Booked Stansted to Heathrow transfer. Driver was not waiting for us at Arrivals. Called customer service multiple times kept telling me the driver was there. We asked every person standing around Arrivals if they were our driver but our driver was not there. After 45 frustrating minutes we had to hire a regular cab for 180 pounds. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience, would not recommend tour or operator as they don’t stand by their services or take any responsibility. First, they said details for driver would be sent 24 hours prior to tour, this didn’t occur. Guide/Driver was late and not very engaging/didn’t really provide any information about tour (and didn’t seem to know anything about stops anyway). Petworth house was the 1st stop and was nice, but things went pretty much crashing down after that. Arundel, the main attraction, is closed on Mondays, but operator still lets you book tours on this date and there is no mention of this. They refuse to provide any sort of refund, partial or otherwise, and have been rude and short in their responses. They also lied in response to a review made by another member of our party on Viator’s site (where it was booked) as we we did not have additional tour after Arundel issues and were not on the tour for the advertised 12 hours, being dropped back at the hotel about 7 hours later because our guide/driver literally provided only options that were also closed and we had to setup our own things (Westminster Abbey) due to this. Driver also refused to leave after we tried to tip him and end it after being dropped off here. Stay far away from this company (Viator was also no help). Terrible experience, terrible service, and terrible efforts from their customer service.

Our guide was very nice but not a lot of detail provided. Told us briefly what was filmed, dropped us off and stayed with the car while we walked around. While the personal car was awesome and allowed us lots of flexibility. Would have preferred some more guide interaction.

We were very excited to be taking our first trip on Eurostar. Check in was very slick, but going through security was rather difficult. We had to lift our cases onto the security line, with no assistance from any staff. Not something we've come across before as we usually fly. Leave UK at Border control, then enter France at EU control, then you're into the waiting room. This is totally inadequate and way too small for the number of trains and passengers. Very hot and uncomfortable. Only one escalator up to the platform was working, and it was not marshalled; it was a free for all. The train journey was wonderful, very comfortable seating, speedy, and lots of dual language graphics. Returning two weeks later, we encountered even worse crowding in Brussells going through security and in the waiting room. This time it was barely standing room only. No chance to buy any duty free, as there were just too many people crowded everywhere. THE TOILETS ON THE TRAIN WERE A DISGRACE. Quick journey, comfortable seating, and back through UK Customs very easy.

The trip was comfortable and well organised. We did manage to see all three places but Windsor would have been very rushed were it not a Sunday!!(Chapel visit and changing of the guard doesn’t happen on a Sunday..so do check what is open when booking!!) Richard our tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. We had used the Evans Evans Tours.Will definitely recommend this tour if rushed for time… a little bit of everything!

This business trip to London U.K is been a caseload week, no time for any enjoyment or relaxation , finally all done yesterday ! I joint the " Half day Private Tour " thought my business associate's recommendation , I find there is so many Tour Company in London , I am lost , but this Half day tour is perfect for my schedule , for quality and comfortable sightseeing in London ., avoiding the crowds touring , they pick you up at your hotel in a clean mordant comfort air conditioned vehicle , feel very relax and safe , not a big group ,, some place they just driven pass and some landmarks they do stop yo take pictures , amazing in 4 hours , you do seen a lot of iconic places , acclaimed building , famous Tower , wonderful landmarks , but impressed me most is the Drive , he is very friendly , knowledgeable and professional , always have The Can Do Attitude , price not cheap ,but worth every Fish & chips ! for sure I truly recommend this tour for any one looking for a private tour ,, excellent planning and avoid the crazy crowds , all you have to do is sit back and relax !

paid for an 8 passenger minivan for 3 larger guys with luggage. they sent a prius which was listed on their website for over 200 pounds less. They stuffed the three guys and the luggage in the prius for an incredibly uncomfortable 4 hr ride. I asked for a credit for the difference between the minivan and the prius. they told me tough luck, because of the fuel shortage i was lucky to be picked up at all. I did not get what I paid for. We call that bait and switch.

Could not go on trip because cancellations of travel restrictions because of COVID. They say you get a refund but refused to give refund. Not an honest company. Never again.

Move it to a different location. You would expect this ride to give you views of historic London sites, instead you are given an unpleasant view of dirty vacant industrial wasteland and a muddy river. It gives tourists a bad impression of London and is just another commercialised tourist trap.

We took this tour to see London and it’s beautiful lights for the holiday season. Wanted photos at the main places while there but had limited time to see them. This tour was perfect! Our driver on Jan 1, 2020 did an outstanding job!! He took us to all the places we wanted to go, stopping to guide us so we could get the best views and also taking pictures of our group for us! He did such a great job! Highly recommend this tour! It definitely surpassed our expectations!!

Jason was our driver. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We could not have asked for a more spectacular day. Thank you Jason for make our trip to the Cotswolds and Oxford (on Christmas Day) one to remember.

You can’t ask for better! Clean, cheap(yes, economy is perfect). Views are perfect ... dozens of majestic windmills. Dominating the skyline. Smooth ride. The tunnel was a breeze. Great work tables and internet. Never lost phone service.
