Money taken from account for payment two days before service due. No service delivered. Called, told they could see booking but couldn't help. No refund, paid fir own taxi to transport. Written to them 4 times no reply except now asking for a review. You must be kidding.

Would have given no stars if possible. Booked this thru Viator 5 months in advance, and confirmed 3 days before our trip. The car service did not show up. They claimed they did not have a record of our booking despite the fact that when I booked, they responded wanting to know our flight number.We then called Viator who contacted them with the same result. We had our money refunded, which did nothing to help the fact that we were stranded at the airport for 2 hours after a long transatlantic flight.

I would just like to say Alan and the Taxi drivers who sit outside the Airport are a fantastic crew took 6 of us with 3 medium and 6 small cases to city centre £21 no trouble gave us his mobile and we used them all weekend will definatley be telling all my family to use them when they travel to Liverpool 💯
