Bus tour to these locations
Nov 2019 • Friends
Excellent and personal service! The driver was knowledgeable and took us to places that not everyone saw or got to know about. However, I would have liked to go to Bath in time to take my guests through the Roman Baths instead of arriving 10 minutes before it closed. Not sure if that could be arranged as we did not spend extra time elsewhere, but good experience overall. I really enjoyed the driver/guide.

An absolute must!!!
Nov 2019 • Family
I booked this day tour for my brothers 13th birthday. He absolutely loved it!!! Robert, our tour guide, was so lovely and funny and went the extra mile. He gave us a quick tour of all the Harry Potter highlights of Lacock Abbey, which would have taken us forever without his help and had some amazing facts and books and stories to read on the bus as well as the best music ever!! Thank you so much Rabbie's. Will be booking another tour again, soon.

Great Day on one of Rabbie’s Tours!
This was a very enjoyable one day trip to Avebury (45 min), Lacock (45 min) and Bath (about 2 hours visit). Terrific guides (Hugh was a great guide and Graham was driving). High praise to those guys! They made the journey interesting and enjoyable. Lots of driving in this day, but Bath is worth the journey from London. Able to stop and take a break to use the bathroom and stretch whenever. Nice small group trip. Had a great trip! Bonus, some cool Harry Potter movie bits in Lacock village :)

Amazing tour of the charming English countryside!
Oct 2019
My sisters and I were on a trip to England and wanted to find a reasonable yet immersive tour that took us out of the hustle and bustle of London. We came across Rabbies as we were boarding another tour and I decided to book a day visiting Bath, Avebury and Lacock. We had an amazing time. Our tour guide Nick was incredibly nice and friendly and he provided us with tons of interesting facts and details throughout the entire trip. He was helpful and informative and really helped set the tone of the villages we were visiting. The tour bus was warm and comfortable as well. I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in charming English villages. Thanks Nick!

Bath, Lacock and Avebury
Oct 2019 • Friends
Our driver and tour guide Jeff did a terrific job in pointing out specific points of interest and putting them into context, even as he was driving on secondary streets in London to avoid road blocks. He had a steady flow of facts and stories to keep us entertained on the way to the 3 sites. When the engine went out while we were exploring in Lacock, Rabbie’s quickly notified us by phone message and text of the name of the replacement tour van and driver, providing a paper brochure with a map and information regarding Bath (which would have been explained by our original driver); we were very impressed with how efficiently it was handled. Within 3 hours, the alternator was fixed and Jeff was back (with candy) to complete his tour and take us back to London. An excellent value, most informative, and high praise for how smoothly the automotive problem was handled; absolutely would I use Rabbie’s again.

The Bath Experience
Sep 2019
We took this day tour on a Saturday, the tour was just with 8 people so it was nice to have lots of seats to choose from on the bus. Our tour guide Dean was very pleasant and had just the right balance of information to share, music to relax by and silence. Thank you Dean! He carefully guided us out of London in spite of road repairs and got us safely to Bath. Bath is a beautiful city to see but crawling with tourists! So it was difficult to relax and enjoy the actual Bath ruins but at least we can say we saw it. On to Lacock village and that was very interesting and just wonderful to walk around, I could have spent all day there! We happened to be there when there was a village market on so we were able to buy some unique local souvenirs. Avebury Stones were way more interesting to walk around than Stonehenge (which is also very touristy) so this also was a good stop.

Good day trip from London
Sep 2019
Tour size was great, only 5 people during the shoulder session.

Tour guide Niegl was fantastic and friendly.

personally, I think the tour would benefit more by skipping Avebury to give the tour more time at Bath, which had much more to see and do.

Amazing day trip
Sep 2019
It was raining in London but the day trip to Bath, Avebury and Lacock was filled with blue skies. The tour was great and we were even offered a walking tour of Bath. Wish I was staying in the London area longer so I could have done another tour.

Awesome birthday trip!
Aug 2019
Today was my birthday and we really wanted to get out of London. A quick search of tours available led us to this! We wanted to do a tour with Rabbie's since we went to Scotland two years ago (but it was sold out, sigh), so we had already done research on the company and knew what to expect.

The tour was really really fun! Christo was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, managing to make even the worst traffic jam in London seem like a breeze. We enjoyed Avebury the most, it was absolutely fantastic. Lacock is truly a very charming village, not to be missed, and of course Bath was incredible - we visited the Roman baths and had a delicious Sally Lunn bun.

I'd recommend this wholeheartedly to anyone looking for something different and for truly some surprising sights!

An amazing day trip!
Apr 2019 • Family
Our family of 5, including 2 teens and a grandmother, thoroughly enjoyed our trip and our guide, Hugh. He made everyone feel comfortable and provided a wealth of information about everything we saw (ask him where we get the term hangover!). Highly recommend bringing raincoat and waterproof shoes. Highlights of our trip: touching the ancient stones and having a pint at the haunted Red Lion at Avebury, seeing Harry Potter filming locations in beautiful and historic Lacock, taking in the extremely well-done museum and having a delicious Sally Lunn bun in Bath, and stopping to photograph the Cherhill White Horse. Well worth taking a day away from London. Ask for Hugh if you can!
