Our driver was almost hour late. Had to call company to see where they were and when they would pick us up. There was miscommunication as to where to meet our driver. Requested a driver that spoke English and ours didn’t speak any English. It was very stressful

The driver was on time for pickup. He was very professional. I felt very safe and at ease that I would get to the airport at the desired time. He was friendly and courteous.

Our flight arrived late and clearing customs was tedious but our driver was on time and ready to go. Our driver Jardel was courteous, efficient and professional. The walk to his vehicle was short and he loaded all luggage. The ride into London was relaxing and rather enjoyable; Jardel drove with confidence at appropriate speed and handled the traffic well. He parked at the front of our Covent Garden hotel with skill and unloaded our luggage and assisted us to the door. Everything the driver did was perfect and we would use this service again.

I made my first solo trip to Heathrow and West End London in November, 2023. Because of a few health issues and age 72, AAA engaged London Travel In for car service to and from my hotel. The driver, Sabeer, was early and helpful via phone as I waited in immigration. He was attentive during the ride while expertly maneuvering through busy traffic. I felt as if I had met a friend across the Atlantic. I was able to request Sabeer for my return to Heathrow. I highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable service.

This company is a joke. NEVER, EVER USE THEM! I booked a private coach for my 16 pax Corporate group. Before the flight lands, I give them a call, they gave me driver’s phone number, I call the driver he says everything is good and he is on his way. My clients comes to the meeting point and guess what? No driver! We could not reach the driver for 20 minutes. We call the emergency line, they say he can’t speak on the phone because he’s driving but he was driving and speaking to me over the phone to confirm he’s on his way earlier. Emergency people swears by the driver will be there in 10 mins tops and I say this to my clients which are frustrated from waiting, all business men! 10 mins later, guess what? No driver! We finally reach the driver and he says he came all the way from Southampton and he needs to take a break for 45 minutes and won’t be picking up my clients at all! We call the emergency line, they say the driver is right, and they don’t care about my guests as the driver needs his rest! We call the driver and literally begging him to go there and he says he will be there in 5 minutes and hangs up. We call the coach marshal’s in Heathrow to check if he’s there, they say no. We call the driver he says he already picked the guests up. Guests are getting angry every minute since they are waiting for 40 minutes, 16 people! We literally begged the guy in the emergency line to convince to driver to pick the guests up. He finally accepts to meet our guests after 50 minutes! And I found out they are based in Brazil but operating in London which is another reason to not to use the company since nothing in London can be controlled from overseas, only people live in London can understand and agree on this! The emergency lined hung up on our faces more than 15 times. They shouted at us, scolded us like “Of course the driver will take a break for 45 minutes, he’s been driving all the way from Southampton to London!” And hangs up on us! We booked it from Heathrow to London hotel so they can’t even understand that the driver coming from Southampton to pick my clients up from Heathrow airport IS NOT MY OR MY GUESTS’ PROBLEM! The driver and the emergency line people lied to our faces more than 20 times in 50 minutes. Their behaviour should have been more solution driven rather than being disrespectful, shameless and rude to the 16 clients while they should be apologising for keeping them wait for 50 freakin’ minutes! They did not even offer to compensate this terrible situation and kept on lying so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We got to Hearthrow airport late.The driver was still waiting for us.On the way to the hotel he showed us the important landmarks.He told us about the boroughs we traveled thru.He was an excellent tour guide.

The driver got us to Heathrow with plenty of time to spare in spite of massively heavy London traffic. Even with many closed roads, he found a way around and got us to the airport in about one hrs.

The ride was fine. The driver was late to pick us up and we tried to call the business office, but there was no answer. It would have saved 20 min or so had he been on time.

Driver (Faisal) arrived on time. He greeted us by name and introduced himself. He took care stowing our luggage. As we left the airport he explained that traffic was very heavy and the trip would take longer than usual. During the trip we noticed he was very courteous towards other drivers as well as pedestrians. When we arrived at our destination, he handled our luggage to the hotel entrance and gave us useful suggestions about getting around London. We were fortunate to have had him as our driver.

We were met at the cruise terminal, after several calls to the operator of the transfer. The driver informed us that we would not be stopping at Stonehenge and knew nothing about it. He was an excellent driver and took the three us to our hotel. We did not receive the tickets for Stonehenge and no response to our request for a refund. I cannot recommend this activity. The driver Jose, was not responsible for the tickets.

Our flight was late arriving but the driver contacted us immediately via Whats Ap. The trip from Gatwick to Tower Hill is long. Be prepared for a 1.5 hour ride into the city.

Beware, this company is linked with Pestana group! Totally unprofessional. Booked premium car and got a mini van!! And both times the drivers were Late!!

Driver was rude and unprofessional, wanted to charge us additional fees on top of what we paid for late plane arrival. We were forced to take a taxi for additional money.

I paided in advance 350k for transportation from Southampton Terminal Cruise to Gatwick Airport and the driver never came. I wait 1 hour for the driver. I contact the driver and provider of the service - London Travel In, and the driver was always keep saying that was coming but didn't when or how long he estimates to be at meeting point. WHAT??? In the end after several calls to the driver, he became very rude and agressive. Saying that he was in meeting point but when I ask where exactly we was and the information of the car (type and license to be able to find him) we never gave. Me and my family have to take other transport on our one, otherwise we would lost the flights. TOTAL SCAM - be aware
