About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- sarahaX1095CX0 contributionsAstonishing view of the stadiumNice experience there. I went with my partner and my best friend. Wendy, tour advisor took us through the entire stadium including the players changing room, conference room and many more.Written September 28, 2024
- Simonallen540 contributionsWest Ham TourI’m a Villa fan and I throughly enjoyed the tour. Simon was our tour guide and he was excellent all round. Would definitely recommend the tour if your ever in London. Up the VillaWritten September 23, 2024
- stephenaV7531NV0 contributionsBirthday treatThe tour i was told was over an hour it was less .the guild was good but there is not much to see i felt robbed. I've done loads of tours and this one was very poor having pictures of players on the wall don't make the tour. Last year I did wolves ground which they had loads of memories from there museum and players old kits and trophy s .but nothing like it at west ham. I was told so many times it's not our ground but you would have fought they had more stuff to seeWritten September 16, 2024
- PW47350 contributionsA great start to the dayWe took the match day tour. Tom our tour guide was great. Funny and a brain full of facts. Explained everything with loads of opportunities for photo's. Free entry afterwards to the museum is a nice touchWritten August 17, 2024
- russellsT8702GM0 contributionsToo Professionalism and Quality ExperienceI was astonished at how much was available to us to see and learn and experience! The guide was knowledgeable and an exceptional communicator. We were all rapt. It stands out as one of the memorable moments of a hammer-for-life! I’m nearly 60 and this day was part of my bucket list-coming from the days of the Boleyn, I really needed this and I recommend it to all fans. My family are not all West Ham fans and they really enjoyed it as well!! One of my cousins joked, “don’t bring them back as hammers”.Written August 3, 2024
- robertsH8493NI0 contributionsPrepare for chaos, enjoy the tourExtremely disorganized at the start. Bus was late. Guide did not know where to have people wait. Once the correct bus arrived and was identified as such, it was a mad rush for people to get on. Some had to sit inside a windowed area, while others got the open air part. All of that said, once the guide began his description of the sites and their history, it was very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and had plenty to say. All in all, we enjoyed the experience, and London after dark is a gorgeous thing.Written July 30, 2024
- Sasha F0 contributionsDecent tourDecent day out as you get to spend time at West Ham with football legends, go into the teams changing rooms and get a photo included at the end. Seeing the stadium completely empty is very strange. Sitting in the managers chair was good and there are loads of opportunities for questions throughout. I really enjoyed myself though the process for additional photos is extortionate.Written July 14, 2024
- Arthur B0 contributionsChampVery positive response from your side to work on this issue so please let me know to proceed further on this week and get ready for service and you will also need to check with your decisionWritten July 12, 2024
- B6650TGgp0 contributionsAvoid if you can!Beware! I am a West Ham supporter of Greek Origin, so when Olympiacos came to town last November, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase tickets and go and see the game. I purchased two tickets for me and my wife, paying a total of £ 152. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from West Ham to say that my tickets had been 'blocked' until I could prove that I am a West Ham fan. Not sure how you can prove that you are a fan of a particular club, they asked if I had a West Ham shirt or scarf. The answer was not to both, I am 70 years old and would not walk around with a West Ham shirt or scarf. As it turned out, the club told me that I would not be able to get admission to the game, although I had two valid tickets. I asked for a refund and was told that this was out of the question. So, I have paid £ 152 for nothing, I think it is fair to say that I have been cheated by West Ham United. Never again. Supporters please be aware how they treat you!Written April 28, 2024
- BarMc0 contributionsChelsea Stadium AmazingExcellent tour of Museum and Stadium complete behind the scenes look about. all aspects explained is great engaging details to keep the interest . Plenty of time for photos didn't feel like you were being rushed through the process.Written April 24, 2024
- valeriu760 contributionsThe best private hire in LondonWe booked a transfer to and from Gatwick Airport to W13 through Tourope UK. We were very pleased with the service received. The cars arrived on time, the drivers were polite and helpful, the cars were clean and comfortable. They even had water bottles and sweets. We booked an MPV for a family of 5 and were upgraded to a minibus. I used and was often disappointed with London private hires, so it was a Godsend moment to discover Tourope UK. Highly recommend this company. Many thanks to Cory for the support and attention.Written April 20, 2024
- CarliAndMase0 contributionsA football fans dream! My son is a crazy Chelsea fan and he absolutely loved every minute of this tour, as did I. We did the VIP tour with Dave as our guide and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and informative as well as being a lovely fellow. Highly recommend this tour and if you can request Dave, you will not be disappointed!Written January 20, 2024
- CJ03MEL0 contributionsGreat experience at the Emirates. It was such an interesting and amazing experience as a late Christmas present from my grandparents (whom my grandfather is a very big Arsenal fan). We did the Legend Tour with Perry Groves. We managed to touch the pitch, which is very rare. The tour took us though the dressing rooms, tunnel, dugouts, car park and even the very interesting and unique museum. There was some great photo taking opportunities throughout the experience. The even have their own coin mangle machine, which was an added bonus. This is the first stadium tour I have done, and it’s left me wanting to visit more!Written January 8, 2024
- graceboyd0 contributionsamazingThe tour was amazing, Raymond and Roy were out tour guides and they were so laid back, informative and easy to talk to. they took us all around the stadium and gave us some fun facts and memories of stamford bridge.Written December 18, 2023

ANGIE NORMAN was an excellent, knowledgeable tour guide. My teens were a little apprehensive about what to expect and thought they would find it boring. They told me to write this review because they thought it was fantastic! They learned so much, not only about Jack the Ripper but about Victorian England. They thought that Angie was passionate and had extensive knowledge about the subject that had them enthralled. They were most impressed. We definitely recommend it for teens and adults. I personally wouldn’t take younger children.

Jeremy our tour guid was simply outstanding! His theoretical knowledge was only surpassed by his eery ability to make us see out of his own eyes! It really felt like we went back in time.

Our guide Angie was really informative and the tour was interesting. I’ve done it before but it was still worth going and listening. She really brought it to life and I could see how passionate she is about the subject
