With just two days in London, he managed to show us the historic highlights and some hidden gems we hadn’t even heard of. He packed so much into the 4-hour itinerary—it was unforgettable!Written November 24, 2024
- dhenry_trip0 contributionsAnother fantastic tour!We had a fantastic tour with our delightful tour guide, Tom. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared with us many incredible details about the city we toured (Shoreditch). Tom was fun, kind, and had a great sense of humor. He did a great job of including the sites and activities we wanted from our tour. This is our 3rd tour with CityUnscripted (Paris, Tokyo, and now London). Every tour guide has been outstanding and left a huge impression on our experience of the area we visited. We look forward to our next destination and CityUnscripted tour! We wouldn't want to visit a town with it. Thank you, Tom/CU team!Written November 24, 2024
- MariaD3360 contributionsAn insider’s perspective on KanazawaI highly recommend Akari for a tour in Kanazawa. She spent a lot of time before the trip texting back-and-forth and fine tuning what our next day tour would be. She took us to a secret shrine and was very generous in conversations about local culture and norms. We stopped for snacks along the way at some fun places.. At the First shrine we visited, she explained the customs and how to offer prayers and make wishes for the future. Akari has great energy and you will enjoy a trip with her!Written October 11, 2024

- Cristian M0 contributionsCool GuideBecky was my tour guide for about 5hs She was excellent, very nice and had an excellent knowledge on the city. We used public transportation which made it very nice and comfortable to go around the city. I had just come off an 8hr overnight flight and this tour kept me awake during my layover. We went walking around mostly Over west London, visiting Covent Garden, Opeea Theatre, London Bridge, The Borough Market, Sky Gardne among others She left me right on time at 5PM in Paddington to catch my train to Heathrow AirportWritten September 15, 2024
- D7075UNjimc0 contributionsOutstanding Private Foodie Tour of London ChinatownDarryl was a charming and outstanding guide for our initial foray into London Chinatown. The food at each stop was outstanding and even included Peking Duck at Four Seasons Garrard Street, which I had hoped we might visit. In between stops, we learned a lot about Chinatown and the adjacent Soho area. Also, Darryl shared with me some insights into how to hone my photographic skills. It was an evening very well spent and a highlight of our London holiday, which was a 65th birthday present for my missus. We highly recommend both Darryl and the City Unscripted Wok’n’Roll tour. Cheers!Written September 1, 2024

Southwark Cathedral and market, Churchill War Rooms, Benjamin Franklin House, and Westminster Abbey are highlights.Written August 19, 2024
- O5082GDbeng0 contributionsA well tailored tourWe had the pleasure of being guided around Toronto by James Wood. He had an excellent knowledge of the city and had taken into account our families preferences and hobbies to show sites that were exciting to us. These included seeing the dog fountain for my young daughter and the Jewish quarter for the speciality shops which my wife loved - we also visited markets and lovely parks during our tour. It was a great way to start our holidayWritten August 16, 2024
