I hired Gio at private London tours for our family trip to London during Thanksgiving week. My two teenagers (15 and 13), my wife and myself. We did four tours and they were all great. The service from this company is great and Gio was very good at communicating with us at all times. We strayed at the Shangri La at the Shard. All the guides were very knowledgeable and made the tours fun for the whole family. We have traveled much of the world and have taken many tours from different tour companies. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! My family planned a 2 week vacation to Europe and used Gio for half of the trip! That should tell you enough right there. Absolutely the best private tours I have ever been a part of. Gio made this entire experience so incredibly easy and tailored this entire trip to my preference with packing in a lot, but also to where we never felt rushed. We did multiple tours with Gio's company starting with a tour of Windsor to Stonehenge, full day of London highlights, Oxford and Cotswold's day tour, as well as a Paris full day of highlights. On top of this the guides we had were phenomenal. Our guide Joanna in London was stellar all the way from her vast amount of knowledge to her kindness in making our days in London the best. She made London no doubt our favorite and hard to say goodbye. Laruent in Paris was also great and helped us feel like locals instead of tourist. I also can't forget the drivers we had each day that were the best , especially Tanveer. Private driver and a separate private guide was the way to go with no waiting. Everything was so so professional in all aspects and completely custom. I wish I could use Gio's company everywhere I travel. Highly, highly impressed 10/10 would recommend this company!!

My wife and I travelled to London for our wedding anniversary and booked both the London highlights private tour and the Cotswolds and Bath private tour. We had a great experience in both tours and we really enjoyed our time with our tour guide Mike. He is very knowledgeable and an overall great person. Very easy going and likable. Rikke was knowledge and extremely accommodating. She gave us an excellent tour of Copenhagen….historic sites, history, back stories and food and shopping recommendations.

Highly recommended! My wife and I spent the whole day with Vicky and she was so nice and knowledgeable. Visited Westminster Abbey, the War room and the changing of the guard. Also dealing with Gio to set this up was a seamless experience.

Gio and his team assembled a well organized and fun tour for group of 6 that included an 8 year old and 10 month old infant. Mark and Cash took great care of us as they took us out to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle for the day. Mark was an amazing guide that was able to adapt to the many needs and interests of our group. With Mark's expertise he was able to make Stonehenge a meaningful visit for us - otherwise I think we would have just thought it was a bunch of rocks. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him. Mark even broke a fingernail retrieving flint for my son to take home from Stonehenge! Everything about the experience was well organized and we will definitely call Gio and Mark the next time we return to London!

We took a private guided boat tour to Greenwich. The experience from booking to finish was excellent. Gio was highly responsive and great to work with. Our guide, Ruth, was simply outstanding. She is highly knowledgeable and connected well with everyone in our family, especially the kids.

We had an excellent and fun tour of the Tower of London with Chris, a knowledgeable and nice guy with a passion for the city. When I come back next year, I will request Chris again! Gio, the operator, was incredibly great to work with - very communicative, proactive and detail oriented. I will 100% use Private London Tours again!

Our guide, Angela, and our driver, Shorof, were excellent. We enjoyed our day with them. This service enabled us to see Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and a bit of Windsor in the approx 8 hours that we had available. They saved us valuable time by picking us up directly from the airport and returning us to our hotel after our day of site seeing. Gio is extremely professional and responsive to communications while setting all this up. Thank you!

We did the private walking tour of the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Churchill War rooms. Gavin was our wonderful leader. We learned so much, rode the tube and a bus, and were introduced to new foods. It was a long day but one I highly recommend especially with Gavin as your guide.
