Ludmila was good, we were late for the tour but able to find her at Westminster Abbey, the security guard helped us find our guide, she was very helpful and took and initiative to find the tour guide and took us inside and joined us with the group. This was the highlight of our tour. The tour guide was very thorough and kept us engaged despite the group getting smaller at each tourist stop. St James street and the history or every shop was amazing. So was the stories of the royal families.

Great experience, even the teenagers said the tour went quickly and enjoyed all the stops. The guide adapted to our small group and spent more time in areas that interested us. Highly recommend!

TripAdvisor outsourced tour to third party & didn’t tell us & tour was delayed w| no notice. Poor customer service. All of the folks were scrambling trying to find who was their tour guide

Excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Group size was good- only 20 people. Four hours is a long tour so be prepared for that.

Nathaniel was an absolute gem. He toured us around, provided expert historical information on each stop, and answered all our questions with ease. He made sure to keep us all close and had a jovial and pleasant attitude with a kind smile. He made us feel apart of the magic of London.

Can I give more than 5 stars? Eddie was exceptional with many interesting stories and knowing exactly where/when to be places to get the best views of attractions. He also had a great sense of humor which made the excursion very enjoyable!

We spent hours exploring the fashion exhibits and still didn't see it all! The jewelry gallery was absolutely stunning, and the café's architecture took our breath away. Such an incredible collection of art and design through the ages.

I was quite disappointed with this tour. For 90 euros, I expected a deeper insight into the Parliament and more engaging content at the Abby. Instead, we spent barely 5 minutes at our meeting point talking about the Parlament, with no new or interesting information. Most of the tour was focused on Westminster Abbey, which you can explore independently with the audio guide that’s already included in the 30-euro ticket. Essentially, you’re paying triple to be guided through information you could easily access yourself. The guide was respectful and pleasant, which I appreciated, but overall, I left unsatisfied. If you’re expecting a thorough, informative experience, this tour might not be worth the price.”
