Our guide, George, was great! He was very energetic and full of information. He was a great story teller. Would highly recommend this tour to gain a little history of London, hear about possible ghosts that haunt the city, and get lovely night time pictures of points of interest around London.

We loved our night tour around London with anecdotal ghost stories. Our guide, George, was excellent. He was truly enthusiastic and was easy to converse with. Our tour consisted of a small group of people and we walked around the cities sights. George went out of his way to make us feel welcome and he even recommended other visits or excursions that we could do with the rest of our time in the bustling city. I would highly recommend the tour and recommend that you wear comfortable walking footware. You will certainly see many places under the radar and you will learn about different historical events.

It was a wonderful walk of beautiful sites, historical stories and legends. George was loud, entertaining and full of information. He loved to answer questions while walking between sites and engaged several guests in conversation about WWII, the Romans and anything they wished to bring up.
I personally got to see the bells that made my Nana Cockney. Which was very special to me.
I highly recommend this walk for anyone wanting a personal insight into the city of London.

George was excellent. Engaging, interesting and able to carry his voice over the London traffic, so the group (around 18 in our case) was always able to hear him. Fascinating details of historic London and ghostly details linking them all together. Enabled us to discover some definitely less-known and less-visited side streets and out of sight parts of london, which was fabulous. Time flew, and 2 hours were up too quickly! Highly recommended.

This tour was a great way to learn more about London and some of the spooky history connected with many of its famous landmarks. Our tour guide, George, was brilliant. He is an amazing story teller, super animated and made sure everyone could see and hear him. George's knowledge is VAST and he's an extremely kind and genuine man. Definitely book this experience to learn more about some great places in London and plus you'll be out of the way of the busy day-time foot traffic. Ask George for a pub recommendation and grab a drink afterwards!

This was a very enjoyable tour! George was knowledgable, friendly and entertaining. He made sure to interact with each member of the group and the facts/stories he told were very captivating. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and we’ll be sure to book a similar one next time we visit :)

THIS is the ghost tour for anyone looking for a beautiful walk through central London with an personable, engaging, and knowledgeable tour guide. George is an incredible storyteller, entertainer, and knowledgeable local historian, who sets his ghost stories in interesting factual events from throughout London’s history. Great tour for all ages! We’ll worth the money, and cannot recommend highly enough!

Before we took the tour, I had a few questions and emailed Meet The Street. George replied to all questions within a few hours. And once we got there, what a fantastic tour! George is an excellent storyteller and something of a historian as well. In between stops, he walked and talked with each member of the group individually and really made you feel that he was interested in his clients. George is very knowledgeable about London and its history. The information he gave was mostly historical with some great ghost stories attached to each location. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

George was very animated and friendly, but the ghost stories were all very drawn out and honestly not scary or original at all. The whole thing took place on busy city streets and was underwhelming at best. Maybe the end was better but we left an hour into it so I’m not sure.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you found the tour underwhelming. London is a very big city so the streets do get busy, however if you had have stayed for the entirety of the tour you would have been taken to some hidden areas off the beaten track.
I apologise that it wasn’t scary enough for you but our tours are designed to be a lighthearted family experience.

I would expect so, yes. We were 7 to start and 2 ppl arrived late but the tour still went on and i’ve read reviews where there were less showing up. But if you plan to do the tour in the summer holidays i think it will be well attended as London is a popular city trip destination so plenty of people who most likely will book it too. Enjoy your tour!
