Julie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The tour was great. Will do it again on our next visit.

Chris was so friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't have much time in London and Chris did an excellent job of hitting on all of the places we wanted to see. It was unforgettable and we highly recommend it!

Our tourguide Steve "DeNiro" (pseudonym because of his great DeNiro impression) was fantastic. Funny, approachable, flexible and very respectful. The four of us had a great time seeing all the big sights including a stop at Abbey Road for a photo shoot! Bravo, Steve.

Steve Deniro was our driver this am... took us places we wanted to go and places we didn't know we could or would see! Took gobs of pictures for us and told us much about the history of places we stopped at and/or drove past. Saturday traffic very heavy with numerous POLICE manned road closures, However we still got the full experience. We really enjoyed our morning and thanks to Steve for making it extra special. We had an excellent tour! Our guide Jeremy was very knowledgeable with a wealth of information to share. He was careful as a driver and was always watching out for us if we needed to cross streets. We were totally pleased with our private taxi tour. Our guide and driver, Graham, did a great job.He asked what we desired to see, then went to great efforts to comply with our requests, even though our requests were not normal tourist sites. It demonstrated his willingness and ability to comply with our requests. The entire time he had a delightfull disposition and shared a wealth of information. He was remarkable.

The 4-hour Black Cab Heritage Tour is an absolutely first-rate experience. Well done! We learned so much. Our driver - Tom M. - was witty, engaging and always interesting explaining the history of sites around London. For a city that has a long and colorful history, we learned and saw so much. It was certainly worthwhile and I'd encourage anyone to give it a try. If we had the time this visit, I'd do it again to see different places with Tom as our guide. His electric black cab was clean and easy to get in/out. We never felt rushed too. Tom always ensured our safety despite 5pm London traffic. He and made several stops along the tour where we could all walk to specific sites and learn the history and importance. Easy to book as well. Absolutely 5-stars...more if they'd allow it.
