.

Really useful service. Was travelling by train with 4 kids so didn’t want to ruin check out day by being stuck with our cases until the evening train home. Left them right next to Euston station in the morning and were able to enjoy our day knowing we could pick up later. All very easy.
