Driver (Faisal) arrived on time. He greeted us by name and introduced himself. He took care stowing our luggage. As we left the airport he explained that traffic was very heavy and the trip would take longer than usual. During the trip we noticed he was very courteous towards other drivers as well as pedestrians. When we arrived at our destination, he handled our luggage to the hotel entrance and gave us useful suggestions about getting around London. We were fortunate to have had him as our driver.

We were met at the cruise terminal, after several calls to the operator of the transfer. The driver informed us that we would not be stopping at Stonehenge and knew nothing about it. He was an excellent driver and took the three us to our hotel. We did not receive the tickets for Stonehenge and no response to our request for a refund. I cannot recommend this activity. The driver Jose, was not responsible for the tickets.

Our flight was late arriving but the driver contacted us immediately via Whats Ap. The trip from Gatwick to Tower Hill is long. Be prepared for a 1.5 hour ride into the city.

Beware, this company is linked with Pestana group! Totally unprofessional. Booked premium car and got a mini van!! And both times the drivers were Late!!

Driver was rude and unprofessional, wanted to charge us additional fees on top of what we paid for late plane arrival. We were forced to take a taxi for additional money.

I paided in advance 350k for transportation from Southampton Terminal Cruise to Gatwick Airport and the driver never came. I wait 1 hour for the driver. I contact the driver and provider of the service - London Travel In, and the driver was always keep saying that was coming but didn't when or how long he estimates to be at meeting point. WHAT??? In the end after several calls to the driver, he became very rude and agressive. Saying that he was in meeting point but when I ask where exactly we was and the information of the car (type and license to be able to find him) we never gave. Me and my family have to take other transport on our one, otherwise we would lost the flights. TOTAL SCAM - be aware

I used London Travel In twice on my recent visit to the UK. The first time was when my ship Queen Mary 2 arrived at Southampton. There was a little challenge finding the driver who was there and on time but with the crowd and layout of the pickup area, we did not find each other easily. May I suggest that the little screen they have our name on might not be the best? With the morning sun hitting it, it was just black and you could not read the name. Other drivers had paper with the name and that was much easier to see in the bright sun. We did find each other though and the drive in was good. I used them again to get from my hotel to Heathrow when it was time to leave and, again, the driver was on time, the ride was smooth, and I arrived promptly at my destination. I will definitely use them again in my future visits.

Got to Heathrow Airport after a long marathon walk to baggage claim and finally got out side to exit there was a few people with signs and names ….Looked around until I saw my driver Ricardo Jus a couple of feet down……He was such a gentle….asked my if I would like help and pushed my buggy all the way out in parking lot to car….And had a smooth ride to my hotel…..Thank you Ricardo for being such an attentive and helpful guy! I enjoyed riding with you……God bless🙏🏽

Our transfer failed to arrive on time even though it had been confirmed several days early. I rang the emergency number but still slow to answer. Was told driver was 5/7 minutes away. Still did not arrive, rang again and told driver around the corner. A car did arrive then but the driver told me had just been redirected from another job to pick us up….. so where was the original driver. After all this they still had the nerve to charge £15 for my husbands light fold up mobility scooter….. nowhere else do people charge for mobility equipment. I would never recommend them as a service.

I want to know why are there no busses from slough to heathrow cause there was a bus in tamar way which were stopped by the police

A call from the company would have been good. Once we were able to get someone to answer the phone call we made They said that they could not confirm our flight number. I am not sure why they did not contact us when our arrival time had come and gone and we waited for an hour hoping to connect with them.

Everything was fine except could not find driver. Driver was great and very helpful. Overall would recommend.
