We were late for the return trip because we didn't read the time correctly. But the driver, who had our telephone number, never called us and just went away. So, apart from losing the return fare, we nearly missed our flight home. We think this lack of concern on the driver's part is a fault in the service, and must complain accordingly. - Karenkara9390 contributionsAwful..Absolutely diabolical….Firstly no one was at arrival’s to meet us. I was bombarded with texts and messages I couldn’t open because of the airport reception. I had a phone call from the lady driver shouting where are you and to go to 14 !!! 14 what ?? I could barely hear her or understand her shouting down the phone . We couldn’t find anything with 14 on then she rang again telling me ‘ it was my problem’ I couldn’t find her or understand her!! Never in all my years of travelling have I had to find the driver myself. When booking it says I would be collected from arrivals . YOU WILL NOT BE ! When she did find us she walked so fast through the airport myself and my daughter was weaving in and out of the hundreds of people pulling our luggage so fast as we didn’t want to lose her though everyone. When we got to the car ( even though I paid for a bus) she just opened the boot of the car and got in the drivers seat leaving me and my 13 year old to put our luggage in the boot and close it! Then she drove like a absolute mad woman through Paris to our hotel ! Making us both feel sick. Why didn’t she just pay for car parking at the airport and collect us at arrivals like a normal transfer? If I knew that was the service I was paying for I’d of just walked outside and got a taxi . She was abrupt, rude and never spoke a word to us the journey to the hotel. She said she would let me know what time she would be picking us both up from the hotel on departure and never did !! Infact no one did.The hotel had to ring for us to find out ! Absolutely atrocious attitude and behaviour for a paying customer. I Will make sure my review is seen on social media so no one else pays for this ridiculous behaviour and treatment. Having said all that the the driver who picked us up from the hotel was very courteous, polite and helpful, however the company never even told us what time he was actually picking us up . We heard nothing all morning from them, even the hotel said it wasn’t very good and they rang for me and that is the only reason I found out about my time of pick up . The awful driver that picked us up first said she would let me know the time and just ignored my message. If you want a nice stress free experience DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE.Written August 12, 2023
- danielkmartin19930 contributionsTransfers from airport in ParisSo unavida travel were the company that were chosen for our transfers from Paris Orly to Paris central on the way to Paris we were hit with delays at both ends in Gatwick we were 15 mins late departing due to air traffic and when we reached Paris Orly we were held on the aircraft a further 45 mins as there were not enough buses to get us to the terminal and collect baggage Now in their defense my driver did attempt to contact me but at the time I was still on the aircraft and did not have mobile data on so I didn't receive the missed calls until I left the airport so my partner and missed the first of our transfers we had to taxi In to Paris central in the end. Now I understand that the coach will only wait a certian amount of time as there were likely more passengers than us on board but they must get notified in some way of when a flight is delayed or problems arise Then on to the return leg of our journey back to Paris Orly we were supposed to be collected 4 hours before our flight departure so we made sure to be up and outside waiting extra early and again no coach and this time no one attempted to contact me or let me know that they were coming or where they would be collecting me from even though I was told they would be in contact with me so again my partner and I had to take yet another taxi To say I'm upset would be an understatement I paid extra on my booking for these transfers more than what the two taxis cost me because I thought it would be the best way to and from the airport but this is an absolute joke No enough info on the paperwork I had to print off which is meant to give you instructions on what to do if you can't find your driver. You get two phone numbers I rang both many times and got no answer nor did I get a call back just nothing so if I see the name unavida again I will not be using them to organise my transfers bloody useless they wereWritten June 25, 2023

This company took the money and called Uber for $36GBP. I could have called Uber myself and saved 60GBP. They OVERCHARGED tourists like me. Please use UBER instead—way cheaper and friendlier drivers in London. This company is a FRAUD!!Written September 7, 2022
