- LorraineP2870 contributionsStorming round London….Fabulous way to see the amazing lights and sites of London giving the perfect start to the festive times ahead! Storm Darragh tried to hijack our fun, but in true Brit fashion we donned our wet weather gear, embraced the upper deck and laughed our way round the tour. BIG THANK YOU to the amazingly funny and knowledgable Kelvin our tour guide, you made our experience extra special.Written December 7, 2024
- GilliJohnson0 contributionsLondon by Night with JOSH!London by Night Christmas Lights Tour with live guide JOSH - FAB U LOUS!!! We went tonight (7th Dec 2024 at 7pm) with a hurricane wind, lashing down with rain and feeling rather grumpy as we took our places on the top deck. Our friend was sat next to the guide, Josh, who we hope as a joke, told us it was his first time doing the trip. But of course, it was not, as we discovered later. Josh should be on the stage. Well he is in a way, as he leads his public through the sights and history of London. A trip not to be missed and PLEASE TAKE CARE OF JOSH! THE BEST!Written December 7, 2024
- bethano3290 contributionsWhat a way to see London!Emma was an incredible guide. So much better to gave a live guide than pre recorded. Learned so much, had a great laugh along the way. And the lights of London are really very special.Written December 7, 2024

One of the best guides we have come across, you are lucky to have him. We had a wonderful time watching the lights - London looked incredible. What a great tour and lovely thing to do at Xmas!Written December 7, 2024
- Charlie_Pelosi0 contributionsMagical Christmas Lights Tour in London – Highly Recommend! We recently took the open bus Christmas Lights guided tour in London, and it was an absolutely magical experience! The festive decorations and lights across the city were stunning, and seeing all of London illuminated for the holidays was something truly special. Our tour guide, Jack, was fantastic. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and really brought the whole experience to life with his fun facts and witty commentary. He made sure we had a great view of all the best spots and even shared interesting stories behind some of the famous light displays. His enthusiasm for the city and Christmas spirit was contagious, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The open-top bus was a perfect way to take in the lights, especially as the cold winter air added to the festive atmosphere. Jack kept things lively and comfortable, offering tips on where to find the best photo spots and making sure everyone was warm and happy. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London during the holiday season. Whether you're a local or a tourist, it's the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit. Thanks, Jack, for making the evening so memorable!Written December 7, 2024

The guide on the bus was superb. Samuel made everybody feel welcome and gave a fantastic experience for the whole family. Thank you.Written December 7, 2024
- carlifeb0 contributions:)Bruce was wonderful and never boring while Lucian’s driving made us feel safe on the coach. Despite UK weather interruptions, the tour was smooth sailing. Definitely a must activity if you want to go outside London:)Written December 7, 2024
- christif6700 contributionsFamily fun day with Bruce! This was a great tour lead by our guide, Bruce, and our fantastic driver, Lucian. Although the weather was not great for us, Bruce ensured a great experience for us all. He’s kept our spirits up and was very informative of all destinations. I really appreciated his thoroughness with meet up spots & times. The time flies by so if you are one that needs more than 1 hour to tour the areas then try not to squeeze all destinations together for one day. Overall, great experience.Written December 7, 2024
- rickhN266HG0 contributionsGreat tour companyHuge windy day, so we missed Stonehenge. Trees down and roads closed. But, that did get us an extra hour at Windsor Castle. Bath was on the tour after that. Guide Bruce and driver Lucian were awesome. Coach was clean, quiet and comfortable.Written December 7, 2024
- 633ohiop0 contributionsOhioPHD loved it! Oliver and Lucien were awesomeI’ll preface my review by saying my wife agreed to go to a soccer match and I had to go on this trip. Stonehenge was stones and some hills (I thought). It’s truly a stunning site in actuality. Windsor castle was incredible. Truly a marvel. Oxford - meh I could have probably done with out it but Oliver is truly knowledgeable and made it interesting. It’s a long day with 4+ 1.5 hour trips involved from place to place and then the time at each place. Where my trip was made and probably my favorite part, Oliver and Lucien do NOT play! If you are a person that respects and appreciates others time - HIGHLY recommend getting them. If you are a self absorbed and selfish person that thinks the world revolves around you - this may not be the trip for you. You are given departure times and at our first stop, they waited 5 minutes past that and kept the schedule moving. Several people were left behind - It was like being on an episode of squid games and I loved it!Written December 7, 2024
- falveyf0 contributionsLoved Every Second!Went last night with pick up from outside Green Park underground. Right from the start the staff were polite and professional, Saleen (apologies may have spelt wrong) was so kind and helpful assisting us with boarding and ensuring everyone got on in an orderly fashion. Be aware that the front half of the open top is actually undercover, I'll admit it would have spoilt it a bit for us if we'd been there but we got seats at the back which were perfect and actually comfortable! Our tour guide was Mark and he was Perfect, funny, informative and best of all he really bought the Christmas spirit, he deserves a Huge bonus as I couldn't fault him and he hugely improved the overall experience for us . Our driver Mustafa went at the perfect pace, we felt safe the whole time and thoroughly enjoyed the route and the ride . Do not hesitate to book, we will do it again next year, loved every second!Written December 7, 2024

The whole day tour was ok but we felt rushed..the company policy of not allowing the passengers to eat inside the bus during the tour was a total let down! We can't be expected to eat outside the bus and at the same time see the sights that we paid for in the first place. Our guide Peter was great and gave us so much information and history and added some bonus information and hidden gems (photo spots) along the way. Our driver Modu was great, fast and safe. Other than the eating policy! The trip was good!

Tour guide Von and driver Jim were both personable and knowledgeable. They themselves added a lot to the tour while at the same time giving us tourists a lot of time to independently explore. The tour is a great value and an excellent weekend getaway with friends!

Great tour, good amount of time at all stops. Got a sandwich, chips, soda a Windsor stop to eat on bus. No a perfect option but no time built into the schedule to eat. It was fine since we had a nearly empty bus. Lucked out only 15 people on this tour in Nov. Only bad part is 50% were Spanish speaking so the guide had to repeat everything in English and Spanish all day. Got back to London around 6:30pm which was better then the 8pm time on booking. All the stops were fantastic. This is a great tour!!

Had a great time. Bus was clean and spacious, the guide (Sasha) was very nice and knowledgeable was non stop with interesting details. Only thing is you don’t have a lot of time to do everything on the stops because there is a lot of stops. I would do 1/2 one day then the other the next but if your on a time crunch I would Definitely recommend this tour.

Really amazing trip, we saw a lot in a one day. Our guide Ana new how to tell interesting stories, she is really dynamic, must like her job. Our driver Sokol did also a good job.
Disadvantage of this trip is only that there is not much time for you to really enjoy each place of your trip and you are always in a hurry. Trip takes 12 hours, but because of transport between places you have usually only around 1 hour to visit each place. Maybe keep this in mind when deciding, less is sometimes more.

The tour experience was great. Enough time to visit the three places. Even when the trip takes around 10hrs to complete, I did not feel tired at all. Jim, the driver, took us all three places on time and all the information supplied by Ana, the tour guide, was excellent, as well as her timing in every stop and her suggestions for other activities in London.

This was a wonderful tour. It was great to have a tour guide for our day trip to Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle who could provide us with helpful information and lots of historical facts of the sites. Highly recommend. Our tour guide, Stefan, and bus driver Edward were awesome.

Sandra our tour director and Claude our tour bus driver were a fantastic combination. Sandra was so knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic about each locations history as she easily transitioned between English and Spanish. Her humor was contagious. She was considerate offering suggestions on places to visit, how to return back safely using the tube or walking. Claude was a fantastic driver as we arrived to each destination safely. Thank you both for a fantastic time for a first timer in London.

Our tour guide, Ana was awesome, let's start with that! She was entertaining, knowledgeable and kept things moving to keep us on schedule.
We wanted one bus tour while we were in town and this is the one we choose. Hitting 4 spots is aggressive, but for us it worked perfectly. An hour to an hour and a half in each location, for me, was a perfect amount of time.

I.m not sure, bit I am -85 years old and I was completely exhausted at the end of the tour.
I would recommend the morning or afternoon afternoon tour (Half day) whioch would encompass probably two tours. I'm sure Golden Tours would be hlepful.

My memory is the same as bobrayner. It was delicious and filling. I had my on the bus while moving from one location to the next, so as not to waste time finding and eating in a restaurant.
