About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Curo690 contributionsClassic Emmerdale Locations. It’s a bit disappointing!Classic Emmerdale Locations Tour. This was more of a coach trip than an Actual Emmerdale location tour. Each stop you drove past a location that you generally couldn’t see because either the coach could not stop or the location was shielded by trees. They could have told me I was anywhere, seeing (not seeing) anything really. It was really disappointing until we got to the Woolpack. I think the organisers need to review the eligibility of this tour as it’s expensive to have a pint in a place that you can actually just drive to yourself.Written October 1, 2024
- johnparslow0 contributionsGreat funMy wife and I attended this tour last Saturday, and absolutely loved it. We were blessed with a nice sunny day, and we also had a good group of people ( about 25) who were all out to enjoy themselves. Vas is an amazing, engaging person with a terrific sense of humour, and he held our attention for the full 2 hours plus. He is very knowledgeable and told some fascinating stories about the Kray twins. There is a lot of walking, so make sure that you wear comfy shoes, and the language can be quite colourful, but all in context with the subject that we were exploring ( well mostly!!). I would highly recommend this tour - you will not be disappointed. Thanks Vas, for giving us such a fun afternoon 👍Written October 1, 2024
- ronaldsO2018CI0 contributionsA must for every Carry On fanFantastic Carry On Location Tour conducted by Brit Movie Tours. It was great to see the spots that were so recognisable from the films and meeting Valerie Leon was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this tour for any Carry On fan.Written September 30, 2024

- patrickkevinp20240 contributionsA beautiful stay in Port IssacJohn gave us a very detailed and enjoyable tour. WE also learned that he was a founding member of Fisherman's Friends undiscovered their music via streaming. It makes a big difference to be shown Port Issac by a local and we appreciated his restaurant suggestions as well.Written September 25, 2024
- edwinroom0 contributionsExcellent James Bond film location walking tourChris was an amazing tour guide and took all time needed to answer questions and for us to take picture. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks Chris!Written September 24, 2024
- Birthdaygit0 contributionsInteresting tour and talkVery interesting tour led by Michael, who was knowledgeable and informative. He gave us some fascinating insights into how locations are used in film, but also some little known facts about Ian Fleming’s life and background. A good way to spend our Saturday morning.Written September 22, 2024
- StefanoB4110 contributionsNot happyNo break, patch info and dropped off nowhere near designated finish point. Traffic used as excuse but thats not an excuse to not inform of break opportunities or finish point.Written September 22, 2024
- K6134PPshirleyn0 contributionsFantastic Positives with NegativesThe meeting point with instructions inside West Minister Exit 4 was clear but the information point wasn’t we asked the Underground staff and they said the i on the wall we hadn’t spotted was the meeting point. We thought it was an actual counter or something unit. The tour was very informative, we enjoyed the jokes and the magical aspect. I do think it could have been more magical twist with an actual wizard outfit by the tour person & for that person to stay in character the whole time. The walk was very long it the heat, so glad it wasn’t raining by the time we walked over three hours the whole group looked shattered & we were all starving as it started 10.30-1.15pm. I personally was starting to want to leave by 12pm ish I debated leaving the tour. Even if we were given half hour to stroll through the Borough market to grab food would have been good but went through it. The end of tour your sort of dumped it said finish at Bank your thinking at the Underground but your not. It’s in a random street that you then have no idea where you are. Plus then you need food & toilets as no access in way round it was at least half hour walk back to Borough market where there was food & toilets (but didn’t know toilets where there until going back ourselves). Useful toilet info on route as we were informed none before leaving but there would have been & it would have been knowledgeable for your operator to have known. Possibly cloaks for whole experience to wear whilst on tour. I think more magical & fun the better as that’s the whole point of a Harry Potter Tour the magic & the information gained. Personally wouldn’t take a child too much walking moaning would of started. Overall we had a fabulous experience.Written September 22, 2024
- Daydream2085560 contributionsHarry Potter on the goIt was a good tour, walked quite a lot. The only thing that did not work so well was that we were not informed properly about the exact meeting point. We have wondered about Westminster station and was asking pedestrians if they are waiting for the same tour. After that it went smoothly, we heard a lot of behind the scene stories as well. We were very lucky with the weather as well, probably would not have been so good in rainy weather :)Written September 20, 2024
- UrishkaS0 contributionsGreat afternoon in East LondonGreat tour by Jason, super interesting and insightful. Would definitely recommend it with the aptly named Jack. Thanks for the fun tour.Written September 18, 2024
- stussyboy0 contributionsF***ing brilliant tour of some of the f***ing East End - avoid if easily offended!Vas has a well practised routine, and banters really well with his audience, especially off the cuff at the start. Mostly Kray focused but a few Lock Stock bits also. As everyone says, lots of fruity language, but that was the best bit!Written September 16, 2024
- A8020ERjacks0 contributionsBook it nowBrilliant from start to finish. Tour was interesting and informative but Vas makes it the best tour I’ve ever been on. He makes the whole group so engaged and you have such a laugh.Written September 15, 2024
- R3589CNjamesg0 contributionsShaken and stirred for more BondThis was a must do for any Bond fan. It was easy to see that our tour guide Jonathan was a true Bond fan and a walking encyclopaedia for anything 007. Thank you Jonathan, you made my day.Written September 15, 2024
