- Stephen S0 contributionsThe only way to visit the British MuseumThe British Museum is daunting, with so much to see that it can feel overwhelming. Laurence, our guide and a true lifelong Londoner, expertly navigated the museum to pick out not only the most famous gems, but also the most interesting. Giving both historical and cultural context, and delivering with a quick and ironic wit, Laurence brought us the museum on a personal scale. Priceless.Written October 10, 2024
- AndieDonahue0 contributionsLawrence is Outstanding!! “He knocked out of the park!”Our guide, Lawrence, was absolutely brilliant! Between my husband and myself, we have over forty years of experience training guides on battlefields around the US and public speaking in many professional venues: Universities; Military Academies, etc. Lawrence was among the very best we have ever seen. He has all the right qualities and talents to make your time with him the experience of a lifetime. His passion for his subject and his comfortable style are absolutely infectious. Even if you don’t like museums much when you arrive…you WILL after spending time with Lawrence! Kudos, Lawrence! You’re the BEST!Written October 10, 2024
- douglasfV1956BA0 contributionsOutstanding museum and tour.Sascha was outstanding. This is an incredible museum. Sascha, our tour guide, has a graduate degree in ancient history and was able to add a lot throughout the tour.Written October 10, 2024
- bpowellmom0 contributionsBrilliant tour!Sacha was a brilliant, knowledgeable tour guide and we learned so much from him! We could have spent an entire day at the museum - there is so much to see! Our only regret is that our tour ended at 4 and the museum closed at 5 (our mistake). I wish we had taken a morning tour and then spent several hours exploring afterwards. But Sacha helped us to see so many key exhibits (the Rosetta Stone, mummies, the Parthenon figures, a Raster Island Statue) and gave us an educated explanation of what we were seeing. He was very fun and engaging throughout. If you do only one tour in London, this is the one!Written October 9, 2024

Luckily, our group consisted of just my husband and myself. Becky took us to see the works of inspiring artists and showed us new places in London. Becky is charming and very enthusiastic. We had a great time with her!
A visit to be recommended even if street art is not your cup of tea, Becky will make you appreciate it. :-)

We did the East End streetart tour with our guide Wesley on our fourth day in London and it was an amazing experience. Wesley showed us some real gems ranging from famous Banksy stuff to hidden dragon figures on poles. Every piece was backed by interesting facts and background stories about the artists, streetart in general and the history of the East End. I highly recommend this tour!

Wesley was our guide, and WOW, what a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the street art and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. I’ve never seen an original Banksy, and he showed us several. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 days touring London and this was the best part of our visit. Wesley was not just your average guide giving us a canned tour. He was a true expert on the art and artists of the East End. The art was amazing and the history of the street art was fascinating. Wesley was also very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed the Tate Modern museum the next day. This was better!

We had a blast on this tour. Becky was an amazing guide, knowledgeable and passionate about the art. Showed us soo much art and had great info about so many of the artists. The areas she walked us through were really interesting as well. So much graffiti and art, you couldn’t see it all. Would highly recommend!

Luis was very animated, knowledgeable, and interesting. He captured the history and the imagination of the displays and objects. He handled an alarm so gracefully. He insured our safety by communicating and positioning us near the exit.
