The tour was great. David had first hand knowledge of the the history associated with the tour. He showed us The Parliament, The Royal Courts of Justice, Buckingham Palace, Twinings (the tea place), and Petticoat Lane just to name a few. He was well versed in what each site meant to the history of the region. He was a cab driver for 40 years!

This is how you see London when you only have a day! Toured with David, which had been recommended by a friend from a year prior. He picked us up at out hotel and took us to see all the “normal” highlights PLUS hidden gems you would not even know about otherwise - such as a Roman amphitheater that was discovered under a museum during construction. Font of knowledge, excellent driver, plus you are with your own driver/guide and not having to share him with anyone. I am very glad we spent our money this way. Well worth it!

We were fortunate to have booked David through an agency. He delivered everything we expected and more. We booked the Jewish east end and got bonus stops covering Jack the Ripper and Harry Potter. All in all a great day. Very comfortable cap and excellent, professional driving. We highly recommend recommend this service.

I did a tour with David who drives a black cab and when you go in the cab he gives you some snacks and drinks when we started the trip we went to watch the changing of the guards then we went to Leaden hall Market where a Harry Potter scene was made and we got dressed up and took some pictures then we went to the Tower of London where we re-enacted and simulated someone getting executed. I had a lovely day and learned a lot from David. I would definitely recommend for 7 and above. Oliver age 11

I know the tour is going to be good when the tour guide arrives early. David came early and greeted us with a smile. What a delight to see London and the East End from the back of a London Taxi with a real life Jewish Taxi Driver. He was professional, friendly, informative and accommodating. It was just my wife and he made a couple of adjustments to accommodate our time needs and where we needed to be after the tour. London has a long Jewish history and we experienced part of it with David from the back of his taxi. Be forewarned though that some of what you will experience is being in the neighborhood of what was there. The real Jewish presence has moved away from the East End. For those of you that have traveled to the Lower East Side in NYC - very reminiscent of traveling on Orchard Street. David does other tours and when we come back we will definitely avail ourselves of his other tours.

Great tour. Our tour guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable. His interaction with us was outstanding. He was very focus yet very flexible. We even stopped for the best bagels in London!! We would strongly recommend this tour to everyone as the information provided was outstanding. We were able to see parts of London that you normally would not, please go on this tour!!

David is an amazing tour director. He's very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He knew more about the Beatles than I did...which is saying something. He does everything he can to make sure you have the best tour anywhere. I would highly recommend David for any type of tour. I can't say enough about the way we were treated, the things we were shown and the things we learned along the way. David is the best around.

From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. We were made to feel so special. We saw everything we expected to and David took loads of photos for us to treasure forever. He provided beautiful fresh fruit, chocolate, crisps and water to keep us going and the taxi was spotless too. It was a truly memorable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting a bespoke tour of London.

We spent our final afternoon with David in London; he picked us at our hotel and loaded all of our luggage and belongings into his spotless traditional London cab already filled with water and snacks. We were headed to St Pancras station to catch the Chunnel to Paris, so David thoughtfully created a 3 hour itinerary that included areas in the city along that route. They included Covent Garden, and Lincoln's Inn Fields, but the best part was a stop by the original Twinings Tea Shop. Since 1706, and this historic building is one of the oldest shops in London still in its original location. Another highlight was the St Clement Danes Church; this is the Central Church of the Royal Air Force. A beautiful rather non-descript church that is filled with history that we would have never seen otherwise. Rather than actually go to Covent Garden, David took us to the Terrace Bar at the Royal Opera House where we enjoyed a stunning panoramic view over Covent Garden. All along the way David gave us all kinds of history of London including many tidbits we were have never known has we not been with him. It was so nice to have a personal care and driver. We were an 18 year old, an 81 year old, and a 56 year old & we were all engaged & happy. My Mom at 81 has some walking issues and David definitely took that into consideration and made her comfortable. If you are in London and want to experience the sights without all the people and with some amazing knowledge, I highly recommend David!

My sister and I are massive Harry Potter fans so booked ourselves and my five year old niece onto the London Harry Potter Experience for a birthday treat. The tour covered lots of the London filming locations and some added surprise props too! David knows his stuff when it comes to Harry Potter and was able to show us photos and video clips of each location to really bring the experience alive. He is a font of knowledge on all things London and as we drove around, he pointed out the big tourist sites and shared lots of interesting facts and hidden gems that even we, as Londoners, didn't know about. I was initially a little worried that my niece would find the tour challenging because of her age but she loved every minute! David was an extremely engaging host and made sure that she was having fun and was engaged throughout. She absolutely loved being driven around in the taxi and even got the chance to sit in the driver's seat! Thank you so much David - I'd definitely recommend!

David was a tour guide. He picked us up promptly at our north London location and before we knew it we were off to see London and Harry Potter sites. We were all very impresses with David and his knowledge of the city. We saw everything and more in the time we spent with David, He made my adult sons day by showing him the Harry Potter site around London. This would be our second Amazing London Tour with David, but this time - our grandparents went to London! They were treated like Royals! Grandma was charmed by David's politeness, knowledge of London and Royal treatment (please look at the snack basket, that was prepared by David). We spent a fantastic day with David touring London and saw so much more than when we were on our own figuring out how to get to places. David has an incredible knowledge of London, its history, sights and streets and it was such a pleasure to spend the day with a native Londoner and hear about the city firsthand. He knows the best spots to see various sights from, as well as lesser known places that we wouldn't have found on our own, like where you can walk through a section of the Roman wall. My favourite part was being taken to one of David's favourite places - the hidden underground rooms of a Saxon church. I felt like I gained a new appreciation for the city and it was a very special day for all of us. We would love to do another tour if we come to London again.
