The driver texted when he arrived. Our train was running behind and we let him know. It was no problem for him to wait. Communication was great to find him in the arrival hall. He did help with our luggage which was greatly appreciated.

Flying into Heathrow ,Hired a transfer from airport to London hotel. Viator designated us a meeting point. We arrive a bit early. We waited and stood looking for our name plate but nothing.. After 40 min I called the local number provided and were told someone would be there in 15/20 minutes. We then waited another 45 min I called again and the customer service told me they could not find my reservation. WHAT???? I could hardly hear the guy on the phone as I had to keep repeating myself. Finally he said ,,, ok, someone will be there in just 2 minutes. OK< again we wait 15 min and the driver said he just got the call like 5 minutes ago. Such a waist of time and money... If we had not prepaid the $119. we would just take an UBER for half the price. Needless to say.. we canceled our transfer with Viator, from our London hotel to Southampton cruise terminal for $372.32, and hired an UBER for $150... .... along with the price twice as much. the reliability and professionalism is sub par. Will not recommend or use again. thank you Donna Gillman

This was a personal leisure trip to London that we were leaving to continue to our next destination, Iceland. Our driver was great, very helpful except when we got to the airport we needed special services (a wheelchair). We were dropped off far from that office location and I fed up having to go all the way into the airport by ourselves with out any help at all. Our driver should have known where and how we get the special services we needed.

Car was 15 minutes late of requested time. It had air fresheners hanging from handles on roof of car. One hit me in the eye. Scent was very overpowering.

Thanks for the transfer assistance. We were traveling with an elderly person (80 years old) and with such an excellent transfer organization and assistance with luggage, there was no convenience. The driver was very polite and punctual. Thank you very much again.

I can only recommend this transfer company. Workers politely answer questions and explain everything. I contacted them before the flight. A driver was waiting for us at the airport, despite the fact that our flight was delayed. The driver was polite and competent. The car was very clean.
