Our driver was right on time to pick up the four of us seniors with all our luggage at our hotel in Kensington. The van was clean and very comfortable. There was even bottled water and snacks for us. Our driver was very knowledgeable about London and the areas to Southampton. He left us off a short walk from the entrance to Windsor Castle and was right there at the set time to take us on to the hotel in Southampton. Such a pleasant and easy way to get from London to Southampton via Windsor Castle. Worth every penny or pence .

He helped with our tickets to Stonehenge and did not have to wait in any lines. Had a great time at Windsor Castle and then delivered to our hotel in central London.

Arranged for London Cruise Transfers to pick up my parents at the end of their Cruise in Southampton. We were provided with the driver's information on the day of the booking which made contact on the day easy. My parents disembarked earlier than expected and the driver was able to pick them up early. The journey was smooth and comfortable. We will most certainly use London Cruise Transfers again.

Syed picked us up from our London hotel to take us to our cruise terminal. He contacted us the night before and arrived early at our hotel. For our return trip, David picked us up from the cruise terminal, also contacting us well ahead of our scheduled pickup time. He was able to move up the pick-up time which worked out great for us because we were able to get off of our ship early. He quickly found us amid a sea of fellow travelers, working with use to find a convenient meeting point, and carrying a very visible sign with our name on it. Overall, we were very impressed with this service and highly recommend it for other travelers.

After a long trip, including a cruise ending in Southampton, I was looking for a no fuss way to get to Canterbury for the final 5 nights of our holiday. After a Google search I came up with London Cruise Transfers. I emailed with Kira and felt stress-free as she guided me through my options. I asked if we could be taken to Stonehenge before going to Canterbury (not a problem!) and she even suggested Sailsbury Cathedral, which I had not heard of but absolutely loved. Everything was made easier when a detailed itinerary came through with links to buy tickets and suggested times to book the tickets to make sure we could fit everything in comfortably. He made sure we were comfortable and got us to our destination with no problems. Very smooth ride. Helped to unload and dropped off in front of entrance.

David was great he met us in the terminal as promised on time. Got us set up in the car which was clean and comfortable. As we left Heathrow and got out of the airport my daughter realized she left her phone at the terminal, David turned around and got us back to go and find her phone. After a 10-minute delay, we returned to the car and proceeded to our final destination The ride was smooth and pleasant, and would use London Cruise Transfers again. I highly recommend them.

Visited London prior to departing on cruise ship in Southampton. David picked us up at our hotel in Central London / Mayfair and transported to Southampton cruise ship pier. David also picked us up after cruise and transported to LHR. On time, professional, and efficient. Water, drinks and snacks in the Mercedes van. Wireless charging for phones. Very comfortable and David was a joy. Even stopped for a brief visit in Richmond for a Ted Lasso experience. Highly recommended

London Cruise Transfers were wonderful! We used them for 3 trips while in England and I could not have asked for a better experience. We spent an entire day leaving London, then visiting Windsor Castle for a few hours, then to Stonehenge and then to Southampton for a cruise! Absolutely the best personalized service I have had from a chauffeur driver. Yes, he was on time and early as he should be with great communication but he was personable, professional and a spectacular driver. As a travel agent who regularly books to London, I will go out of my way to use their services. The stop at Leeds Castle on the way to Dover was wonderful and a perfect way to start the trip. Mercedes was in perfect condition with waters to quench our thirst.
