What a wonderful employee we found in our driver Ali. He was so personable and professional. He made our trip from Southampton to Heathrow a pleasurable experience. He also spoke very highly of the owner and how much he enjoyed working for this company.

Driver was friendly, professional, and accommodating as our group was getting local mobile service set up and dealing with a delayed baggage; and thus departure from airport was later than expected. Driver's care that all was alright before departing was genuine. Clean vehicle. Appreciate this service.

Outstanding professional prompt service from the moment I began my booking with Anthony, the Director of London Minicab Service. As two sisters in law traveling alone, I was concerned with long trip from Heathrow to Southampton and return after cruise to London for an overnight, then back to airport for return flight to USA. I had nothing to be concerned about! Anthony made every segment of my trip detailed and verified before departure to London, and on travel day kept in constant communication should I need him. Our driver Vijay was professional, a very safe driver, and an excellent conversationalist, intelligent, and gregarious. We have become friends! Having one final day in London, I wasn’t sure how to plan that day from Southampton port to London city sightseeing, to staying in city overnight, and off to airport the following morning. Anthony, made suggestions and helped me plan a day of city highlights and dinner so we could be near our hotel area of town. His suggestions helped me stay in area of town closer to airport for a shorter trip of 45 min on departure day back to the states. Never late. Always prompt! London Minicab Service provides outstanding customer service! I booked in advance of embarking on a 15 day international trip where I spent my last few days in London. An email reminder was sent to me about 48 hours prior to my pick up date. I wasn't able to access email while traveling. Here is where the customer service went above and beyond: When I did not reply to the email, I received an international call via What's Ap. Not expecting a call I did not answer. After I refused the call a text message came in from Anthony asking if I received confirmation --the drivers photo , car info, etc. I had mixed up my days, thought I was flying Sunday, when indeed I was scheduled to fly Saturday. If it wasn't for the patience and kindness of London Minicab Service following up with me I would have missed my flight home. London Minicab followed up by email, phone call and text when I failed to reply . The error was all mine , I'm thank full that Anthony took the time to reach out to me , such outstanding customer service should be the Hallmark of all service related industries. I can't say enough good things about London Minicab Service, the attention to detail , the respect and concern for their clients far exceeded my expectations.

Anthony, the companies owners communication was excellent from the time of booking to the time of the driver arriving. The day before our pick up, Anthony sent an email to confirm our details including a picture of the driver and when I did not respond to the email. He texted me to ensure that I had received the information and I was comfortable. On the morning of pick up his driver arrived 10 minutes early to just let us know that he was there and not to worry. He was kind, courteous, and extremely professional. I would rate this company a six out of five if I could. Would definitely recommend using them! We will be using them again on our next trip to London.

I have used London Minicab Service for years and they are the only company I use for my trips. Owner, Anthony is excellent at communicating with you and his drivers are always on-time, pleasant and courteous. Over the years I have developed a really great relationship with the company and drivers Vijay, Nestor and Ilia are the best! Even when flight information is not readily available (because a hurricane is chasing me), a driver has been there to collect me! I am very happy to always use the London Minicab Service; it's a great way to start and end a trip when you have a company that you can depend on 100%!

Just returned from a cruise vacation and needed private round trip transportation for 6 people from Heathrow Airport to Southampton cruise port. I contacted several companies and by far, London Minicab Services was the most economical. But even more impressive was the service I received! Anthony is a true professional who provided excellent service. He arranged for us to have the same driver for both legs of the journey, he communicated with me promptly via email, and it was evident that he aims to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied. The vehicle was comfortable and clean and Nestor, our driver, was delightful and reliable. We even made a stopover in Windsor on our way back to Heathrow for a nominal cost. If you want hassle free transportation at an excellent price, do not look any further. London Minicab Services will not disappoint!!

We used London MiniCab for our airport transfers between Heathrow and the Dixon Hotel and couldn't have been happier! Our driver, Szymon, was wonderful! Prompt, friendly and just overall very helpful after our arrival and before another long day of travel (pick up back to the airport was at 4:00am!). I did a lot of research before booking an airport transfer...and I am glad I went with London Minicab Service, a family-run small business. I used them for Heathrow-central London hotel-Heathrow transfers, and for a 2-hr evening tour of London. The staff (especially, Anthony) were very helpful in planning everything. Their vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and their drivers are professional and punctual. They clearly communicated everything I needed to know as I prepared for my airport transfers and city tour. Anthony customized the tour so that my family could enjoy the key sights of London within 2 hours. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about our private transfer. Anthony did an outstanding job communicating with us and giving us an update on our service. He kept us well informed on both of our transfer, with pictures of our driver, meeting location, and car type. Considering this was the end of our trip, I did not have to worry about a thing! Our transfer was seamless! Our driver also arrived early. Nestor was also an amazing driver! My wife felt so safe.

We used London Minicab Service for taking us to/from the airport in London. The driver (same for both ways) was amazing. He knew the roads well and was able to take a different route when a traffic jam arose. The booking process was extremely easy (even after multiple changes to the times of our flights).
